Enjoyed my stay at the Wingate. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The customer service was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel seemed to be in a decent area with lots of other hotels in the area and even a restaurant right next door which made it convenient. The room was nice and pretty large - with a king bed, chair, desk, tv there was still plenty of room to walk around. The thermostat was a little confusing as there was one both on the wall and on the a/c unit itself and neither seemed to kick the a/c on but the room was pretty comfortable anyway. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again if I need to be in that area again.

All was great!

The room assigned first was clean & nice. However the heating did not work. So we were moved to another room. That room had a wornout carpet with full of stains and furniture with stains. That made our stay unpleasant. We just tolerated our overnight stay & got out. Next time we may not go there.

The front desk staff was very friendly. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It's very convention to highway. Great free breakfast.

Good enough for 1 night. Ended up switching rooms in the middle of the night because we were roomed by the staff laundry room. The smell of bleach was suffocating. The staff at the front desk were friendly when we arrived, during and departing from the hotel. Breakfast was plain but free.

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Stayed with a group for a sporting event. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Will stay there again.

Horrible! We have never seen or heard anything like this in our life before. I think the live band in front of any hotel defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel. People have to sleep. No exceptions! It was St. Pat. day.....but not everyone is celebrating. We even heard of fights breaking out inside the hotel......meanwhile, 100-150 feet behind the hotel was a vacant, quite, parking lot....... This would have been a perfect place for "the live band in a tent" party.

I could only wish take all hotels was as well ran as the Wingate of Vineland NJ.

I always stay here when traveling to the area on business. It is the best one I have stayed at and great price too.

Everyone here at the Wingate in Vineland were wonderful. Did have a lil moment of being upset with the 3rd shift front desk person but overall everyone was great. Thank you so much. The Segarra's

There was nothing negative about my stay at this place. I was staying here on business and when I arrived I asked the receptionist at registration is the hot tub was working. I had a busy couple of days and was really looking forward to just sitting back and relaxing, unfortunately, I was informed it was broken! No sooner did I get into my room, the phone rang and the receptionist offered me a free upgrade to a suite with it's own whirlpool tub. Needless to say, I was VERY grateful. The room was VERY clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast was great too. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

After flying in from FL at one of the coldest times of the year; we booked our stay at Wingate and it was was too early to check in, but I stopped by the Hotel to asked what would be considered a close enough check-in time since we had our bags and needed to go take care of some business and Stephanie at the front desk greeted with a beautiful smile and then when I asked her she stated to me the that our room was ready and we can actually put our stuff in now (1pm) .... What a relief that was! Very impressed with service and happy people working here. Had the opportunity to go somewhere cheaper but this is the place to be! Thanks Wingate and all the employees that make it great. Kudos!

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast! Made traveling a lot easier. Would recommend better pillows for the room. The pillows were huge and solid, very uncomfortable. Overall nice place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel over the thanskgiving holiday and liked it very much and it was very convenient to my family's home, but over the Christmas holiday my room was dirty. I had a suite and there was a champane cork on the floor that remained my entire 4 night visit. It was dusty and the microwave was dirty. There was a soda can tab next to the telvision that wasn't plugged in. Both T.V.s would not turn on. I had to call down to the front desk to get help. I will say that the front desk people where wonderful my entire stay. I would also note that one day the maid did not make up my room??? Except for the maid service I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet service was good and again the ladies at the front desk were polite and efficient.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Wyngate. All front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Morning breakfasts were terrific and well maintained. I can't think of anything that wasn't up to par. I left a gratuity for the housekeeper and got a wonderful note from her thanking me. That is amazing.

Best in the area. Easy reach to Atlantic City or north toward Philly. Had a great managers reception Mid Week. Friendly staff. They even made copies for me when I needed some extra.

Always the best for price and quality. I have stayed at 5 star to 2 star and this one takes the cake every time.

Clean and friendly. The "suite" is worth the cost difference. Staff was excellent as was the buffet breakfast. There is an indoor hot tub downstairs. Website was unclear. Avoid Bennigans. It was bad atmosphere, bad service and the food was all frozen and cooked. Texas 2 exits down was really good in comparison.

The young ladie who checked me in was very nice and helpful. Convenient location. Nice shower and clean. The only bad things were that the rug had burn marks and there was a hole in the wall above my bed. Also what's with the small throw pillows substituting for bed pillows--not very comfortable, but again it was a good deal. Very nice free breakfast.

Great Value. Front Desk staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean but had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Carpet had several burns from cigarettes being put out in carpet (Some people have no respect for what does not belong to them). I bring up the smell because if you don't like the smell of cigarettes this may put you off.

Stay was fine. However, I thought I booked through them and not with hotels.com. Please make sure you alert customers that they are speaking with you and not the hotel.

Overall our stay was good. Rooms are clean and staff are all helpful and friendly. Our last night was not comfortable. The fire alarm in the room started going off every 2 hours all night long. We had a long day of international travel the next day, with no sleep due to the alarm. When I reported it, the desk staff said "they have been having problems with this", which did nothing to help our restless night.

Can not say enough about the whole experience.....from the ease at making reservations to the final smile and "goodbye" all was the best experience I have had with a hotel in years...see you next week..

Room was very clean and comfortable, close to friends in Vineland. Easy to get to from Philadelphia and Delaware. Having the Bennigan's restaurant out front was a surprise bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast should be served until 11AM for the people like us that don't get up early on vacation. Coffee was never good at any time we tried it during the day and evening. We never got the breakfast because it was over by the time we got down to the Lobby. Other than this slight problem that was included in our rates; we loved the people we had to deal with at the desk during the day and evening hours. You pay for a 3 day stay but you actually only get 2 1/2 days, think about it. Check in after 3pm and check out by 11AM.

We chose Wingate for their generally good reputation and value. Have stayed at other Wingate/Wyndam hotels and were pleased. Location was good, next to other quality hotels and Bennigan's next door. Check in and out smooth. Non-smoking requested and no odor of smoke, only once in hallway late at night. Parking lot lighted and safe. Room was clean with the exception of bathroom sink that was basically totally clogged. On occasion, a fleeting smell of burning hair and could not determine where it was coming from. Odd..told manager. Nice wide flat screen for watching in bed. Continental breakfast was adequate with choices of juices, hot beverages, waffles, eggs and sausage. Plenty of tables and TV for early morning viewing. Wedding parties also there but no noise. Has inside jacuzzi and exercise room but pool outside and closed for the season. I required oxygen apparatus for sleeping and equipment was delivered prior to arrival and in room ready to use. Air conditioner was running full blast bbut learned from desk that it is controlled on wall thermostat..little info I didn't know. Didn't get my Wyndam points because booked through Hotels.Com. Good hotel...good value and experience.

It was very nice, the pillows are hard so if you perfer soft make sure and ask teh front desk before going to your room.

The front desk staff was outstanding their level of customer service was exceptional. One staff member in particular name Tai, went out of her way to help me locate Hotels.com telephone number to get clarity of my stay. She then called my room the next day when she returned to ensure that I was satisfied with the hotel service.

Very nice hotel, nice rate, my only complaints is the beds are very hard. If you like a hard bed this place is for you. Personally I couldnt sleep well.
