Hilton Garden Inn Missoula - מיסולה

Room was comfortable, staff was friendly. Had to pay $10 for rubbery eggs and cold bacon for breakfast, I won't have breakfast in the hotel if I stay again. Not my favorite hotel in Missoula, but I couldn't beat the price.

Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The very best complementary coffee I have ever had while traveling.

hallway smelled like smoke, bed was horribly horribly uncomfortable, we decided to check out early because we could not sleep on it another night, then the receptionist rudly pointed to a small-med size sign that said the beds were adjustable, I asked where was that located in the room she said it wasent... I asked why?? she just shrugged and said she didnt know.... If we would have know that we wouldent have checked out early. bathroom and room was very clean.

The customer service was great! I thought the bed was a little harder than other Hilton's that I have stayed in but it was still nice. It is close to the freeway and not to far from the airport as well. Definitely will stay there again!

The front desk staff was extremely pleasing and went above and beyond to make sure guest were taken care of. Small story, I was giving the girl at the Front desk a hard time about not having cookies. She said she was trying to get the key. After I gave her a hard time several times as I passed by the desk, I was pleasantly surprised that she knocked on my door and brought me cookies on a plate and a milk. I believe her name was Jenna. This is excellent service and now they will always have my business.

I will absolutely stay here again. My room was very clean & quiet.

We had to call at 3 pm to have our room cleaned for the day! The pool was good.

Comfortable, clean and great facilities- fitness room was wonderful.

We went to this hotel because it had been exceptional in the past. Very clean friendly staff

No problems, good area and access, only issue was Breakfast - too busy and long waits in hotel - better to go elsewhere.

The bed was very comfortable, great sheets and great shower... I'll stay there again.

The receptionist always remembered me and greeted me well. There was a great sensitivity to my tastes and preferences. This hotel will be choice number one for all future trips to Missoula.

It was great the staff was very helpful when we checked in. The breakfast was great and at a great price too. I would stay there again as well as recomened it.

Great room and a very nice hotel. The only issue was the mattress has a baffle system to control how firm it is. The baffles on one side of the bed were not operating correctly creating a low spot. Regardless, would definitley stay here again.

Overall very good, but it was a little bit expensive for the room and area...

the hotel was quite comfortable and in a great location since it was just off of the freeway. The rooms were a bit small for us as we had an infant and not much room for the portable crib or to get around the crib. I would ask for a bigger room if you find yourself in a similar location. Otherwise, the rooms were quite clean and the hotel staff was very friendly thus making it a good hotel choice if you are in Missoula.

This is our get-away-hotel. We live close by but have stayed here consistently to get some quiet time or get caught up on reading/work that can't be done with the hussle and bussle of home life. Always has been clean and quiet for us. Very relaxing. Great place if you don't want to be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time, and will stay there again in a heartbeat! The rooms were fantastic!

perfect service gr8 breakfast clean comfortable rooms and super friendly staff ... location a huge plus, restraunts, casinos, and shopping in walking distance, close to freeways ..... thanks for the gr8 time

Nice, but was told it had sllep number bed and it did not.. Pool was too cold for the kids!!

Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. We didn't realize the breakfast wasn't included but the food was good. They should have a sign posted with the price for the buffet. Otherwise, we really enjoyed out stay.

This was a very nice hotel, the staff were exceptionally courtious and helpful when we arrived early for check-in. I will stay there the next time I am in Missoula for anything!!!

Nice hotel friendly staff. Only downfalls. Is that you have to walk outside to go to the restaurant and the meal wasn't great.

I decided to give three motels in this area a trial run to see which one was the best value for the cost. By far, the Hilton Garden is winning hands down. We have one more motel to compare. We booked our reservations a little early so we'd get the best rates, so our Griz weekend stay was pretty reasonable. The breakfast costs $10, but it is well worth the money. The omelets alone are worth the price. I highly recommend a stay at the Hilton Gardens. I've even thinking of changing my next few stays to get back to this beautiful establishment. Over the past three or four years, I've stayed in most of the motels in this area. With the exception of one other, this is the sport the stay. Staff is ex- tremely friendly, the establishiment is clean and well-cared for, and the rooms are heavenly. Give it a try.

We flew in to Missoula late and left early so the close proximity to the airport was a plus. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and room comfortable. 10 min. drive to U of Montana and ushering in a college student, the nearness to box stores came in handy.

As Hotels.com overbooked, we never ended up with a room even though we were charged. I cannot speak for the quality of the hotel as we never got passed the lobby.

Really a great hotel, staff very nice, good location, near airport and not that far from main city ( 5 minutes by car). Excellent cookies in evening ;-) Plenty of different and fun places to eat around and near by.

The staff all seemed to be young, bitter and borderline surly. The pool and hot tub was the most disgusting we have seen anywhere. Sadly, the pool is why we choose and paid extra for this motel. The pool had hundreds of dead bugs and spiders on the bottom and floating. The hot tub left you covered in slime and goo rings when you got out. I had booked three rooms for family members to pay me back later. I was so embarrassed I ended up paying for all the rooms. There are a lot of nice motels in Missoula, save your money and frustration and stay somewhere else.

the only thing that I found wrong with this room was there was something very gross dried on the inside of one of the glasses which simply makes me ask the question, what else might be unclean that I can't see? Although, I have stayed at this Hilton several times and have been nothing but pleased.

The rooms are great and the buffet breakfasts are the best.

The rooms have a wide open space and are clean and comfortable with everything you need and then some and the continental breakfast was above your average continental breakfast at other hotels

I would stay here again. I like the microwave and refrigerator. The t.v. was not a flat screen and the channels left something to be desired. Luckily we brought computers and games for the kids. The breakfast was good, but a little expensive. The pool was small and crowded.
