"Nice Hotel"

Everything was good about this hotel. The only down side is that the suites ie. rooms with a separate bedroom and living room, back up to the freeway making it noisy. We slept great though by running the fan on low. I used ear plugs as well and didn't hear any noise at all. Location is great for places to eat, there are movie theaters and it is 15 minutes to the airport and downtown Salt Lake. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good as well with a variety of choices. Would stay again.

The beds were great; room was quiet; wifi worked perfectly. Our maid was very accommodating. Hotel is close to shopping sites and many restaurants. I have stayed here several times and never had any problems.

The hotel was less than a mile from the event we were in town for. So the location was great. It was also very easy to get in and off the interstate. The hotel was clean and a fair value for the price.

"Perfect for what we needed!"

We came into town to visit family and see a concert in Salt Lake City. The hotel was a perfect location and even though it is close to the freeway and the railroad tracks, neither one of those bothered us AT ALL. The room was warm and quiet and clean. We loved the free cookies! We missed breakfast both days but that was our fault. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate with easy access on and off. There are tons of stores and restaurants within a mile or two. Only 10 minutes away from Lagoon. The biggest complaint I have is the pillows are awful. They disappear when you lay on them. Otherwise, very helpful staff and a great overall place to stay.

I have stayed here before. It has always been very nice with the exception of this time. There was a very bad mold area in the bathroom about the size of a soccer ball. From the size of it , it had to have been there a long time. Had breakfast there the next morning. Sorry to say the hot items, eggs - oatmeal - sausage, were all cold. I travel once a year to play golf in this area. I probably won't pick this hotel again.

We do apologize for your bad night of sleep. The hotel location is near Interstate 15 for easy access, but we apologize that this effected your stay with us. Although we are near the interstate, most guests do not mention the noise. We would love the opportunity to have you as our guest again and we will do our best to keep you on the other side of the hotel.

I thought the customer service was outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The on knock I would have was that I found the breakfast to be a bit odd. They had all of the ingredients out for omelettes/scrambled eggs, but only had hard boiled eggs. I found that a bit odd

"Great service, TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!"

The service was excellent. They had a great breakfast, great rooms and pool, but the neighborhood is awful! We had our car broken into while we were there and the hotel DOES NOT have security cameras. The morning manager mentioned that this had happened a number of times before and they still refused to put up survelience cameras. Great hotel overall, but the area it is in is very unsafe.

I sincerely apologize for the car break in. That same morning I attempted to reach the guest by phone, leaving a message for him /her to call me back to both check on them and to see if there was any further assistance I could offer to help them resolve the car break in. This type of an incidence is not even close to being a regular occurrence and our neighborhood is actually very safe. I truly wish I could remove all the risks from our traveling guests due to others that are irresponsible.

We really like to stay at this hotel when we visit family. The breakfast is good, the front desk staff is always helpful. They always have fresh cookies, candy, and apples for the guests. The rooms are nice and spacious. The fact that our rooms have been by the highway is not that major of a problem. The noise dies down at night.

Whenever we go to Centerville we always stay at this hotel. Great location, convenient to lots of shopping, eating, a very centralized location. Breakfast is always good. Staff is very helpful, plenty of fresh cookies, apples, and candy at the front desk.

"Has all the basic needs-plus free cookies!"

I was very happy with our recent stay. It was located not far from the airport and it was very clean. They called after I checked in and asked if I needed anything and had free cookies and candy at the check-in desk and free wi-fi. I had no complaints.

Very friendly and quiet hotel. Cookies downstairs in a lobby help to make your day. Breakfast is pretty good too. One thing that concern me: floors next to the pool are extremely slippery when wet so a lot of people failing. Need to be careful.

We came to Bountiful for a funeral, and the location was perfect for us. The room was very clean, and we had a suite room - very spacious. The king bed was firm and comfortable (not a plush top, but comfortable). Wifi is fast, breakfast is good. I was concerned about freeway noise, but they have two double paned windows, and it was actually very quiet. Two televisions (flat screen but not 1080), spacious bathroom, fold out sofa bed in sitting area, desk, microwave and fridge. Highly recommend. Great value.
