Extended Stay America Miami - Brickell - Port of Miami - מיאמי

Spent a night here with my girlfriend during the last night of Ultra March of 2013, and enjoyed our stay! The staff was kind and allowed us to check in very early, which helped up a lot. The hotel was clean and comfortable, although we did not spend much time there. About a 15 minute walk from Bayfront Park, not a bad area! We would stay here again.

Room was clean however outdated and had slight smell, hotel amenties minimal. Rest was very good for a 1 night stay.

Easy walk to Brickell area and excellent personal service from desk attendant in several instances. Room large and basically pleasant, with equipped, clean kitchenette.

had no issues, service was great - had no issues checking in/out, wi-fi access and facilities. and was able to get food from the nearby market.

It was not horrible however it was not great. With better research I could have stayed at a better hotel for the same amount or less. This hotel is a last minute resort type of deal. I expected more for the almost 200 after tax. I'm not mad, just not completely happy.

Not luxury, but very nice, comfortable and convention stay

I was very satisfied with my stay. I never had been a guest at this chain before, and due to lack of available occupancy in Miami, I tried it out. Staff is extremely courteous, the amenities are there, and it's location can't be better: walking distance from so many places. I recommend.

nice place for the $, served our purpose before a cruise and was close to the port

Great service, in room kitchen was really handy. Opposite a Walgreens. Really impressed with the service! Taxi was called and everything was sorted out for us perfectly

For what I paid and for my expectations, I would say that this hotel would be right on par with your average hotel. My room product was cheap and a little worn, but did not expect anything different. Just be sure to bring a pair of flip flops/slippers to walk around and avoid sitting in any of the room furniture.

Arrived after a 9 hour drive. Room not ready...and very seedy looking people out front. Had to use the bathroom...Front desk guy was "sorry" they didn't have a restroom and none near by?? Came back next night to 2 police cars at front door??? Left the next day.

Went down for Miami FSU game with a buddy! Great location to stadium, beach and Coconut Grove. Rooms excellent. Fridge in the room microwave in room!!!

My overall rating for this hotel is a 2. The hotel service was ok. The people at the front desk were friendly but they weren't helpful, it really seemed like they couldn't do much for you. The condition of the hotel is not good at all. Our toilet was broken when we checked in and would not flush for most of our stay and our fridge was constantly leaking water which ruined most of our food in our fridge. We came home at 4am and the toliet wasn't working and we went to the front desk and they said they couldn't fix it and I asked if they had a bathroom in the lobby area they said no and I had to beg to use the employee bathroom which they let me use but it was ridiculous that we couldn't sure that bathroom in our own room!! The room was not as clean as it should of been. I felt like you had to walk around with shoes on because it was not properly vacummed and then there was spots everywhere all over the kitchen. It really wasn't cleaned as good as it could of been. The comfort was ok, the beds are not the softest things to sleep on and the comforter they give you seems very old and outdated. The location is good though because it is in downtown miami and there is a walgreen and publix right there.

We didn't use much of the place. The parking lot has a guard for security. The location is easy to get to off the highway.

Mike at the front desk was so very helpful. Helped us with extra pillows, local advice and even looked up info and directions for us. Very clean. Nice place, fridge, kitchen, etc. Went to see a show at Bayfrom Park. Great place. Cab ride from hotel to Bayfront Park ranged from $6-$18. Walgreens, gas station and Publix in walking distance.

I'm SUPER picky so I HAD to write a review to say that I definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed only one night but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. It was clean, ample space, had a small kitchen and a great view of downtown on the 6th floor. The young man at the front desk was very kind. Easy access to I-95 and can be downtown Miami in about 5-7 minutes.

Overall it was fine and represented good value for money. One cannot help but wonder though if the readily available alternative of the Hampton Court would have been more convenient and value for money (Gym, breakfast etc).

The front desk was very nice and helpful. The location is great if you want to visit downtown Miami. Short walk to the Metromover and Metrorail. Non Smoking room was clean. Shower pressure sucked but that wasn't a make or break for me. Overall I was satisfied and would stay there again for that price.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable 1 of the front desk associate recommended a restaurant call sergio's with you able to go and have some budget family breakfast. the room was clean except for the same smell of cigarette smoke in the supposedly non smoking room. overall great budget friendly accommodations near downtown attractions

For the price, the hotel was clean,nice check in staff and close to the bars/ restaurants. But at 3:30 am a man walked into our room, and walked out when I started screaming. When we kept asking what he wanted he did not answer, while standing outside the door. I called the front desk and it ended up being the same man stating that our room was not in the system and he was checking. I dont understand why he could not call the room or why he had to check at 3:30 am.... It was very sketchy.

My stay at Extended Stay in Miami met my need .No extras .Not even a wake up call was available.I ask for the shuddle that the hotel provided but although they drove right past the James Knight Center refused to take me.The lady at the desk was clocking out as I was leaving for the meeting and offered me a ride and went out of her way to take me.I was blessed.Very nice people operating the desk.I would recommend Hotels .com because I had no trouble checking in and since everything was paid for they only held a card for their convence and I was pleased with that.I will use Hotels.com again in the future.

The hotel facilities were very good - clean, comfortable, quite, etc. The only complaint I have is that my reservation from hotels.com did not show up when I arrived at the front desk. I had to call hotels.com and it took a while to sort it all out. Apparently, hotels.com had my first name wrong when they sent the reservation to the hotel. Other than that, it was a very good experience.

Bad

the room was clean and comfortable, although the TV could have been bigger. Easy access to the Metrorail so we were able to access our destinations without renting a car. Our original fifth floor room was affected by the air from the upper floor smoking rooms, but we were moved to the third floor and had no further issues.

Although the hotel was clean and in a decent neighborhood, the staff was a nightmare! We had booked a King and was told upon check-in they were no longer available, (We arrived before4PM). No assistance was provided other than to contact Hotels.com. The front desk clerk was rude. He ignored me for over 5 minutes as I stood there, thinking he was trying to accomodate our fully paid reservation. He finally spoke when my husband arrived. When asked what he was doing during that 5 min wait, he replied, "I was wondering why you were still here. Nothing is going to change." I'm unsure if they refused to accomodate our full reservation due to the fact we booked via a third party or because of our pet (small dog). When I asked for additional pillows, he refused to accomodate my full request; only offering 2, stating he was limited. ( Later that night, my husband was allowed the additional 2 originally requested by a different clerk.) I would definately not return, despite the fact the room was okay, just because of the "hospitality of the staff". I guess here booking via a "third party" meant you were "THIRD CLASS"!

paid for room for hubby and me 3mnths in advance for 1 king bed...came in no king bewd available only 2 twin???????????dosent work for me,front desk says sorry kings are all booked up,not my fault when i booked it they took the money!!!!never go thier

Extended Stay is quite close to almost everything in the downtown area of Miami and easily accessible and very cooperative staff I will stay definitely again with the family in this hotel as it has quite nice attached kitchen with almost everything essential for us to spend time in the downtown Miami.

This hotel is a fine budget hotel. The reception staff are helpful. There are a few shops and cafes nearby. The city centre is about 30-45 minutes walk from here, alternatively there is a bus route close by.

The hotel itself is in Downtown, which is really convenient. The room was clean, the hotel was in good shape, and the staff was really friendly. There's also a Walgreens across the street which is great since the room had a fridge, microwave, and even plates/utensils.
