The hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable. Ken at the front desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The only negative would have been the noise, but it is close to the airport so I expected that. Slept well anyway.

horrible hotel woundn"t recommend it to my worst enemy.not enough staff very runned down . the sofa in our room was soiled and broken looked like a piece that had been picked up at a dumpster.the front desk never gave me my wake up call and almost didnt make my flight horrible . this is my second bad exp. in atlanta this year the hotels are very runned down you must stay in very expensive hotels to get better quality it wasnt like that some years ago its a shame this traveler will try very hard not to stay anymore in atlanta.

I have stayed here on more than one occasion and I love the ambience of this Hotel. It's interior is like a 50's Miami or L.A. look to it and is very cool. The rooms are huge and clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Nice clean hotel. Was all great. Only thing was our late arrival to the hotel, with 4 sleepy kids, was prolonged 30 mins longer due to computer system update. We had to wait in our car to get our room key.

This hotel had everything we needed for our hotel stay before flying out of Atlanta. Great shuttle service, breakfast and wifi. We even ordered dinner in from the adjacent restaurant after a long day at the Masters and their food was delicious. I would definitely recommend and stay there again if I am ever in need of a place near Hartsfield.

By the train tracks = train horns starting at 5am. So much for sleeping.

I booked a suite with a huge Jacuzzi tub that was amazing, the way the suite was decorated was nice & clean.

good will come back and recommend

Very good hotel, ideal as an overnight stop before setting out on a long journey! Large comfortable room and a good breakfast.

I love the stay, however there was not anything guides in the room to show shopping area, dining or recreation, etc.

Great location. We always stay there the night before our flight. Shuttle service is super and parking rates reasonable. Breakfast also great. Special thanks to Dairris at front desk with help on the computer to print out boarding pass. This is third time we have used this hotel night befor our flight.

Parts of the hotel smelt like weed. Was a very nice room. Well maintained. Front desk counter employees were extremely courteous.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Shuttle bus useful. Enjoyed my stay and wiuld stay again.

Just to get away for the night then it was fine......

Our room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be recently remodeled, so the luggage rack and the hangers for the closet were missing. We tried to use the guest laundry, but there was only one washer, and another guest left their clothes in so long that we were never able to use the machine. Additional machines would be nice. It was also unfortunate that we arrived while the pool was being repaired. It would have been nice to know this when we booked our reservation.

Went to a concert at lakewood and this hotel was very clean and nice. It has a restraunt right beside it and was less than 5 miles to the venue. I would certainly stay there again.

Quiet rooms and good breakfast

I really liked the ease of the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, the friendliness of the staff, and the breakfast in the mornings. The reservation process was simple and quick, I was able to stay near the airport, and had a good night's rest.

Only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that it being close to the airport It was very noisy all night.

Great proximity to Turner Field. Near train tracks and airport, noise wasn't an issue.

Had a wonderful experience time with the hotel and staff. Room and view was amazing and loved having a balcony with a pretty good view overlooking the airport. Hands down will choose this hotel again if needing one in ATL in the future!

Very clean room!! Very nice room. There was no little card by the TV with the channels so you had to scroll through the channels to find what was there. Maybe there was a guide somewhere on the remote but I couldn't find it and so I had to scroll through all channels (and empty channels) to see what was there. That was my only issue...not much of an issue. The only other thing was that they have this really neat elevator that goes up the outside of the hotel and you can look out...it's really cool and the glass was kind of dirty and sticky looking but I am sure everyone touches it and mucks it up..that was the only part of the hotel that I found the least bit less than clean as a whistle. I would stay here again any time. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a nice place.

Ok. Lot of remodeling going on. Noisey from the planes. Pool was dirty.

Hotel was clean. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. Very close to interstate.

Iffy neighborhood, strange odors in hotel, less than friendly greeting. Airport noise pretty strong.

An average two star hotel located in a bad area. Shuttle service was good and the rooms are clean and functionable. Not a three star hotel.

Not the first time we stayed in this hotel and it certainly will not be the last. Great service and clean
