Had a weekend getaway with my kids, and although the overall comfort of the room and hotel was good, was disappointed that the TV reception was very poor, and the shower did not work. Took them over 2 hours to send someone to our room to look at the shower, after I followed up with them, only to be told maintenace would have to look at it. I had to suggest another room where we could at least shower.

I was very happy with my stay. Clean rooms, nice overall, good value, I will be staying there again.

We were very pleased for $89/night for 2 queen beds how nice the hotel was. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, as we were out-of-towners. The breakfast was wonderful, our room was clean, the bathroom was exceptionally clean! Overall we were VERY impressed and will stay there again when we are in the area!

They made sure that the room was very accessible for my husband, whom is in a wheel chair. The suite was big enough for him to freely move around comfortably. Our four day stay was very comfortable.

The hotel itself is average, but the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the highway and within a five minute drive of a variety of restaurants.

The hotel staff were excellent. They assisted with directions and even printed off driving directions for me. The hotel itself is in what appeared to be upper middle-class neighborhood and was quiet. The location was also between the interstate and the area shopping center.

Rooms were well kept up and clean. Staff was very friendly. Downside was the beds, a little hard. But overall , a very good experience. I stayed there for 7 days. So the beds were a big deal for me.

The "hot" breakfast was poor. The eggs were reconstituted, the sausage was tasteless and the coffee was mediocre.

Nice but did not like the very short pilliow on the bed

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and located in a quiet area away from traffic. I heard nearly nothing from other rooms or the hallway, which was a good change from other hotels that I have frequented. We will stay at this hotel again in the future.

Great, but the air conditioner was not controled by a thermostat which made it either too hot or too cold. The choices were high or low. What's that about?

Everything was great except that the hot tub wasnt working when we were there.

Nice Hotel, little expensive forwhat you get, and internet was weak as well as cable channel selection

We had stayed at this hotel before. We found it to be comfortable with many desirable amenities. We used it as a stopover on our trip back home from Lubbock; a nice break in a long trip. The property remains as an island in a burgeoning suburb. Close to DFW and the Texas Motor Speedway, but far enough away that you don't have the hustle of the Metroplex. Clean, well-appointed, fairly new, it's a nice place to unwind from the road. Unfortunately, we will not have an opportunity to stay here again; it's not on the way to anything we're going to. If there is another property like this on our way to another destination, we would like to stay there.

Clean, quiet facility....comfortable room...competent helpful staff.

I reserve room 3 month in advance for warriror dash and when I finally arrive to hotel to check in service rep looking nervous and confused. They didnt want to speak with me due to the fact they over booked multiple rooms and they had the idea of redirecting me to a sister company hotel. After talking to the manager about this issue they put me in a room. I lived 4 hrs away from this event and didnt want to deal with this and was frustrated. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is location. It is very close to the even and if you drive 10 minutes away you can find a walmart and resteruants. Next time I will trust the reviews written on this site and go to a better hotel even if its a bit further. I was not familiar with his area but honestly once I was there it was very easy to navigagte. The town of roanoke was a very nice place but this hotel is not the talk of the town.

Me hospede por 2 dias en el hotel y me parecio muy comodo y limpio. La habitacion es espaciosa y muy agradable. La coneccion de internet es rapida y estable.
