My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Queen Anne Inn. The women who work there are all a delight, very pleasant and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was wonderful and the afternoon wine was a real treat. We loved the room and found the bed comfortable. We will definitely be back!

I almost never write reviews but I thought this deserved one. I was attending a weeding at the chatham bars inn and due to a late booking, the only rooms left were out of my price range. In an effort to find a cost effective alternative that was close, we booked at the Queen Anne Inn. We weren't expecting much, just a place to stay the night of the wedding. I was blown away. The place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. We could not stop raving about the place. I highly recommend it if you are in Chatham

Staff was very friendly/helpful. The french toast is amazing!

The Inn has seen its better days come and go. The facility is very tired with indications that ownership is not interested in maintenance whatsoever. Our Shower valve hadle was broken with just a small stub left to try and adjust the water temperature. The bed was so hard, It felt like we were sleeping on a Board. My Back hurt, my arms, shoulders, legs and Hips hurt. Guess what, to our disbelief after 3 nights we looked to see if there was a Box Spring on the bed and in between the Matress & Box Spring was full-length pieces of 5/8" Plywood! We have no idea why we were not entitled to a comfortable bed. After all, we paid for a room and bed and even at low-end facilities, a comfortable bed is a minimal expectation. The only Vending machine was broken, so there was no place to obtain a bottle of water, juice or soda. The paint or finish material is chipping off the bottom of the pool and looks like repairs are not imminent. Stopped at the Bar one evening for a couple of drinks. They were out of stock for most brands.

For the two nights we have stayed I couldn't get any WIFI connection and the answer I got was we did our best(no evidence for that). Other than that it was ok the staff was friendly and the room was

My husband and I had a delightful rest in this charming, historical Cape Cod inn that has fabulous food and highly attentive, gracious staff while being in close proximity to Chatham sights. We felt like we were leaving old friends and a place we will always remember fondly.

I loved the location. We could walk to everything. The people were very nice and very helpful. The rooms are very clean.

This hotel provided a very nice atmosphere, close to downtown, and had lots of historic charm. I would stay there again on my next visit to Cape Cod.

Apparently the plan is to replace the Queen Anne Inn with seven luxury condos, thus, I think the intention is to be friendly, courteous, offer reasonably good service and dining, however, not put another dime into the place and just wait it out till the place closes! There were a number of flaws, but, to my way of thinking, why bother pointing them out as "the---lady is about to sing!!

We had a very warm welcome upon arrival at this very pretty inn. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Our only disappointment was that we did not realise that the restaurant would be closed for the season.

Great hospitality! The atmosphere is like a Honeymoon. We were treated graciously. Beyond our finest expections!

Cozy, quaint, comfortable. Friendly Staff. Delicious breakfast included with the cost of the room.

We arrived late at night from NYC and the staff left our keys for us at the front desk. Room was charming, clean, and had everything my wife and I needed. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Hotel is reasonably convenient to all areas of the Cape. Overall, we were very satisfied.

What a wonderful, historic B&B. We had an amazing two nights. The staff was SUPER friendly and gave us recommendations on where to eat, places to see etc. If you are looking for a modern hotel with a lot of fancy amenities, this is not your place. However if you want great service, a WINE hour!!;) and great breakfast with the beach and main street just blocks away... This is the place! We will be coming back again soon... Next time we are staying in the 2nd floor hot tub rooms!!! Whoooo hooo!

The Queen Ann was very comfortable - spacious rooms, clean, very good hot breakfast included in the rate. The fire place room was cozy, a nice place to sit with a cup of tea. The Inn was close to downtown,probably a 20minute walk. We would stay there again.

My girlfriend did not like staying in B&B's. She is fan of them now because of our stay at The Queen Anne. The breakfast was fabulous, too!

This hotel was so charming with so much history that I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, very clean and so charming with a canopy bed. The staff was very friendly and so helpful especially Karen. Location was great. We can't say enough good things about this hotel. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Hospitable proprietors and staff really want you to be happy and to enjoy your stay. They see to all the little and big things that will prompt your return. This was our second stay and we look forward to the next time. Easy walk to beach and town. Fine food and service in lovely dining room. Pool! Interesting history.

Das Highlite unter den Hotels unserer Ostküsten Reise! Wunderschön und mit ganz viel Charme! Innen klasse und auch außen toll, nicht zuletzt auch am Pool. Nicht weit bis zu den tollen Stränden. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und nett. Alle Daumen hoch!!!
