Check in was quick & efficient. The room that we checked into was just above two large A/C compressors. I called the desk, and in less than 10 minutes, they had us in a different room. Very helpful!

We stay here whenever we visit family in the area because the price is reasonable and we don't have to book two rooms when we need a suite. This particular stay our room was a bit musty smelling when we entered. Other than that, we enjoyed the great service we've come to expect.

I will try to stay here whenever I'm in the area.

I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely come back. I especiallyI liked all the ammenities that it offered.

The staff at the Sonesta could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They were awesome! Every request was met with a smile and a can-do attitude. The room was perfect for our needs, as we were traveling with our large German Shepherd dog. The room was located directly near the exit stair well to make it easy for walking. We had lots of space for meal prep, TV viewing, and sleeping. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great price capped off a very enjoyable stay!

Two bedroom suite was very roomy and perfect for two adults and 2 teenagers. It was great to have two twin beds for our sons instead of having to put someone in a rollaway bed. Beds were very comfortable.Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night so cannot comment on the facilities.

All the comforts of home in a suite! Delicious breakfast in the am. For business travelers a welcomed break to the regular hotel room because these have full kitchens.

Overall it is a good place for a longer stay. Housekeeping could do a better job. We stayed for a week, they only came to change towels and took away the trash. They did not bother to vacuum the floor, and did not leave any detergent for the dish washer. The suite is comfortable, the beds indeed poor quality, I was unable to sleep comfortably.

Good except bed was supposedly a queen size, maybe for LEPRECHAUNS, I would classify as full size

My room was perfect for our family. It was nice and big with 3 older style tvs, but we didn't mind. Our only complaint was the buffet breakfast. When we got there, there were not any plates. Eventually plastic plates came out. Then I got my orange juice and realized it was mostly water, I couldn't drink it. They were also out of waffle mix. Overall i would stay again, even though the beds were very firm

We were all very happy with this hotel...we had a group of 15 people and were very happy with the numbers that we could put into each room due to assortment of number and type of beds plus pull-out couches! It's always nice too to have a frig when you're travelling! We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great family get away. Big rooms, super nice staff, lots of families. I would recommend it.

This hotel over all was great , the front desk staff on both day and night shift were extremely helpful and friendly. The Kitchen supervisor put out a wonderful breakfast and made sure everything was constantly stocked and was so nice to talk to. TV's are a little dated in the rooms. The maintenance could be a little bit better we had a light that didnt work well and some of the recepticles were very loose, the pool was dirty and didnt seem as though it was cleaned often. The bedding and towels were clean but the carpets looked like they hadnt been steam cleaned in a while, the bathrooms were fairly clean but little details were not looked after like stuff on the walls and the hair left in the bath tubs. Overall though its a nice comfortable hotel.

I had booked by stay in the Staybridge Suites a week in advance and had expressly asked for a King Size non-smoking room for my son and I while we visited Holy Cross and Harvard through Hotels.Com. When I went to check in, Staybridge Suites initially had no record of the reservation that I had paid in advance. Moreover, when they did discover the reservation it was for a smoking room with twin beds, totally unacceptable. However, after speaking with the Hotels.com agent who handled the call that night. resolved the matter to beyond my satisfaction. He found a Hotel that met and even exceeded my initial booking arrangements that was only 10 minutes away. He also was able to add compensation for my inconvenience that will allow me to continue to be a Hotels.com customer. That was not going to be the case prior to his intervention.

The two bedroom, two bath layout was extremely comfortable. My boyfriend and I had privacy, as did his mother. We were in town for a wedding, and getting ready with separate bathrooms was effortless. We only stayed two nights, but could have easily stayed a week for the convenience of the room. The propery was quite nice and well maintained outside, but the interior could have been cleaner. The hall carpets badly needed cleaning. The walls in our room were filthy, the carpets weren't vacuumed well, lipstick was on the coffee mugs, and paint on the sofa. It was quite a distraction from how pleasant the rest of it was.

