Great hotel. Will certainly come back.

Good price and good stay for an OK hotel. No complaints.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to get to the local venues. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. Otherwise a good place to stay in Orlando area.

Rooms were clean, however it did say there was a fridge and microwave in each room but ours didn't have one, we wouldn't have used it anyway but just to let u know.

I loved this hotel. The pool was nice, the breakfast was GREAT!

Nice and peaceful place. Close enough to attractions but not right on top of all the action and noise.

The only thing that was a drawback is there was a crumpled napkin on the floor next to the dresser. However, everything else was fantastic. The bed was quite possibly one of the most comfortable I had slept in while away from home (loved the pillows)!

everything was very good,but in the front desk a woman wasn't freindly and at the breakfast area a guy respond to my wife with bad atttitude.

Close to Universal and Disney. Very clean. Room was nice. Breakfast was good. Would defiantly stay again.

The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Food in the morning was hot and well prepared.

For the price the hotel was fine nothing fancy but clean and we weren't there to hang out at the hotel. Guy at front desk was helpful and friendly. The lady at the attraction ticket counter was also very helpful. You can get attraction tickets right there.

Good value for a family. Breakfast was adequate but the eggs and fruit cocktail was not good. Close to all amenities and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great value for money! Right on the I-Drive trolley line (SeaWorld, Aquatica, Premium Outlets, all kinds of restaurants, etc.). Some low points: Suite not ready for us, the first night (had to stay in a double queen) - then, not very clean when they did move us. Shuttle service to/from Disney World ran late and was always packed. (Universal shuttle was better.)

This hotel has almost everything you want when travelling. Very good free breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. A few more degrees to the pool water temperature would have make it perfect.

Check in was at 3 but room was not ready until 4. I booked a king suite and got a queen. Room was not very clean furniture in suite was stained. Will not stay here again especially not for the price.

Country Inn and Suites are usually my favorite hotel to stay at, the suite set-up works well for us. The service and room were great at this location as well, the only problem was the extreme thinness of the walls. I was able to hear people below, above and next to us. If you are a light sleeper, like me, find another hotel!

Dirty and smell bad, bed not comfortable

all the rooms do not have the same facilities. booked for 7 nights stayed only one night

My grandson and I loved this hotel, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. All very positive. If there is anything that needs to be improved is the way in which the shampoo and cream rinse is packed. Very difficult to get liquids out of those bottles with such a small opening.s Other than that, a great hotel, well located and with good bus service to all parks.Staff very helpful and friendly.

We only asked for a towel and they did not even make up the beds. We did not care about new sheets but they could have made up the beds. Otherwise the breakfast was good and the staff greeted us and were friendly.

We ended up with a two bed room vs one king bed room that we paid for. No compensation for the mistake...stated we had to take it up with the travel place we booked it through. Will not stay here again.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD, WOULD USE YOUR PLACE AGAIN

It served the purpose we were achieving. We wanted a hotel close to the Sleuth's dinner show and it was less than a mile away.

The room air conditioner/heater cycled on and off every few seconds with an annoying thud. We just had to turn it off. Wish the beds had a regular blanket instead of the very heavy comforters. Had a great breakfast. Rooms were clean.

Breackfast included was too busy and not enough tables for guests at peak hours. Hotel nice and clean, confortable room, convenient located. If you are planing a location just for sleep it is fine.

Really enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. The only few issues we had was, found the rooms to be a bit dark - maybe needs better lighting. The living area had a couch an s all table with 2 chairs - not much seating area for 3 people. Breakfast was great however, it was busy at 8. Couple of times had to take it to our room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was clean and welcoming.

Hotel was very good for the price paid, location is excellent and breakfast was also very good. Would stay again but if they had bigger rooms would be best, I booked 3 adults and 2 kids and only got a 2 queen bedroom, would be nice to have a sofa bed at least. But we since we only stayed for 1 night, it was ok.

It wasnt what I had hoped for. Dated, not super clean, but location worked for one night. I wouldnt stay again

Staff service was poor, breakfast was too busy, but location was great for going to Universal.

Staff at front desk were wonderful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Gift shop keeper was exceptional. She went out of her way to accomodate us by ensuring our choice of beverage was always available and held aside for us in the evening after returning from the parks. The daily breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety or choices. We never left the hotel hungry before venturing out for the day. The shuttle service was very handy and comfortable. Our driver was helpful and informative. The fact that the I-Trolley was available right outside the entrance to the hotel was convenient and a most enjoyable experience. We used it to travel to Sea World as the provided shuttle left our hotel later than we wanted. For $1.50 per person each way, we had an inexpensive and classic mode of transportation. Our only disappointment was in the smoking room. It would have been appreciated if it had been sprayed with air freshener. I realize it was a smoking room but the heavy smell of stale smoke could easily have been masked. We did request this but nothing was done about it during our entire week. The location is quite isolated, with no real stores or restaurants close by. I'd suggest eating at the parks before returning to the hotel. You can, however, order in from a variety of restaurants providing delivery for a charge. We would definitely stay again but we'd bring along some sort of air freshener. A small price to pay for a wonderful holiday

The staff was really nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was great. Overall me and my friends had a really good time.

Breakfast was nice with several healthy choices. The staff was very friendly. Hotel rooms and halls were clean and odorless. I would recommend this hotel to a friend and I would definetely stay there again!
