Fairfield Inn & Suites Dulles Airport Chantilly - שאנטיי

Location was excellent, Staff was responsive, but the rooms had problems. Our first room's toilet was broken so we were moved to a second room. The second room had an out of balance and very noisy exhaust fan, the shower valve was installed backwards (hot was cold and cold was hot), and the mirror trim was falling off. The heater stunk and the closet knob was missing exposing the sharp end of a screw. The third floor ice machine was broken and not marked "Out of Order". When we returned from a trip into D.C. our room keys wouldn't work. Despite being in the flight path of Dulles the room wasn't noisy.

was a very relaxing and reomantic stay.indoor pool and hotub was a plus.breakfast there was better then most hotels.24 hour coffie was important to me,and they fresh baked cookies in evening to go with the fresh coffie.we will definenitly come here again.

Clean, comfortable room with good breakfast. Close to airport so some plane noise but with fan on able to drown out most of noise. Plenty of places to eat surrounding the area.

Great but shuttle starts at 7 on the week ends which was too late for our flight. The desk offered to pay the first $15 of our cab fare

The hotel shuttle was free and it took about 15 min. to go from Dulles to the hotel. The front desk service was very professional and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and everything according to pictures of the hotel online. Three restaurants were near by (Longhorn, Santini and Bob Evans). I would recommend this hotel for a layover at Dulles or even a longer stay.

Awesome staff-new hotel

We booked this hotel for its proximity to both the Air & Space Museum in Chantilly and Washington, DC. The hotel was immaculate, the service was excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious. As far as other reviews about the pool hrs., we were there both Sat. & Sunday nights and it closed at 9:00pm and 8:00PM respectively, with a lifeguard on duty. We found these hrs. to be very reasonable. Would recommend!

The hotel was just about what I expected based on the reviews I read prior to booking there. The room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the free wi-fi and the free premium channels on the TV. I don't know if you could find a better place for the rate charged.

Very friendly staff, included breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Free van service to IAD airport and Air&Space museum.

After being stuck at Dulles all day thanks to United Airlines, I found the staff and hotel to be an Oasis.

Top notch room and staff! True value for your money.

When I checked in, Roxanne was extremely courteous and welcoming. She made certain I received the marriot "welcome" snack bag--very thoughtful. My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub hours were not very conveniennt during my stay. Overall, though a very nice place to stay and I would efinitely consider staying there again.

I enjoyed it very much.... I enjoyed the design within the rooms and theye ven called to makek sure that everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again. The continental breakfast was also very nice. They even had a nice pool.

very well managed motel, everything was in working order and clean and well thought out. will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was fine, but very hard to find after dark, especially when the sign for the first turn had been knocked down. The man at the desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, and I couldn't understand a thing he said.

To me, the hotel and what it offers will sell itself. It's the customer service that will bring people back. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and exceeded my expectations. For the price, you really can't beat it. I paid $30 more for a rat hole of a hotel in the city the night before. I wish I found this earlier!

Hotel staff was very accomodating to us. We requested to check in 2 hours early and they were more than happy to find us a room. It is conveniently located near Dulles airport. Overall a great location and great price for any traveler.

Excellent Hotel, close to Dulles Airport and Convention Center. Super value prop.

I was very pleased with the service, quality, and budget of our stay. However, the housekeeping doesn't speak any english and was very hard to communicate with. Overall she was very pleasant and smiling all the time and I would have to say they even checked up on us to make sure everything was great to our liking. They really know how to treat their guests.

A very modern hotel near Dulles airport tucked away in a small estate. Great customer service and facilities. Only problem for me was that the swimming pool was only available in the evening. Other than that a fine place to stay with good options for breakfast.

The hotel is decorated beautifully and I enjoyed the view of the Chantilly/Dulles area from my third floor room. But, when I got ready for bed, imagine my surprise when the curtain didn't close to block the lights - all that separated me from the bright shiny night was a window sheer. I know no one could see me, but it felt really, well, open. Also, my refrigerator - which was a nice feature - leaked all over the floor. So, if you can stand the light at night and don't mind the perceived lack of privacy , it's a nice place to stay.

The Fairfield Hotel in Chantilly, VA is clean and quiet, with access to free wifi. The hotel is located next to several restaurants.

We stayed here for the Marine Corps Marathon. The room was clean and well kept. The staff went out of there way to help us. We had to leave for the race at 5am, and the breakfast does not open until 6:30, but they opened up the area and made access for us to eat anyway. I was pleased with the whole hotel.

not clean room when we got there. Blood on conforter. didnt like pool hours. the only thing that was somewhat good was the breakfast. but i wouldnt waste your money here.
