Was very impressed with the hotel.... the price was great for the above average of the conditions! room was neat and clean and the breakfast was perfect for a quick breakfast. Had a great check out time. WOULD USE AGAIN!

From the time we arrived and the young lady at the desk offered me milk for my baby because it was late at night, until the day we checked out i was super impressed with this whole place and staff. I was very pleased with this hotel for the price. I was blown away at how nice the room was. Perfect for the traveling family.

The hotel is located in industrial area by a busy street. Description of this hotel stated "pets allowed", no additional fee was noted. When we arrived, we were all of the sudden required to pay unrefundable $75 pet fee. The room smelled musty and the carpet had stains in it. There was only 2 big towels in the bathroom.

This is a nice, clean home away from home. The staff provide excellent customer service, even when unusual things happen. I was especially impressed by Guy and Shannon. They had solutions to problems I had around the lack of personal transportation and were always friendly and professional. The rest of the staff also preformed at an above average level.

Located in a business district and not near restaurants etc but first class hotel. Very pleased.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff if friendly. The hotel is located in an office park so you will be driving to everything but on the plus side no traffic on the weekend.

It was a clean room with lots of space. The service desk was satisfactory, but nothing over the top. The location is a bit tucked away from most activities visitors would be interested in. If you are looking to be out of Dallas, but still be within 20-25 minutes of major attractions this is a great place.

The hotel staff tried, but it was difficult. I checked in late and at midnight found a totally Full trash can under the kitchen sink. They kindly changed my room. The major is was that the Wake Up call never came. I had a flight to catch. Accidently left a pair of shoes, which they did fed-ex.The breakfast food was ok, but again trash cans overflowed.In addition the AC was not working in the gym. They said that maintenance does not come on the weekend. Another employee told me that they had to wait on a part, etc.

Chose this hotel for its olasma tv, however it wud not allow my kids to plug in their PS3....ports were not being blocked by hotel but front desk staff did not attempt to resolve my issue after they took complaint

Its ok staff was nice an very helpful

Staff was very professional and friendly. Parking if free with stay which was nice, however we waited about 40 minutes for shuttle to pick us up after we returned from our trip. Otherwise, good price and decent hotel.

We always try to stay at Residence Inn when possible. Their rooms are comfortable and amenities are impeccable. This hotel met all of our expectations.

Good Rate and a fine stay for basic overnight business requirement.

A nice place to stay. Quite & comfy. The free morning breakfast had actual food which was nice. We will stay there agasing for sure.

Stayed at a Residence Inn, in Katy, Tx during spring break and it was wonderful. This hotel was in a creepy business district, room felt somewhat "dirty", asked for missing remote, it was never delivered, floor layout was terrible, had to leave thru several doors to get to office, couldn't tell where the office was upon 1st arrival, and closet doors in one room were missing. Won't be staying here again.

Not only was the staff superb, the continental breakfast was wonderful. We had a really nice room with a kitchen and every day someone came in to clean and change our towels with fresh ones. The convenience of this hotel to malls and other areas was great. I would definately stay at this hotel again. The only downfall is its close to DFW airport and we had planes going over us, but they drive you anywhere withing a 5 miles radius and the staff are amazing.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel. Einziger Nachteil, das es direkt in der Einflugschneise liegt. Flughafenshuttle vorhanden
