Days Inn Portland Airport - פורטלנד

It's not the Marriott but it was ok. The hotel was pretty quite so the walks weren't thin. It was clean, a bit small, but the bathroom was huge. The service was average at best. The breakfast was the usual fare.

This hotel was very clean and great for a quick overnight stay. For the price it was worth every dollar. We would definitely come back !

Everything in the room needs a team to go in and spend several hours scrubbing nearly everything. Snot on walls, very dirty remote control, receiver ball for sliding lock totally missing, carpet dirty, soap offered in baskets in bathroom had a couple already open, towels very thin, flat pillows, mattress was WAY too old, and might as well have been thin plywood covered by a sheet, phone needed a good scrubbing. Other than that, everything was just fine. Nice front office and personnel.

It's not the Ritz, it's a cheap motel. I completely expected small rooms, hair in the tub, no amenities, thin walls, and a sketchy neighborhood. And that's exactly what I got. What I didn't expect was the rude front desk worker. My friend and I asked for extra towels and he actually argued with us about whether or not we needed them. Mid argument, he switched strategies and told us that housekeeping was gone for the day and he'd have to leave the desk to go get towels. (Seriously, dude? Not my problem. My problem is I need a shower and I prefer not to drip dry when I'm finished.) This guy was a real peach. Stay there if you need an inexpensive room for one night. If you're looking for friendly service, I'd avoid this place entirely.

Location is in a very sketchy neighbourhood (close to a bus station). Manager was emotionless and said the bare minimum upon check-in. The female lady manager was a tad nicer when I asked about the Wi-Fi password. The room was quite spacious and clean. Next time, I will pay more and go elsewhere instead of this area of Portland. I guess it's good for a one night stay. Don't go out at night though. Breakfast was basic, but it was good that they had bananas, cereal, coffee.

The only manager/worker on the site was very grumpy and unfriendly. Always mad, we felt unwanted there. He shouldn't work in a job where he deals with customers.. Heater in one room didn't work, but they got us another room.

The hotel was ok just located next to a freeway in a somewhat undesirable section of town. Breakfast was basic at best. I walked over on Sunday at 5 til 8 and breakfast was not out yet. Poor service.

The rug looked like it needed cleaning, but everything else was just fine

I stayed here one night while in town for a class. The service was fair and the room was clean. I picked the location as it was very close to the hospital that was hosting the course.

Nice enough hotel at a good price. Room was neat and clean, but pillows were like cardboard. Very uncomfortable! Woke up with a sore neck and back. The gentelman working at the front desk has been their for years and customers are a bother to him. Rarely at the front desk, but when you ring the bell for service he acts annoyed to be having to assist you. Very unprofessional and reflects poorly on Days Inn, but probably the owner, so we are sure he could care less. If not for the lack of customer service we would rank this hotel higher based on its close proximity to the transit system.

pleasantly surprised for the price...hotel was small but well maintained...comfortable bed...right across street from max red line and right next to I-84...but not noisynothing fancy but we would definitely return next time we are in portland

I arrived late and the concierge was more than cautious and helpfu. Had to call him for directions as I passed it up twice

A good place to stay

The Hotel Manager not so great.

the rooms were really clean an comfortable. But the neighborhood was scary and the staff were rude an unwelcoming. Also we were missing half of our coffee maker.

This hotel was perfect: cheap, clean, and RIGHT next to MAX. I am a 22 y/o female who stayed here by myself and was a little unsure of the neighborhood at night, but it all was fine. The staff was very helpful and offered to help me plan my trips around the city! Breakfast was simple (coffee, cereal, bagel, donuts, muffin, bananas) but was always ready on time and did the job. Bathroom is decently big, bed is comfortable. Everything was CLEAN. I would definitely stay here again. Can get to downtown in less than 30 minutes.

