We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very pleasant.

comfortable bed....but I would like to have the option to smoke in my room if I want to.

We traveled to attend a high school graduation in the Dallas area. We had already pre-paid for the room and did not arrive to the hotel until after midnight. There was noone at the front desk to check us in and after waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes we heard someone in the hotel kitchen and went and knocked on the door and was told by the attendant that she was handling food orders also as she was the only one there. We were finally checked it. The next morning for breakfast most of the food was gone before breakfast ended as there were lots of familities there with children. The hotel appeared to have been under staffed eventhough this hotel is within 1 mile of an amusement park and it was the start of vacation season.

Conveniently located in the middle of both cities.

The room and hotel were very nice, but the breakfast was not good at all, which is surprising, because we stayed at a hyatt in dallas and the food was unbelieveable. Hotel is quite clean.

Very nice rooms. Near all attractions.

the room was was great, spacious, however the bathrom was the smallest i have ever seen. had to walk into the shower to close the door and potty.

The location is good. Interior is maintained. It's a typical Hyatt place experience. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The staff was wonderful. Jason, the shuttle driver made sure we got everywhere we needed to go within the 5 miles of the hotel. He and many others made our experience excellent. We will be staying there I the future.

The rooms were not very clean there was hair on pillows and some kind of stuff around window sills

Don't stay anywhere else

Had an amazing stay at a great discounted rate went to sixflags and huricane harbor just a mile down the road

The hotel was beautiful! Our room was huge! It had a flat screen TV, king size bed, a sectional couch, and a refrigeration. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so nice. We went to a Rangers game the night we stayed there and even though the ballpark was about 5 minute from the hotel there was a shuttle bus that dropped us off and picked us up. No parking fees nor taxi cabs! Oh, and breakfast was delicious! Waffles, English muffin breakfast sandwiches, fruit, etc. I would recommend this hotel!

I was very happy with my stay, it was so nice to have a shuttle to and from six flags when you have a 4 year old and older grandparent in tow. The front desk was very kind and always polite. My son loved the pool and my mom loved the lounge area. My room was clean and comfy and we had great view of the park. Only downsides to take in consideration was the shower only had half a door so water splashed out everywhere, we could not understand why they designed the showers that way but it was a minor inconvienence. Also keep in mind that the location is great if going to park or stadium but if you are not wanting to drive around looking for food you are limited to the sports bar next store which is cheaper than room service but the hamburgers are just meh and its very loud and not really kid friendly. But again, I just did not wish to drive at night and if I did Im sure there are places to eat around. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will be back soon!

Felt like a mini apartment. I liked having the fridge. Bathtub wasn't the nicest...bathroom felt very tight. No ither complaints.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, large, clean room, pretty good breakfast. Only downside was it is not conveniently located. Nothing within walking distance. They do privide a van that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius.

We planned a last minute trip to Six Flags and stayed at this hotel. Everything was great! We enjoyed our room, with the exception of the loud AC, the staff was amazing, breakfast was good and shuttle was convenient and very accomodating. We will stay again!

I would stay here again. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The hotel staff was friendly without being overbearing. There were also many popular places to eat without the need to get on the interstate.

A/C too loud! Didn't sleep well.

My Husband I stayed here for an Anniversary weekend trip. The hotel is a great location near Rangers Ballpark, Six Flags, Cowboys Stadium and plenty of restaurants/shopping. The breakfast was a variety and very good, front desk service was great, and the shuttle service offered was easy! They dropped us off a block away from the ballpark and it was a cinch to call for pick up. Great Experience!

Nice, clean, and spacious room.

Excellent stay. Quaily service, checkiin clerk took the time to show us around the breakfast area and lobby. Very pleasant clerk.

My stay was great, but i had to wait for the front desk staff to checkout. I had to go fetch someone to check me out. The personnel at breakfast were nice and accommodating.

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere. Breakfast was a plus. Nice price too.

We are from Minnesota and were staying at this hotel for 6 nights, on our third day there, we were involved in an auto accident and were waiting for the tow truck while in the lobby. The front desk employee was beyond wonderful in her kindness and professionalism, It was a horrible day for my kids to have this accident happen. the kids were tired and emotional, it was late at night and this employee was exceptional. I can not explain her kindness, because words cant. But, all I know is that this employee should receive a raise or something! Thank you to this employee and I apologize that I forgot to get your name. But I believe she will know who she is:)

Personell lack customer service skills. Housekeeping routinely did not clean the tub nor supplied the room with ample toilet tissue.Will never stay at that location.

Hotel was oversold and did not have my king room as requested. Other then that, nice clean modern motel/hotel. Was best value in area.

Great services by front desk people. They give their best. Internet works great and included breakfast is good. Starbucks coffee 24/7. for overall I give they 9 of 10.

Clint was very kind and helping I liked him way better than the dy guy

It was a very nice hotel and very affordable
