Red Lion Templin's Hotel on the River - פוסט פולס

We stayed over Mother's Day Weekend. Staff was great and our stay was too. Cannot comment on the restaurant but because it was unusually hot (85+) we were able to enjoy the beach. Indoor pool and spa were nice and clean. Hotel and room were clean but beginning to show some wear. Hotel was full but parking wasn't too bad. We used the room A/C a lot and it worked good and compared to most others, it was reasonably quiet.

Stayed in room 130 was nice and quiet at night not so much during the day as the dog in 136 barked till it was hoarse then it kept barking with no one in the room. Front desk didnt seem too interested in taking action. Location is ok residential area not upscale residential. It is on the river and has a nice view out the back of the hotel. Overall whatever.....generic stay will probably try a new place this is third time here and its underwhelming...

Love staying at this hotel, but will request a room that does not have pool on the other side of the wall. Was a bit noisy. Otherwise, the other 2 rooms were very nice and opened out to a patio near a grassy area.

Early Spring was pretty, would love to come back in the summer.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The Lobby staff were very friendly and we closed the bar with no pressure from the bar staff. A great stay.

Very quiet...off the main areas but close enough to get to where you want to go. I always encourage friends to stay here when travelling to Spokane and it breaks up my trip to the tri-cities

I thought it was a good stay I just wish that the bed wasn't so soft . people with back problems can't sleep on such soft beds.

We stayed last summer and loved the marvelous river/hillside view, the wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner--best steak and prime rib (as good as or beat 4 star restaurants in the area) and friendly efficient staff. We stayed this time 1 night over the president's day holiday and found the staffing and restaurant menu very limited. Dinner was available in the lounge, limited menu, with only the "run ragged" bartender there, who did an excellent job under the circumstances. View was wonderful and food available was good. Breakfast was ok, only 1 server. Too bad winter is slow--older nice place.

Overall i've had some nice experiences with this hotel and the location is pretty nice especially if you have a river view. Rooms are clean, no odors, and the beds have been very comfortable. The restaurant and lounge are both nice and service has been great. I've had mixed front desk experiences, one host was very nice and helpful, another didnt seem to enjoy her job and did the bare minimum. Also, i've accidentally left items in room and was not notified, and it takes a long while to have your deposit refunded. If you're looking for a quiet stay you'd want a room on the top floor away from the elevator and stairway. Other than that i've been satisfied with my stays and would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Fantastic! Great location, Awesome View of the river and mountains. Good restaurants nearby and freeway close.

So, the beds are very comfortable! (A major plus). Hotel needs some major updating (floors - not floor coverings) are in serious need of some attention. Rooms were clean, desk staff was very courteous, at all hours! Restaurant (both food and service) at breakfast was attrocious!!!!! Lounge was wonderful. Its time to update, and improve the restaurant. Otherwise an okay place.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room, pool and hot tub. Very satisfied.

So nice to find a hotel with a view like the Red Lion that's affordable. The Spa room & jacuzzi are very large, also looking out over the river, as is the hotel restaurant. I have family in the area and will definitely come stay again. Thanks and God bless you all.

I only have good things to say about this location. Good staff, good food, and a spectacular view of the river!

Wife, child, dog, and I spent 3 beautiful warm October days here, in a ground floor riverview suite, and loved it. Great view, food and service in the restaurant. Nice pool with a huge hot tub. Modest gym that accommodates any type of workout. Huge areas out front and back to run the dog. A very clean hotel in a nice quiet area. Perfect place to relax. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Very accomadating, wonderful view from our riverview room. Staff are very helpful & pleasant. I would stay here in a heartbeat.

It was a little disappointing. The room was nice, but the carpets in halls looked very worn, doors were chipped and it just looked old. Breakfast should be included with the rooms, it's a small thing, but rates high for deciding where I stay. Restaurant was pretty good for the evening meal.

Perfect location for watching the action on Spokane River and the sunset. We chose this location to visit Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint, Idaho.

The room was inadequate in a number of ways. The bathroom was very inconvient. The tub was well over normal height to step into,, caulking was dirty looking, toilet so low it must have come from an elementary school. The entertainment center was way over scale for the room. Had to set coffee maker on the floor in order to plug it in. Very uncomfortable room over all.

Right on the river, lovely quiet and close to downtown , in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect

The view from the room was great and the bathroom, although not new, was wonderful with a spacious jetted tub and an ample separate shower. The food, we ate breakfast and dinner, was excellent.

Comfortable bed, great pillows. Nice room on the bottom floor with a small patio outside overlooking the river. Great stay.

Lovely river view room w/ tiny balcony, quiet despite being right above marina, nice little private beach, adequate, reasonably priced restaurant (let us take unfinished bottle of wine with us). Sorry we were only just passing through -- would have liked to stay longer.

Very disappointed with hotel front desk staff, after 5 to 6 trips to get new keys they barely acknowledged our inconvenience but just said "sorry." I already reported to the Red Lion CEO. The rooms were decent and the location was beautiful. So I recommend the hotel, just don't expect the best of service.

Overall a nice place to stay. Very scenic. Room decor needs updated.

Just okay, nothing special. This hotel didn't offer any extras like free computer use or complimentary breakfast. For that reason, I would give a grade C. Also, the rooms are very small, we barely had room for our luggage. But it was clean and quiet, which was nice.

WE loved it, so we stayed an extra night.l It was like being in a Holiday Resort! BBQ on the beach,such fun dispite the Rain! Only complaint is the beds are tooo soft, woke with back ache both mornings (could be a deal breaker). Great price, great service, great location!

We were disappointed by the quality of the service. Staff was apparently all new, and apparently still in training. We got two menus for a table of five, and were told that they were short of menus (restaurant was at about 20% of capacity). Food was so/so, and the advertised free breakfast (one of the selling points for the price)...does not exist... Check-in put our other group in a room that had not been made up yet.

Aside from the great service and ammenities, I really enjoyed the fact that this hotels location was very close to shopping and anything else I needed, yet was secluded enough to be a quiet and serene get away where I could relax and forget that I was in the city.

For the price of this hotel I expected more. There was no complimentary breakfast. Room was so-so, with a very creaky floor. Restaurant was overpriced and there are few resteraunts in the area.

Lots of hallway noise in early morning, people noise, doors closing, same floor and floors above, hot water took long time, next time would request upper floor, staff at hotel very helpful

Wonderful staff, wonderful service.

Everything was great, but wish the balcony on the room would have had room for a couple of chairs.
