NH Barajas - מדריד

If it wasn't for the staff this would receive a rating of a 1. The facilities were okay, room was actually quite clean despite the fact that is was like a sauna in there even with the air conditioner on. The internet went out for the night so that was a huge downer since my friend had a project he needed to get done. The rooms were not great, but the redeeming factor was the incredibly friendly staff. They allowed us to check in early and that was amazing since we took a night train and we wanted a shower. Anyways I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. This hotel is perfect for stop overs. The rooms are not real big but they are clean and have what you need. The hotel is close to airport and has a free shuttle service. Great hotel

Clean, friendly, convenient.

In general people at the front desk were in a very bad mood. But besides their permanent angryness something that really anoyed me was that we were not advised to reserve the transportation to the airport by the staff. That meant having to pay taxi to the airport because the next bus was only available for an hour and twenty minutes later. So if your reason o stay there is the airport, don´t forget to reserve your way there!

Excellent, modern hotel very convenient and the neighborhood is safe and has a few places to eat. Near metro = a plus. Hotel has free transport to and from airport.

Property offers great value in the area, close to museums and major attractions and the train station, several food places within walking distance. Somewhat dated, and front desk has limited but adequate English.

The sound isolation is bad. We were hearing from the other rooms. We were also thinking people were trying to enter our room, when they were entering other rooms. It's near the airport, so it's ok for one night. For the free WIFI in the lobby, you have to ask for a password each 30 minutes.

Good value for money, nothing great but clean and convenient. Shuttle service is good to the airport. Asked for non-smoking and got smoking room, bummer, specially when turned on air-con, all smoking smell came through. Otherwise ok.

Far from everything. The website said they had free wi-fi, however this was only in the lobby. Staff was not friendly or willing to help.

Convenient to MAD airport - they have a shuttle you can call for pickup and then use to return to airport. Very friendly and helpful staff - especially Luciano and Jaime at the front desk. Right next door to La Bekada restaurant and bar- a little expensive but excellent food and service. Rooms were small but very comfortable beds and clean atmosphere. Reasonable price for one night stay on layover.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was fantastic. The hotel was located in "no-mans-land" but 3 minute walk to the metro and the "Green Line" take you straight in to Gran Via (Center) I can really recommend this hotel to anybody.

We stayed for only one night since we were flying to New Yor the following morning and needed a good place near the airport. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and we have no complaints. The room is a little small, bu functional for one night. The hotel buffet breakfast the following morning was excellent! There is a very nice restaurant next to the hotel where we had a late lunch upon our arrival. The taxi from the airport was a bit high- 25 Euros. I was not impressed by the neighborhood, but a short ride on the subway took us to the Goya area, and we spent an afternoon shopping at El Corte Ingles. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The following morning we took the complimentary shuttle to the airport,

Great place if you are flying out of Mardrid early in the morning. It is in a quiet neighborhood, here is a decent neighborhood restaurant next door, rooms beds, bathroom all comfy. Around the block from the metro town, for excursions downtown.

This hotel is what I expected based on other reviews/ratings. It is a standard budget hotel - clean with minimal amenities. We were on a 12 hour layover in Madrid, so we were just looking for a place to crash for the night - with full intention of getting into the city for a night of fun. The staff was helpful - though if you get back to the hotel late at night, they put big iron gates on the doors so you have to get their attention to get let back in. It is very close to the Metro, and we felt very comfortable walking to it. The cab ride back from the city was about 20 Euro, and the shuttle to the airport in the morning was perfect. All in all, this hotel was nothing to write home about, but we had no complaints either.

This hotel is well-maintained, and only about a 10 minute ride (on the hotel-provided shuttle) to Barajas Airport. Its buffet breakfast (which costs extra) is ample and of good quality. It's also on a subway line, which makes it convenient, in some ways. But the subway is potentially VERY difficult to negotiate if one has much baggage. Once you get to the hotel, it's fine. But if you need to change subway stations, you may be in for quite a workout!

Buena, el hotel cobra muy caros los adicionales, ej. telefonía, impresora,computadora etc.

Aun cuando fue solo de una noche, el hotel esta genial para quedarser en un viaje rapido a Madrid o de salida al aeropuerto. La cadena ahora incluye muy buenos desayunos y las habitaciones son bastante comodas. Incluye los servicios que necesites en paquete es mucho mejor

El hotel es perfecto por la cercanía con el aeropuerto. Dispone de transporte gratuito para sus clientes cada poco tiempo. El trato también es genial por parte de sus empleados. Por ponerle una pega diré que para llegar a nuestra habitación tuvimos que pasar una especie de patio interior con el consiguiente cambio de temperatura. Aún así, repetiría.

Es una buena opción si debes quedar cerca al aeropuerto.

金額は手頃で、部屋は清潔で比較的新しく、満足しました。 ロケーションも、空港に近く、地下鉄の駅も近いので、中央まで一本で行けます。 観光目的の一人旅などには、最適だと思います。 ただ、外部の音がかなり聞こえてしまうのが、唯一残念でした。

Situado cerca del aeropuerto, es ideal para tu estancia antes de salir de viaje. Parada de metro cercana. Puedes dejar el coche en el barrio del hotel, porque se ve una zona segura. Si tienes que ir de viaje antes de que habran la cafeteria, te ofrecen gratuitamente cafe, zumo y pastas. Te llevan al aeropuerto y te recojen de él con solo llamarles por telefono. Muy agradecidos. Lo recomendaria 100% según nuestra experiencia.

El uso principal del hotel es justo para esperar un vuelo, cerca del aeropuerto buenas instalaciones las habitaciones cómodas y todo limpio, hay un bus que te lleva hasta las diferentes terminales aunque no es servicio 24 horas, pero a nosotros nos vino bien ya que es totalmente gratis, el único inconveniente, que solo hay un sitio cercano para comer que ponen platos combinados porque el hotel es bastante caro, por lo demas todo correcto

Destacable sobre todo el trato de la recepción, fué más que correcto.

Mucho más lejos de lo que parecía del aeropuerto, pero con servicio de autobús al mismo. Eso sí, no hagáis caso al loco de recepción que quería mandarme al aeropuerto cinco minutos antes del vuelo..... Por lo demás, bastante aceptable.

Hotel en lugar estrategico entre dos conexiones de vuelos. Personal muy amable. Habitacion un poco pequena para dos personas pero suficiente para una noche. Comodidad y confort. Buenas ofertas. Volvere.