Very satisfied

THE DESK CLERK WAS SO RUDE I DECIDED TO FORFEIT MY ENTIRE NIGHT'S CHARGES TO NOT STAY THERE. THEY CHARGE EXTRA DOLLARS FOR AN EXTRA CAR(WE WERE ATTENDING A WEDDING AND HAD TRAVELED INDIVIDUALLY TO THE MOTEL). I SUGGESTED THAT THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED IN THEIR MOTEL INFORMATION ABOUT THE LIMITED PARKING.

Office lady was very sweet and helpful, however 3 out of our 5 rooms were not cleaned when we got there. We opened the doors to very messy rooms, then needed to be moved to rooms that were cleaned. She was very apologetic. The hotel is pretty run down, but the only thing we could find for that weekend. Rates were good.

Only had to deal with the front desk upon arrival and that was more than enough. No customer advice whatsoever. The motel is a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop/max rail station that's 15 mins from the airport and less than 30 mins from downtown.

The beds were exceptional! It was a fun stay and very comfortable.

It's next to the highway, bus stop and train. There is noise but you can get where you're going with ease. They go to great lengths to maintain and clean this older hotel. Just the basics in the rooms. The hotel manager even called me to tell me he made more coffee when they had run out. Great value.

Added charges for more than one occupant in room even for (2) queen beds was unexpected. Loud toilet all night. Very limited parking. Food location for easy access to light rail. Not good value for price.

we had good time in staying this hotel.

I liked my staying at that hotel. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Both clean. Nice staff at the reception desk. Very good communication with the Amtrak station (Max line Green). Overall a very good experience and good value for money.

The room was decent. It appears to be clean. The bathroom was clean and the stay was comfortable.

nowhere to eat!

Despite appearance on the outside this hotel is clean and comfortable. Great value for a quick overnight stay after a long flight.

staff at the front desk was rude. not accomodating at all.

This was a nightmare hotel. I stayed there for three days, and no one came to my room. I had to make my bed and clean the bathroom everyday until I left. When I asked for towels Indian man at the front desk refused to give me any, he claimed that they ran out for three straight days. I was gonna ask for my money back but I had already prepaid over the phone. There was no refund. He also directly told me that I should pay at the front desk next time. I don't think Days Inn is bad, just the one on 82nd.

Charging extra person but do not give enough towel. The toilet tank was set to only fill half a tank of water causing the toilet cannot be flush after you do no 2. You have to keep flushing or open the tank and fill the water with the ice bucket so you can flush the toilet. Bathroom so small and the staff not friendly at all. Pay a bit extra and stay at comfort inn next door would be better. We would never go back.

This was clean and quiet - my main requirements for the night. Nothing extra. Nothing fancy. Just a good enough place to stay the night at a good rate.

When we check-in the receptionist is rude. The fridge is not working and the aircondition is so noisy. The only good thing to say is that the room is clean.

The room was fine and the location was good, however the owner of the hotel was rude and was not helpful. He was not friendly at all. It made my stay a little less pleasant.

you cant beat the location of this place if you want to ride the metro-tram into downtown. the hotel staff is very professional and courteous. the surrounding area is a bit scary.

The location of the hotel is great because it is close to the city, however the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Rooms were clean. Hotel service was not good. The price was good. So, if you are looking for a nice place at a decent rate and willing to sacrafice customer service, this place would be suitable.

For the price this was a great hotel. If driving, it was a bit complicated to reach from the freeway.

Manager was very grumpy, didn't want to show attention. Room was located adjacent to management office, felt very little privacy. Neighborhood isn't that good either: upon approaching motel, saw a 5-squad car incident response

Hotel operator was rude. Declined to provide a new ice bucket when the plastic one in my room was cracked and leaking. Refused to provide extra towels. The room was clean, but it was supposed to be smoke-free, and it was in too close of proximity to either smoking rooms or not far enough away from smoking areas (not sure which). I repeatedly smelled cigarette smoke even while inside my room with door and window shut.