My room was very spacious, with plenty of room to move about if you were in a wheelchair or had other mobility issues. Sliding pocket door off the bedroom into the bath was convenient. Everything very handy! Definitely would recommend and will stay again next time I'm in this neck of the woods.

We were in Dracut for a long weekend at a sports tournament. The hotel was within a 15 minute ride to where we needed to be. Nice quiet location right off the highway, but no noise from anything. Extra plus was the kitchenette so we didn't have to go out after a day of softball. Yet plenty of places to go close by if we wanted to. Really nice breakfast available. Have nothing but good things to say!

We had our grandchildren with us and the hotel met all of our needs.The hotel staff were courteous and extremely helpful.We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in staying there again!

I am not very picky person and I stayed here with my family for 4 nights. Over all it was wonderful. Guest service was good. I asked if I can check in 1 hrs before check-in time and they accepted my request with no hesitation. I asked for limited room service for week-end and they kept their word. I had towels changed and room cleaned on two days. Swimming pool was good and surrounding area is quite and enjoyable. Breakfast was good and with sufficient number of varieties. Having kitchen and utensils in clean and good condition is a definitely an advantage. Only disadvantage for guys visiting Boston is that you should have a car to stay in this hotel otherwise it is painful to travel to downtown. I would definitely try to get into same hotel if I visit next time and have already recommended for my friends.

best value in the greater Boston area.

The Hotel was nice about 30 minutes from Boston. The room was nice and clean but the bed had to be the cheapest bed they could buy.My back hurt me everynight I stayed. Beyond that the staff was freindly and the free breakfast and light dinner was a nice add on.

Great value for the hotel room. We had a one bdrm suite with kitchen, and sitting area. Perfect for 3yr old and 9mos old. Breakfast was very yummy and the staff friendly. We will stay again.

Be aware that this is not a normal hotel room with daily maid services. I stayed on the weekend, and no cleaning was done during my stay. However, beyond that, the spaciousness of the rooms MORE than made up for any lack of maid services. The layout of the hotel was very nice, with much more amenities than I thought there would be for the price. I would stay there again, but more likely during the weekdays, when maid service is available.

Breakfast buffet was lovely. Cozy lobby and eating area. Lots of trees around. It's a great facility. I really have no complaints about my stay except that although I specifically requested a suite with two beds, I arrived to find only one bed in the room. The staff remedied the situation without a lot of fuss, but next time I will contact the hotel directly and not through this website.

I was visting family nearby and was happ with the location of the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was nice. We happen to be there while 8 teams of 18 ice skating girls ages 8-17 were there also, so it was a little loud..... But I think the hotel was nice enough to put us on a different floor. If there is any reason to be in that location ( nothing to do) great place to stay

Very kind and welcoming front-desk staff. Very spacious and clean rooms. Nice fitness center with free laundry. A diverse selection of breakfast items for the complimentary breakfast. The location was tucked away in a quiet area with not much immediately surrounding the hotel, but things were easily accessible using a car. I only stayed one night but had a very good experience overall.

What a great facility. Great location at a great price. The staff was wonderful and made us feel right at home.

The hotel was was much nicer than expected and I was shocked and pleased to see a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. Really great hotel for the money. The issue would be for Boston sports fans, they do not (or at least didn't when I stayed) have NESN. Overall, great hotel, I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Staybridge was exceptional. Everyone who worked there that we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for all the great amenities.

Everytime we visit the "old stomping grounds" we love to stay in a suite here. Being able to fit six people in one place if great. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it and the pillows home! While there was work being done to repair water damage on the third floor, it was far away from us so that we did not hear a thing. The staff was most helpful and courteous. Highly recommend a stay here!

A wonderful get-away. Staff was plasant and knowledgable. Excellent value. Clean rooms, breakfast buffet completed the great value.

Outstanding hotel with very friendly/helpful personnel. Breakfast and dinner offerings very good.
