Jorgenson's Inn & Suites - הלנה ‏(והסביבה)

The 2 dble bed room is not worth renting. The room is tooo tiny to rent. The housekeeping was terrible. Didn't clean cidn't replace towels on floor or even pick them up.

We really enjoyed the location and the breakfast.

Wireless connection in main building does not work well at all. Front desk blamed it on internet provider. they restarted system, it worked briefly, then was gone again. It would be great if they could get this resolved permanently. Rooms are not bad, food is not bad, gym access is great.

Hotel located next to the shopping mall. Easy to find. Very good breakfast included. We stayed in the west building which was older but clean. Bathroom fan very noisy and comforter on the bed was old. Ok for an economy room.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The room was clean and maintained except the heater was not working. But the bed had a comforter that made me feel at home. The wifi service is limited too particular rooms /locations which is the main reason for the lower score. The hotel advertises free wifi but does not tell you that it may not be available in your particular room .

Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. The place is clean but worn down and in need of a major facelift.

Did not realize there wasn't wifi until checking in. Need to make sure before booking any room next time.

Business trip, yet hotel in general, restaurant in hotel, room, and hotel staff were all great. Will stay again for sure. Thanks

No wifi in the unremodeled area of hotel! You must specify wether you want remodeled section...we didn't know and ended up in older area as they were full. Other than that it was amazing clean, very comfortable, amazing staff. We will definetly stay again.

We were put in a room at a part of the hotel that was separate from the restaurant and main part of the hotel. Was very drab and outdated. We would not stay here again.

The room we stayed in was below standards. No ammeities,(hair dryer, fridge, microwave Wi-Fi. There are two sections at this site. One half is remodeled with eveything. We were in the old section, clean enough, but the wear in the rooms very evident. We had two beds, one was ok, but the othger was shot, saggy,very hard. We moved the next day to the Wyngate, and for 2.00 more per night received a deluxe room.

it served our purpose, however the child or dog upstairs (above our room) ran and jumped around late at night and real early in the morning.

We enjoy this hotel because it is close to the area where our show is held and it comes with a hot breakfast! The room we stayed in wasn't fancy, but it was clean. We have stayed in this hotel before and would do so again.

Perfect for what I needed, just a safe, clean room to sleep, with a nice complimentary breakfast.

I stayed in one of the recently remodeled rooms, which was very nice. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke at times but the room itself was exceptionally clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the french toast. The restaurant staff was a little a little understaffed at times so plan on at least 30 minutes for breakfast. The hotel was at a great location in Helena as well.

The room was perfect for our needs. I especially liked the hot breakfast at the restaurant versus a continental breakfast. The room was quiet, clean & comfortable even though it was an older hotel. We will be going back there when we return to Helena, MT.

It was very quiet, staff helpful, breakfast super, I'm getting ready to make my next reservations there, great value

The Front Staff and cleaning staff were exceptional with their personal care and attention to us and the other customers.Very impressed with the rooms,price,staff,location and the amenities.This place can go head to head with any fanchise INN and beat them hands down. Overall not a bad motel so I would say average. For some reason the hangout to smoke spot was right outside our window. Also soap in the bathroom was the inexpensive kind that disappears when it touches water. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was great.

Nice room, quite...breakfast was very nice, more than we expected. We will stay here on our next trip for certain.

I was pleasently surprised at the comfort and quality of the accommodations. I had stayed here years ago and my experience was sub-par. Renovations have improved my opinion of this hotel tremendously. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the price was really a bargain for the quality of the room. The hallways were a little daunting, but otherwise I would stay here again.

I enjoyed it very much. The food in the restaurant which is attached, was very good with 2 free breakfasts each morning. It was a very good selection or 4 different items. I had stayed there 20 years ago and it is much larger now with several additions.

I grew up in the hotel and hospitality business. And have consulted for hotels for over 20 years. Jorgenson's has made a pretty good make-over of an old property. New interior lighting, new paint in the narrow halls, new carpet and new room furniture all show solid improvement for this old property. Parking access right off the main drag from I-15 Exit makes it accessible and quick. Surrounded by retail and commercial, the Hotel & Restaurant still provide fairly quiet and comfortable surroundings for the traveling guest - both recreational and commercial business. Still, the last time most guests saw a Jergen's baby-size soap bar was 1985. Seriously, what is the problem with providing a decent size bath bar? Someone simply was too lazy or ignorant to figure this out. And, the elevator stinks, is way too slow and someone can't turn the fan on. It's an 85 degree sauna in a slow boat to upstairs. And, forget the swimming pool - it's located (when it works) in the basement. No swimming pool is often a deal breaker for the traveling tourist in July and August. Stll, the restaurant is great - some of the best coffee around and cooks with food servers who are top tier , first class people. Enjoy your stay here in an updated property with good folk. Just don't wait for the swimming pool - and bring your own bath soap - ha!

Very convenient, just off the Interstate, located between 2 one way streets. Very friendly, was offered a third bed with a second room at the same price for 2 teenagers(boy and girl). One was going to sleep on a cot, but the friendly staff offered the third bed and adjoining room for the same price. What a help? Couldn't image a more enjoyable stay. Full breakfast will the room, not just a donut. Best breakfast for free you can imagine. Stay here!

We had a very enjoyable lodging experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the city of Helena. The Wind Bag restaurant rocks!! We did a two week road trip and this was the best continental breakfast we had.

I thought this would be a good place to stay based on the reviews, but it was even better than what I was expecting. The building may be a bit old, but it has been well maintained and the amenities in the room were great (i.e. nice little fridge, plenty of towels). I really enjoyed the bit of video poker I played in the casino and the included breakfast at the restaurant was filling and delicious.

The Jorgensen is an older hotel that could use some remodeling, but that being said, the price was very inexpensive and I would definitely choose this over a Motel 6 or Super 8. If you are looking for something with the BASIC necessities for a good rest and a nice breakfast, this is definitely the place to go to. If you are looking for luxury, this probably isn't the place for you. For the budget minded looking for value, I would recommend this hotel.
