הכל היה נהדר מגודל החדר ועד למיקום! אין תלונות נהנינו מהשהייה! שירות הלקוחות גם היה נהדר!!

ערך לא יאומן עבור המחיר. חמוד ונקי. המלון החדש שלי בשיקגו.

החדר היה בסדר מלבד זה שהוא היה מיועד למעשנים (בקשנו חדר ללא עישון) ולא היה חימום (כנראה בקר הטרמוסטט לא פעל). החדר השקיף מעל סמטה עם אשפתונים והיה מאד רועש עד בערך 01:00 בלילה. כנראה ממסעדת המלון.

השהייה שלי היה טוב יותר ממה שציפיתי מכיוון שמעולם לא שמעתי על המקום. החדר היה נקי והכל פעל כמו שצריך. איכות השירות גם מדלפק הקבלה ועד שרת החדרים היה מצוין. בכל עת שאחיה בשיקאגו זה יהיה המקום שאלון. מצוין!

ממש מציאה במחיר כפול. מיטה נוחה - כל הגינונים (רק מקלחת בלי אמבטיה בחדר שלי) - לכו למסעדת Elephant and Castle עבור ארוחות. - לא תתאכזב. מצוין לאנשים עובדים - יש תחנות עבודה בקומה למטה עם או בלי מחשב. אינטרנט מהיר (עם כבל או אלחוטי) - תהליך הקבלה למלון המהיר ביותר עם עזרא וסיוע מהצוות הידידותי. חניה בחינם על הרחוב מ-18:00 ביום שישי עד יום שני ב-8:00 בבוקר.

זאת הייתה הפעם הראשונה ששהיתי במלון בשיקגו ולא האמנתי כמה קטן החדר. למזלי היינו רק שניים אבל במלון טענו שהחדר מתאים עד ל-4 בגלל המיטה המתקפלת. אני חושב שבעתיד נשהה בחדר זול ונוח יותר באותו גודל או יותר גדול מחוץ לאיזור הזה. גם הופתעתי מהחיובים הנוספים כשעזבתי. האישה בקבלה אישרה שהיו רק שני אנשים בחדר ואז נתנה לי חשבונית שהראתה חיוב לאדם שלישי. הם מיהרו להחזיר את הכסף בשבוע שאחרי אבל הייתי בהלם בהתחשב שהחדר לא היה שווה את המחיר.

נחמד וחדיש, אבל די קטן. בטוח נשוב!

מלון זה היה יוצא מן הכלל עם השירות הידידותי. היינו קבוצה של 12 והיינו מאד מרוצים. התלונה היחידה שלי היה מחיר החניה שהיה ממש מוגזם אבל זה המחיר בעיר הגדולה. שירות המלון והנחות היו שווים העלות של החניה. ממש אהבתי.

הם מספקים מים מסוננים ללא הגבלה! דבר די נדיר למלון אבל מעורך מאד. זה כנראה היה הדבר שהכי אהבתי במלון. היה תשלום עבור הזמנה מוקדמת שך $35 שגם די נדיר. וגם המיטת ה-King Size נראה ממש גדול ... עד שהבנו שזה באמת 2 מיטות מחוברים עם ריפוד עבה למעלה. הרווח הוא לא מורגש כל כך אז אין צורך לדאוג. המיטות די קשים לאלו שאים רגילים לזה. אני ישנתי מצוין. שירות מצוין, חדר כושר די סביר. נקי.

We really enjoyed our stay in downtown Chicago. The hotel is conveniently located to attractions and transportation. The room was a little small, but we were only in it primarily to sleep.

We stay here because it is near Union Station; we ride Metra in from the suburbs and stay here overnight when we have a play with a run time of over 2 1/2 hours so that we'd have to take a late train home. Convenience of location is this hotel's strong point.

Hotel is located right next to the Blue and Red 'L' lines and very close to Grant Park and Lake Michigan. The Elephant and Castle Restaurant adjacent to the lobby has an excellent menu and is perfect if you have been sightseeing all day and don't want to put in too much effort searching for a place for dinner. The staff is also very friendly, probably because that's how everyone is in Chicago!

