Can't miss place. Indoor pool, hot breakfast, big comfy rooms. Reasonable rates. My team even thought some of the girls who worked there were cute. Only drawback is not walking distanc to anything bu do offer 24 hour shuttle

It was enjoyable and comfortable; the price was great. The room was clean though the carpets had a couple of stains. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The only thing I found difficult was setting the thermostat; it read 71F but it felt like 68; I tried to turn the fan off but it was automatic so if I increased the temperature, of course the fan came on but the air felt cold even though the room got warmer slowly when we set it at 75F. It was confusing but we were able to raise the temperature to a comfortable level for sleeping. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Breakfast was good and varied; the eating area was roomy and comfortable.

I've stayed at the Radisson, Best Western, and Hampton - this is the best combination of quality and price.

The hotel was very close to the airport an freeway so it was very easy to get to places. The staff was very nice. There breakfast buffet was very decent. They also serve cookies in the afternoon so that was nice. They also got coffee an tea 24 hours. The rooms was very clean an spacious. The only problem I have was there heater doesn't blow out warm air. I address it to them but the problem still wasn't fix. Other than that everything was perfect.

stayed twice recently- I am in need of some assistance and my requests were met cheerfully, very pleasant, helpful. Iused park and fly arriving back in a snow storm, car was promptly cleared when i needed it-----when I arrived back the second time in frigid weathewr, the shuttlebus driver was helpful in gstarting the car and making sure i was safely in it.

Second time staying at this hotel for at least 4the nights. Great rated, clean large rooms, a great breakfast. Highly recommended

The staff at the hotel were very nice. I did not like the state of my first room (I travel a lot and have very high standards, but for most the room would have been totally fine) and they quickly got me another room and made sure it was very clean. The breakfast was better than standard hotel offerings, and the staff was very hygienic and friendly. The hotel was much better than other similar priced options in the area, so I will stay here again the next time I have to visit my inlaws. The area is industrial, but very lose to 95 ( the main artery of RI) and the airport.

Excellent service, nice breakfast, clean and comfortable

The staff could not have been any more accommodating! My wife and I travel often and were truly surprised and delighted at the service provided by this hotel. Our room was clean and all of the furniture was in great condition, the bathroom clean with plenty of towels, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was better than most of the other hotels where we have stayed. The shuttle service from the airport was excellent and timely. They even offered to take us to a local restaurant of our choice for dinner and then pick us up instead of having to take a cab!! The driver (Dave) had a great sense of humor and was very personable. We will DEFINITELY stay at this hotel when we come back to Rhode Island!!

Hotel was nice and staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the bathroom was terrible...no fan, toilet did not flush right, and the shower spray felt like I was in a mist. Not sure if all rooms were like this or not. I was staying just one night and I arrived late at night and did not become aware of the issue until the next morning so I did not move my room.

The room was very clean as were the Spa and pool area. The breakfast was more than expected. We would stay here again when we need to be in the area. The hotel is close to many amenities in Rhode Island.

Much better than any other HI Exp that I have stayed in. Very clean and close to a number of decent resturants. Rooms were nice size. Only a couple minutes from the airport and not in the flight pattern.

My daughter slep on the couch and found the mattress very thin. Next morning her back was hurting. Now very good for the price.

Loved it, the pool and jacuzzi were so clean and the breakfast was excellent!! Bed was on the firm side, not bad though....Excellent value for the price!!

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I booked last minute and cost me a little more then average, but still wasn't too bad. The hotel staff were very polite and pleasant.

Booked on Hotel.com on same day of stay. Room available then 1 hour later unavailable..booked to another hotel.. hour later room opened up so back to Holiday Inn. Gave us an upgrade next to the elevator. Room clean except for gum embedded in rug in room walkway. Unfortunately for us the customer above us were very noisy througout the night closing sliding door frequently and a major yelling fight in hallway about 400 a.m. Not a good nights sleep.

Nice for business.Equipement a litle outdated.

Overall very good. Very clean, very comfortable. A good value. Two areas that need improvement. First, although clean, some of the surfaces look like they've reached their age limit: the bathroom surfaces were worn, almost as if from overcleaning than from overuse. Second, the room doors are very loud. Every time anyone came or went into one of the rooms anywhere near mine, I could hear the slamming of the doors. Overall very good, though: I would stay there again.

Holiday Inn Express - Warwick was overall an enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The only negatives I would report is that our first room seemed to have a bug problem; after reporting this to the front desk we were promptly given another room. The breakfast needs to be more varied as well, I understand most continental breakfast's at standard hotels are pretty basic, muffins, fruit, cereal/oatmeal, pancakes, toast & bagels, and eggs & sausage. Unfortunately, there was no variety of the dishes from one day to the next. We were there for 4 nights and every morning it was always the same menu; sausage & eggs, biscuits & gravy, and the rest of the standard items. I would have been nice to change the menu each day even if simple changes. By the the 3rd day we starting eating out b/c we were bored with the food. Lastly, the location of the hotel, while very conveniently located near the airport and in a relatively quiet neighborhood, there is nothing really in walking distance. We had a car so it wasn't a problem but it was a decent 15-20 minute drive to get to the main part of town where the shopping malls, movie theater, and restaurants are. But considering the hotel overall, it was a clean, comfortable stay and we had no real problems with our stay.

We chose this hotel due to its location. In general, everything was fine. Staff recommended a good restaurant. However, I telephoned 4 times about an item left in the room. First time I was directed to housekeeping and so all subsequent calls were directly to housekeeping. Left my number 3 times and still have not received a call back. It was an expensive item not just a toy.

we had a pullout couch and no pillows were provided and when the air conditioner kicked on it was louder than loud

Great hotel for a great price, will stay again.Great service and breakfast , close to I95.

The hosue keeping was AMAZING...we have three young children all under 5 so we had their "lovies" with (stuffed animals / dolls) and blankies. The house keeping was so sweet and when the room was all picked up for the day, they took the animals and dolls and blankies and arranged them so sweet...like someone really took care of their prized possesions as if it meant something to them. We tipped them at the end of our stay :) We had a total of three adults and six kids and we had more than enough room, which was suggested by Hotels.com. The area was wonderful as it was right near a mall, many eateries, spas...ect. The staff was friendly and the vending machines were awesome, lol...I've never seen icecream or pizza vending machines! We had a great stay and didnt want to leave!
