Best Western Plus Northwest Inn - דאלאס

Booked on Hotel.com, but it took 20 minutes for the front desk to find our reservation. The hallways are not air conditioned and were very hot. The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was okay. Doesn't seem to be a good location to go out for a run. The treadmill seems barely functional. The location is just barely close enough to Love Field.

This hotel was very nice for the price. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I especially liked the Texas shaped waffles. The only obstacle is getting into the property,you have to drive in though the business next door to get on to the parking lot.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good customer service.

Comfortable stay. Close to the highways so you can get anywhere fast.

It was good. However, my flight got in early and i reported to the hotel. I was charged $20 as an early check in fee. Everything was an extra fee, the hotel owner/manager just wants to nickle & dime you. The staff did not anything about the city. I asked for simply things like what can we i do, where are allof the good restaurants. The staff had no clue.

This was the first hotel I've ever stayed at where I felt UNWELCOME. I booked this hotel for my family of four because the pictures were nice, the price was decent, and it had a 4.2 hotels.com guest rating. I personally will give it a 2. The only reason it gets any points is that I had no major problems with the hotel itself (it was clean and everything). However - apparently the people who own/manage the hotel LIVE there and the whole time we were guests they would GLARE at us and HOVER over us. We seemed to be the only people staying at the hotel. When we were in the pool they would stand nearby just doing something where they could keep an eye on us. During breakfast one of the men was standing there eating a bowl of cereal and staring at my daughter to the point where I asked him - in a meaningful tone - if he needed something. He got the point and quit hovering - for a few minutes. Then - the kicker - about 10 minutes before check-out time one of the men called us and asked us if we were still checking out or wanted to stay another night. Really!!?? I brought the key down and he snatched it out of my hand. There's a first time for everything! Oh three more things - The whole hotel smelled strongly of curry; It's right across the street from "The Men's Club"; and the bed gave me a slight backache.

I had no real complaints, except that there was no hot tub/spa.

Best Western Hotel is a pretty old hotel that needs to be renovated soon. I stayed one night it but would not stay more days. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Again the hotel needs to renovated, bed was not comfortable and tv was from 10 years ago, many of the channels did not work and had loud noises. Must say that many restaurants were near by.

I was in Dallas for less than 14 hours and needed a place to crash. I was looking for something near downtown and moderately priced 24 hrs before I checked in. The hotel was well priced and I was pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. It appeared to be a little older, but was in great shape and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

I think this was a 25-35 year old hotel, in a hard to get to location, that needs serious renovation, up dating and attention to detail in the cleaning. I would rate it above a Motel 6, but not far.

Hotel good for business stays, would not reccommend for family stays. Good place to stay for location and road connections. Disappointed with lack of WIFI in the room, router power needs raising. Internet very hard to get in my room and in the end resorted to using reception computer which was inconvenient. Overall l enjoyed my stay but if bringing my family to Dallas would go for a hotel with a higher star rating.

convinient location-clean room-courtious staff

The only negative aspect of the stay had to do with the internet service. The wireless wasn't working when I checked in. I discovered a high speed cable in my desk drawer. The ends of it were missing their locks, but it did work anyway.

We were a little put off by the actual lot the hotel sits on--a bunch of overgrown weeds (I'm guessing it's land the hotel doesn't own or isn't responsible for), but the grounds of the hotel itself were neat and fairly clean. The hotel faces AWAY from the road, which made us think perhaps we were being lured into a trap (financial or otherwise), but the place was fine, nothing special. The outdoor saltwater pool was lovely after a long day on the road. We did have to wait a bit for someone to actually appear at the front desk when we wanted to check in, but he was courteous, though not friendly. I would be more dubious about the location, with a "gentlemen's club" across the street, and many, MANY others (one right after the other, which we got to see because our GPS took us the long way from the highway) within a mile, but there were tons of other reputable hotels nearby, and as a place to hang your hat for a night, this fits the bill. We never felt unsafe (though we did request a room not on the ground floor), though I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're wanting to walk around and explore the hotel neighborhood. Quick, easy access off the interstate, too.

Lowest price point for the area and it wasn't bad. The room was clean and the breakfast included a nice selection. The hotel staff was okay, our only issue was the morning of checkout the front desk called the room twice to ask if we were planning on checking out, the first time was 8am, checkout wasn't until 11am. Also, the hotel is next to two gentlemen's clubs it didn't bother us at all but just fyi.

The hotel was close to the airport and near a gas station for me to catch my plane and return rental car with the tank full. I would stay there again.