Very centrally located to many of Chicago's attractions. The staff was VERY nice, welcoming, and helpful! I would highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Rooms are on the small side...

The hotel staff was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, theaters and shopping. Overall, it was a great stay.

This is an old hotel but the room was clean and the ammenities were nice. My only concern was the size of the bathroom. It was clean and all but VERY small. And since we were on the 8th floor we had to wait 5-10 minutes for the hot water to reach our room. But the hotel is conveniently located near the L and also had a nice bar/restaurant downstairs.

The hotel was lovely, with excellent service. However, my reservation was for 3 adults and we were given a room with one queen bed. We were able to switch to a room with 2 twin beds, but ended up referring to our room as our dorm.

We had a great time in Chicago, and the hotel was perfectly placed for us. We went on vacation, however this hotel is right in the downtown loop conviniently placed for both business and leisure. I would highly recommend this hotel. The standard rooms are smaller, but they have everything you need. They also supply water and bottles to all hotel patrons. The business area is great with several work stations, a print, and even conference areas. There are plenty of places within 2 blocks to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is also within a couple blocks of the Willis tower. All of the staff was friendly and accomodating. Again this was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to a friend.

generally good experience but the adjoining restaurant, Elephant and Castle was terribly noisy at dinner time.

Being in the Loop had many positives for site seeing. The hotel was busy and generally well run tho because of the number of rooms and occupancy the daily cleaning schedule fell behind.

Overall we were very satisfied. Would like to see them add vending and ice machines on each floor instead of only 3rd floor. Room was a bit small but also walking distance to many attractions. We would stay here again.

Pretty room, loved the free water bottles and filtered water. Really nice staff, check in and check out was easy. We will be staying here the next time we visit Chicago for sure.

Great location. Close to the major attractions. Good restaurants nearby. Bed is comfy and clean. The bathroom needs some work. Water pressure is weak. No fan in the bathroom.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The room was a bit small, but more than adequate for just me. I was very happy to see outlets all over the room - might seem silly but I've been in hotels where I've had to unplug a lamp to plug in my laptop! They give you a pot of coffee instead of just one cup (also easy to take for granted) and are generally nice and serviceable. The lobby is extremely cramped, but the halls and my room were very clean.

This hotel is not as good as i thought when i stepped into my room. There are nobody help to carry your luggage to your room even though uou have many luggage and you are only one person. The room looks a bit old to me althought it was quite a big room. There are no bath tub too. You even can hear the next room conversation if they spoke out loud. Location wise was ok only. I think the money paid deserved a better hotel than this.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are a little small but very clean and well supplied. The exercise room is great and we appreciated the security features, using our room key to gain access. We would recommend the property very highly.

Stayed 1 night, close to the rail. exlent service from the front desk. nice clean room, very comfortable. no complaints here.

Great location from train station. Check in was quick. Resturant was great. Small rooms but clean & quiet.

Hotel staff was VERY NICE. Room just fine. Only thing we didn't care for was the King size bed was 2 twins pushed together and it was uncomfortable do to the dip and separation. But everything else was perfect. We will stay again.

There is no question that the staff went out of their way to please the guests. This was appreciated as it counteracted the queasy sensation created by the unusually configured rooms (we changed rooms after one night due to constant noise from the nearby elevators.). It felt as if the hotel was carved out of an office building...which it probably was. It had the feel of a David Lynch movie. The helpful staff was terrific and saved our visit. The free food and drinks in the "living room" was also terrific, but it disappeared after one day.

While the room was a little crowded, this was a very nice and affordable hotel with luxury splashes. You can do Chicago right by staying here and it is in the heart of all the action.

I truly enjoyed staying at the hotel. One of the few hotel chains that is not trying to milk its customers. It offers free wireless internet in the rooms and free printing for boarding passes. The gym was relatively small, but well equipped. The locations is really great, better located than the W hotel and the Marriott. Overall, I highly endorse staying at this hotel based on my experience.
