Great stay at a reasonable price!

I really enjoyed my stay, although it was for one night it was great. I highly recommend this hotel, although it is far from the city

Every time come to this hotel I love it. When it is time to go back home I really do not like to leave

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to anything you would need during your stay. There isn't anything special about it and the rooms are starting to show some wear (carpet, couch, etc). Don't expect to hang your clothes as the closet is an afterthought in an akward location next to the bathroom sink and it is super skinny. Also, the TV channel line up is short compared to other hotels I've stayed at recently.

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I were there for a conference and we did not rent a car. Frist of all, it was SUPER clean! The hotel had complimentary shuttle service withing a 5 mile radius, free shuttle to/from the airport, and the staff made excellent recommendations for meals! The complimentary breakfast was yummy and they served Starbucks coffee! I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment I walked into the lobby to check-in, I was impressed with the hotel and the value I got through Hotels.com. The hotel was very clean and the room was well appointed. Comfortable bed, great water pressue in the shower, nice 50" flat screen TV, wet bar, sofa, spacious room, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good. The hotel also had a well-equipped, spacious fitness center....all new equipment, cardio and machine/free weights. If I were to visit the Potomac Falls area again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I thought it was a good value for the price.

Room was right across from elevators, constant disturbances through night, from ringing bell, elevator doors and room doors opening and closing. Desk staff didn't even inquire as to how accomodations were upon checkout.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was very comfortable and roomy. The amenities were good. Very nice lobby and food choices. Highly recommend.

Wi-fi was not working and there was no service.. On top of it they were asking ' what can we do about it.. Nothing..'.. That was the worst reply that I ever heard..

Was just what I needed, a great comfortable place to get away from my house manager's job where I live and work.

Services offered by the hotel are'nt good. No carts were provided at the time of check in, had to make multiple trips to 5th floor to put in my luggage (same during checkout). Microwave provided in the common area was pathetic, the revolving glass plate was missing. Sitting arrangements for breakfast were pathetic, a very small area for sitting is provided. With this small area and lots of guest they expect people to adjust in the couch ment for waiting etc which is not at all comfortable for eating. They did not have sufficient quantities of the food items they offered in the breakfast. They ran out of cakes & muffins. Milk & coffee refill was slow, made me wait. They charged extra $ on my card (may be a temperory hold or whatever) which I am not sure about.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was great! Housekeeping services was great and the front staff members were very friendly. I would certainly recomend this hotel

Other than the pull out bed being uncomfortable (and I don't know if a comfy one is in existence), the room was great. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (12, 10, and 5) in there. A little cramped, but that's a lot of people. Free breakfast was a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

The room was much more than expected and the staff was very helpful

The hotel is great, breakfast was well stocked. The room was really clean and bigger then what we expected. The separate living room area and sleeping area was perfect for me and my mom. My moms a night owl and I'm an early bird so we could comfortably be in the other side and not disturb the other. Only downfall of the place was the water bubbler was broken while we were there.

Lovely hotel at a good value. Beautiful exercise room. Rooms have a spacious and comfortable living area in addition to the bedroom. Nice complimentary breakfast. Shopping nearby. The only caution: the 24-hour onsite food service isn't quite that - the kitchen for hot food shuts down overnight. But we still loved it. Helpful staff too.

This is an excellent Hotel, Very spacious room. Sofa Bed pulls out to be the extra queen sized bed. The morning breakfast was free and very well balanced with hot breakfast, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, fruit, choices of coffee flavors. Very attentive staff. We were there for Cherry Blossom week, and it was a bit crowded, but the other guests were accomodative and staff made it all go right. The only downside was the distance from DC, which is about 45-50 mins by car. Plan ahead accordingly.

We came to the DC area for the Cherry Blossom Featival and to visit a few of the museums. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The room was comfortable and just what we needed. We liked the Irish pub across the street. The only thing that would have made it better would be a metro stop nearby, but that is coming soon. Over all we had a great stay.

Although it is not too convenient to downtown Washington DC, this hotel was great in every other aspect. It was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel staff was very nice. We did not spend too much time at the hotel since we spent most of our time in the capital, but we definitely got a good night's sleep when we were at the hotel. The shower was perfect, and everything was very clean. If you don't mind being 30-40 min from downtown, then I'd definitely recommend this hotel

A little slow to refill items of the morning buffet and didn't always replace toiletries in the room. More than a little upset that Hyatt wont give you any credits or points for stays if you use another site to book the room. How does that matter? Other than that very nice - quite a distance from DC. You will have a 10 -15 minute drive to the Metro -but the Metro is excellent.

We loved it - staff were genuinely friendly, breakfast was best selection and nicest dining area we've ever seen in a hotel. Our one and only complaint would be that room got too hot but we just put air con on for about an hour before bed. Everything very clean and overall a pleasant happy stay

I enjoyed my stay specially with the cooperation with your staff they were vary helpful keen to assist at anytime which indicate your good judgment for selecting the type of work staff

This hotel has misleading title. The hotel should not use "Dulles Airport" in its name when located 15 miles away. The quality and service of the hotel was OK, considering the price I paid.

This is a wonderful hotel. Privacy, professional, convenient with a great staff to top it off! Breakfast is presented nice, but all pre packaged and frozen bagels. Coffee fresh! Very clean and comfortable beds.

Very efficient service at very affordable price.

Not intruding, very professional and Clean! Sound proof rooms made for a great night sleep.

This hotel is good if you are an adult. Not good if you are with young kids. Numerous small problems from room set up to bath size and cleanliness. My two biggest issues: no vending machines, you had to purchase from the front desk if you wanted something and they only had coffee and hot water service at breakfast. They wanted you to buy Starbucks from the front desk otherwise. I would not stay there again.

I picked this hotel for two reasons, it was next to the airport, and next to the Dulles Shopping Center (about 7 blocks away). The rooms were clean and quite spacious. There was a mini fridge, which was great for medication and water. The breakfast, while simple, was much better than most of the free breakfasts offered at most hotels, and of course they had free internet. I would recommend staying here and definitely would again.

The room was extremely clean but the bathroom was very small. The inconvenience for me was the dry air that came from the heater. I had to continue to place wet towels near the heat. The location and amenities were good for the meeting I had to attend.

Room was outstanding. It was a last minute Valentine's Day getaway. Pleasantly surprised.

I bet into a walnut shell while having my breakfast in the hotel, I talked to the two hotel clerks at the time, one of the clerks was snarling at my compliant and there was no manager on duty . I was told a manager will contact me but it never happened. Not going to stay at this hotel and will tell my friends to avoid this place.
