La Quinta Inn & Suites Eugene - יוג'ין

Is this a 5 star hotel? No, but it is a very nice hotel for the proce. Right near walking trails along the river, 10 minute walk to UO and near freeways. Add in that it allowed us to bring our dog and it was perfect for our short stay. Breakfast was marginal, but that was to be expected

We went for the Eugene Marathon weekend & the staff was great. They even started breakfast early to support the runners. Plus, the location is less than 2 miles from the start. I'd recommend staying there if you're planning a trip to Eugene.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was wonderful. Its close to a great little shopping center with lots of different dining options. Right off the highway but not close enough to be noisy. Great place!

We stay there every time we go to Eugene. Jason was a little rude when I asked for a little time to get three girls packed up on Sunday. He sternly told me "get out of the room by noon." felt like I was asking for the moon. The other staff was great, toilet clogged and Heather cheerfully took care of that. The contrast made Jason seem cold. Three of us had a fun three generation theatre trip.

Free wifi is a must, this is good. Room was good, breakfast was ok.

Everything was perfect and I love the fact that there is no pet fee.

this hotel was just fine and the breakfast was good. We have no complaints and would stay there again. The only challenge is that the surrounding roads were a bit difficult to navigate without a gps or mobile map and we had trouble finding the hotel. There is a lovely park right next to the hotel that is worth a visit.

It looked promising but then we got the noisiest room in the place, could hear the ice machine, everyone walking past, everyone using the toilet upstairs....it was a place to lay our heads for the night rather than a place to get a good night's sleep. The free breakfast buffet had a limited selection. This was my first and last time in a La Quinta.

We would stay again on a Eugene visit. Staff was friendly. Premises clean.

We were very impressed by the helpfulness of the hotel staff. The microwave and refrigerator in the room served our purpose perfectly. Everything was great.

The nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed at. Property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. It is next to a lovely park and walking distance to a brew-pub. Very pet friendly but you would not know pets stay here based on cleanliness and condition of hotel and grounds. The only complaint is the phone in the room did not work. It was not a problem for me since I have my cell phone but I did let the front desk know so that they could fix it before the next person arrived. I would come back and have already recommended this place to friends.

I had some very loud people above me and a wandering cougher outside of my door. The noise abated before I needed to be moved, but I did find it odd that ear plugs were not available, either for purchase or given as a courtesy. I would recommend that the hotel think about offering them. Michael was very helpful in attempting to locate the "noise offenders" and offered to move me to another room. I didn't need to take that step, but he was helpful. Other staff were very helpful in giving me directions.

We were disappointed with this facility .The floor coverings were dirty and there was a heavy fragrance of carpet deodourizer in our room .Staff were friendly and welcoming .I think they just need to get a good maintenance program in place . Not the value for the money when compared to other La Quinta locations .

Very nice, the only thing I would want to mention is the plastic cups instead of glass. Housekeeping did not want to give us a late check out. It was a nice room, the walls are thin and we heard the people above us early in the morning going back and forth. Front desk staff was very nice and loved the cookies! The coffee was to weak for our taste, we are used to Starbucks strong stuff. Very clean and pretty lobby! Very nice Hotel.

Do not stay if there is a concert. The sound booms through the walls like tissue paper. Sorta like a wringer washer ready to die.

Loved the 24 hour indoor pool. The AC worked great. Michael at the front desk was most helpful, as was Shirley. I was able to do my laundry at 2:00 am. I would stay here again!

Everything was great but the breakfast was lacking substance. Hard boiled eggs over cooked, gravy was bland and perhaps came from a can and biscuits as well. One thing we did like was the waffle maker however I didn't see any fresh berries. The woman at the front desk was very nice and when we asked for a cab it came right away. Rooms were very large.

Rooms smelt like paint -- needed to air rooms of smell. Bathroom was small. Good service, good value.

While the hotel was comfortable however I found that the motor home that was parked right outside of the room window was annoying. It was being lived in and they ran the generator till well past 10o'clock in the evening. I also found that the parking spaces for the hotel where extremely narrow. It was difficult opening the car door without hitting the vehicle beside you. This made it hard to get into and out of ones car.

The hotel is in good condition, the staff was extremely friendly. The noon checkout time is a bonus! It is nice having Alton Baker Park across the street and a McMenamins two minutes away! We will stay at this hotel again.

Conviently located hotel that was beyond our expectations. We would recommend it to friends and would stay there again.

They were great about my dog, saw other dogs there too. Breakfast was pathetic. Air conditioner rattled. Comfortable beds though and great rollaway bed. Pillows were great one stay, not as great next stay. Across the street from lovely park by the river. Went out for breakfast though, nothing hot at hotel. Only protein was hard boiled eggs.

This hotel was surprisingly elegant and very clean. Usually when a hotel is pet friendly, there are issues associated with that. But the room was spotless, there were no bugs of any kind, and even our cat was comfortable there! We couldn't believe the size of the room, and it had a really nice view of the river and some trees. The bed was enormous (King) and super comfy. Downtown Eugene is walking distance, so we were able to explore without getting in the car again. Highly recommend.

Very nice rooms close to down-town meetings with a much more reasonable rate. Will stay again because of convenience, high quality, and cost.

The only real negative was that they put at the very end of the hotel rooms.Also, there are no eating place within walking distance of the Hotel.After you have driven all day, you really just want to relax and not drive any more.

Clean and comfortable. Basic needs met although their choice of soap is poor. No lotion or conditioner. Just a bar of unpleasant soap and a little tube of shampoo (not enough for 2 adults and 1 teenager).

hotel was very satisfactory. Nice bed and good shower. I would recommend that you ask for a room facing the nice park on the front and not the car dealer on the back . Nice free breakfast also.

I can always count on LQ. Clean, comfy, great service and free breakfast. How can you go wrong?

Access from Coburg Rd heading south the entry to MLK Blvd is ONE WAY west. You cannot turn left on Coburg Rd to get to La Quinta behind the BMW dealership. At the light on Coburg Rd heading south just under I-105, veer to the RIGHT onto Cedarwood Dr. then turn LEFT onto Country Club Rd. Then go under Coburg the La Quinta is on the RIGHT. Maintenance corrected a problem we identified upon checkout by the time we had packed our car. Impressive !!!

My kids and I picked La Quinta because it had a pool. It was a nice, cozy place to stay, next to a nice park. The pool is open 24 hours, so the kids got in a late swim, which was fun. The only downside to the place, is that it's a little difficult to find. We had a map, and still got lost on a few occasions.
