Devonshire House Hotel - ליברפול

The outside of the hotel is really beautiful with a nice garden, the parking arrangements were also good, it was easy to find parking and it was very close to the hotel entrance. The reception area and lounge also looked very nice but some parts of the hotel would need to be renovated. The lift looked old and some of the buttons needed fixing and the ceiling of the room also looked dated and had some stains. Aside from these issues, the hotel was very pleasant and the staff was kind and helpful. The price of the room was very reasonable and overall I had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was a nice building but needed updating inside. The rooms were dated and plain, however the staff were friendly and the food was good.

Considering the reports we read after we had booked the hotel it was a pleasant surprise. It is very dated, refused our first offer of a bedroom as it was like a time warp and the fabric bedhead looked filthy. If we hadn't of been given a better room we would have 'walked'. The staff were very attentive. The first meal we had was poor, totally overcooked, we were not charged for it (very kind) The second meal we had was much better. It is clearly a hotel run on a 'budget' with the staff being overworked especially when you get in coach trips. All in all it served it's purpose, wouldn't actually recommend it to anyone, but for visiting Liverpool is was acceptable for a couple of nights. If you want basic, basic is what you get, if you want luxury then don't book this hotel.

The hotel staff were helpful the hotel could do with a total revamp the beds in the rooms have seen better days

Hotel under refurbishment. Surrounding area also under refurbishment. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Basic but perfecly acceptable for my requirememnts

I choose to stay at the hotel due to my first choice been sold out. The hotel look like could do with a spruce up. My room was spacious but the bathroom was absolutely digusting, the shower screen is the smallest i have ever seen in mylife, bath sealant was moldy, not good. Each time I attend the reception it was vacant and have to press th bell to get attention, for a hotel front of house is the first impression and should be manned 24 hours a day. Over priced for the service received.

非常滿意, 只是暖爐壞了晚上睡覺時有點冷

Jag och min kompis hade bokat ett twin room, de hade överbokat hotellet så vi fick en dubbelsäng istället, som dessutom inte var så stor. De löste det dock relativt smidigt med ett extra rum första natten samt att vi fick gratis frukost.

Hotelli kuvausta ja kuvia nuhjuisempi. Varsinkin epäsiisti seinän vieruksilta osin repsottava kokolattiamatto ja kylpyhuoneen kalustus saivat ison miinuksen. UIkoalue, pysäköintipaikat ja sijainti sen sijaan saivat isot plussan.
