La Quinta Inn & Suites Hot Springs - הוט ספרינגס

The people were friendly, room was clean, but very noisey in that you could here other guest in their rooms (thin walls). The breakfast left a lot to desire. Was not worth the cost of the rooms.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff tried very hard to be helpful and promoted your hotel as much as they could. we were asked at our departure if there were any problems with our rooms and wrote down our suggestions.

didn't have the requested roll-away, but staff was helpful in accommodating this request. Room was clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here to go to the races for a weekend. The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. We really liked the staff and the breakfast in the morning was good! I wish it had been closer to Oak Lawn but it was not a far drive at all.

Very functional

Great place to stay. The room was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Felt really relaxed being there. And enjoyed the waffles I had for breakfast.

Wonderful stay. Hotel was full and we had to check in late. Got room next to elevator and I thought 'oh no'....never even heard it during our 3 night stay. Location perfect, bed was great, large room, good Internet. Everything we needed!!!

I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were very clean, they had DirectTV service, and a late check out time. Walls are a little thin; however, we were still able to get a great night's sleep.

very nice, except only one elevator

There was nothing wrong with this place. The people were nice, the room was gorgeous and clean. It was conviently located. I can't think of anything I didn't like. I will stay here every time I'm in Hot Springs.

as always, hotel is very nice and clean, but the breakfasts are horrible.

great except for all the little cheerleaders in residence also. But, we bring earplugs with us when we travel just in case the noise level in a hotel is too much for us. Too bad there isn't a way to know if a large, noisy group is also staying in town at the same time you want to....! Is there an app for that? Enjoyed out stay in Hot Springs however.

We always try and find a La Quinta as we travel with our small dog. This was the only hotel where we got a doggie gift and a tag for the door that notified staff there's a dog in the room! That was a very thoughtful thing to do.

The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only criticism would be the breakfast. Food tasted like prepackaged handouts that were past their expiration date.

Great hotel. A little far from the downtown tourist area. Other than that very clean.

Its was clean but the overall value of the room wasn't what i expected. The price was too high for the room.

i would recommend the laquinta to everyone going to hot springs. it was a very enjoyable stay and would return again.

I was amazed how far away this facility was. You really need to tell people how far away from downtown you are. Only issue was that we had a front room and the traffic noise was a bit noisy. But Hot Springs rolls up the sidewalks pretty early so it wasn't really too bad.

the stay at the hotel was very good and we enjoyed ourselves. the personnel of the hotel were very nice and helpfull when needed. the only complaint we had was the commplementory breakfast, the food was not very good at all, specially the gravy, and some of the food was cold, not just one morning, but both mornings we were there. (the person over the food is a man, im a man, GET A WOMAN WHO KNOWS HOW TO KEEP FOOD WARM IN THE KITCHEN) the breakfast was the worst ive had in a long time! Please make a change in that area!!!!

Great Hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a wonderful room. Very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Would gladly stay again.

Graeat place to stay, my only complaint was a noisy a/c that would wake you up when it came on. Other than that, all was very nice.

You are the only hotel in hot springs that has a crib and accepts dogs! Thank you!!!!

Call me smell like dog pen dirty room moved twice rooms didn't get wht I paid for it was a hot mess called days ahead looked at reviews got some money back stayed two nights after moves we had a mess

My fault, don't have a dog and don't pay attention to that. We had 2 loose dogs on our floor and staff couldn't find owner. Really? At 5:30am? Not their fault but I'll be more careful in the future. Room nice & clean.

room had not been cleaned when we arrived which was after the check-in time had to get them to clean room , a/c unit was leaking and floor was wet but it was corrected overall though the room was nice.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. It is very close to eating establishments. The only negative was the indoor pool which had way too much chlorine in the pool. You could not use it because of the smell and burning of eyes. I would stay there again if pool was maintained correctly so my child could swim.

Stay was fine, front desk needs work, but overall good area

Our stay was nice. The A/C seemed to have a hard time cooling but was fine during the night and morning. Bed was very comfortable. Located right behind The Bleu Monkey Grill which was fabulous. Repairs needed to the window at the end of the hall on the fourth floor. Elevators were out when we checked in but was repaired and operating in a timely fashion. I would consider staying again when we return. Staff very friendly.
