Great service, great location, great rooms, all in all very please with our stay here!

Very complete, excelent staff.

Overall I was extremely disappointed. The hotel is aged. The room was fine but it definitely did nit feel like a Ritz property. The location to the beach is excellent but the surrounding area is terrible. Very shady area to be walking around at night. I was mostly disappointed with the service. We called an hour ahead of time for luggage and car when we were leaving and they were over 15 minutes late. When I brought it up they kept blaming different departments. I would never stay here again.

After a couple of nights in Key West, my fiance and I decided to book a last minute room at the Ritz South Beach to escape the riff-raff in Key West. This hotel is a great location to explore all that South beach has to offer (bars, clubs, restaurants, etc.), but we did not even leave the hotel for the one night we stayed there. The restaurant was amazing, the pool was relaxing and the beach was terrific. The service was impeccable (they knew our names the minute we checked in). I could have stayed there for a week to continue to unwind. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. If you are looking for a nice hotel, in a great location, that is not as monstrous in size as other South Beach hotels, then this is the place for you.

Hotel customer service was excellent as usual but our room had an old moth ball like smell to it. The hotel food is absolutely horrendous for a ritz Carlton and it is extremely expensive. Overall great location and very modern, fun atmosphere.. Great access to beach but beware there is a 25.00 charge for beach umbrellas!

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton South Beach was without doubt on of the best if not "the" most memorable and pleasant resort experience , the staff made the stay most welcoming and pleasant. It goes without saying that the hotel/resort is top notch, however it must be noted the "Experience" was created by what I would consider to be the best staff in the industry. I was pleasantly surprised to find the rates to be closely competitive with other hotels in the area however I do not think there is another hotel that can match the experience. It would be my strongest recommendation to all that plan a stay in South Beach Miami to first consider "THE RITZ CARLTON"

it was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. we coud not have expected anything else.

Hotel room was small, pool service was extremely slow and the pool frankly looked disgusting. Our room was very clean and nice, we had a "city view room" which apparently means a view of an HVAC shaft / the building next door. The food at the restaurant one level below the pool deck was great and there was a great band playing while we had lunch.

I would like to express a personal and heartfelt thank you to Bellman Sean, Angie and Juan at the pool and Erica, Shaun and Moshe in Reception/Front Desk. I felt like a VIP from start-to-finish although it was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton SoBe. I usually stay at the Delano or W, but I will definitely return here this Winter when I need to escape from the cold and dreary San Francisco weather. Thank you for making it a comfortable, relaxing, restorative and truly memorable two night retreat from reality.

I initially went to Miami with my bridesmaids from 4/12 to 4/14. I decided to stay and my fiancé with his best man came after their bachelor party in Montreal. My first hotel was the Sagamore hotel in south beach which I thought was amazing. I had a villa planned from 4/14 to 4/17, however when I got to the villa it wasn't what I expected nor was I provided with the request I wanted. I was looking on hotels.com for another hotel and came across the Ritz Carlton. I decided to book my stay there and from the moment I walked in I was blown away. The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing. Guest services rep even gave me a complimentary upgrade for my extended stay in Miami. The location is perfect next to the stores, beach front hotel & and a huge pool with a hot tub. When I would call guest services for extra towels, blankets or pillow, they were delivered within 15 minute. I am going back in June and I will be staying at this hotel once again. I can't see myself down grading from this hotel.

We've stayed at lots of hotels on South Beach and the Ritz is our favorite one. The rooms are nice, service is impeccable, and its proximity to Lincoln Road & the beach makes it an ideal location for SoBe.

Hotel is in a very nice location, but rooms are very small.Staff very helpfull and attentive. Walk to the beach and close to Linclon Rd Restaurants. I thought over night parking was very expensive.

We had a great time!! ALL Staff SO friendly and accommodating.. From Doorman, to the Bellman at check in, to the pool guys, beach guys, bartenders, waitstaff, concierge, hostesses at breakfast, to spa esthetician. Everyone was wonderful! Loved the location. Close to everything. so much fun!

I couldn't sleep, you can hear everything they where talking and doing in the next room!!!!!

The hotel was very clean and efficient. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Every request was met immediately with the exception of parking valet. Retrieval of the car was slow, but the people were responsive and polite. Excellent snacks in the room too.

We loved the hotel. The room was beautiful and we had a great view of the ocean. Dinner on the patio was excellent. The only downside was that we were jarred awake around 12:30 in the morning by a woman and her daughter arguing loudly in the room next to ours.

We were in town for a bachelorette party with 9 women and stayed at the Ritz Carlton South Beach. For the entire weekend, we couldn't stop commenting on how amazing the hotel was - every single staff person would greet us kindly and ask if there was anything they could get us. The concierge floor was a lovely place to eat and visit, and we knew the staff by name after only a day. They gave us great recommendations for where to eat and what to do at night. The rooms were spacious and sparklingly clean, with extremely comfortable beds. The pool was gorgeous and we loved the water, smoothies, and suntan lotion service from the friendly pool staff. The workout facility was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Didn't try the spa but the staff inside was extremely gracious as well. Though there was plenty to do within walking distance, we hardly left the hotel during the daytime all weekend because we felt so welcome and well-treated there. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Booked it for my Boss, he seemed very pleased with the hotel. From my side would like to add - staff were exeptionally effective and willing to go an extra mile.

My family and I stayed at hotel for one night at end of holiday before flying back to UK. Good location with access directly on to South Beach and walking distance to restaurants and Collins Ave. Excellent customer service, very clean & tidy room. Food and drink prices comparable to other hotels of similar standard. Some communal areas need minor redecoration. Would happily stay at hotel again for a longer duration.
