Best Western Center Pointe Inn - ברנסון

I was upset with the hotel only due to the fact I was told I could smoke in my room. So I wasn't perpared to go out in the freezing cold to smoke. When I booked my room I was told I could have a smoking room by Kevin.

Very good location in the middle of Branson. Didn't like that the hotel was several different buildings and had to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was good.

for our visit this was the most excellent location the breakfast was good but not excellent overall it was great for the price our room was close to the pool

The hotel was older but was in good shape. THe pool was in need of chemical attention.

The staff went out of their way to get us checked in. We arrived way before check in time and they arranged a room anyway. Right next to the pool too! Thanks a million!

Our hotel room was better than I expected and Hotels.com wil get my business from now on. I booked our rooms for two nights, but as the weather forecasts begin to predict a snow storm in the area, we left our destination a day early. The hotel said I would need to contact Hotels.com to see about getting a credit for the night we did not stay. With hesitance, I called to see if there was any way I could get a refund for the extra night, fully, expecting to be told "no." The man I spoke to was very kind and after speaking with our hotel clerk, came back and said that they would fully refund the unused night. Thank you to Best Western - Centre Town in Branson and Hotels.com, for working with us.

I really appreciated the quick check-in and how courteous the staff was. I noticed they were playing Christian music in the lobby as well as left the Bible open to a passage in the room. Very refreshing. The room itself was very clean and nice. The beds are comfortable. We will be staying there on any return visit to Branson.

Great location. For the price, the rooms were ok, but bathroom could have used more attention to detail in the cleaning. Also, the service was just ok. Nothing special.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was in the center of all the attractions we did (titanic musuem, wax musuem, theaters, and restraunts) and walking distance. When we first arrive we were told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. After being on the road for 8 hours I was not satisfied with that however they did put us in a different room. Be aware that some rooms have indoor access and others are motel style with outdoor access. We had to go outside then back in through the hotel to access the indoor pool and breakfast area and it was very cold outside. Didn't care for that so much!! The hot breakfast was not hot at all had to heat up our food but overall there was a good variety of breakfast foods. The room was clean and beds are soft. Unsure if would stay here again.

This turned out to be a great hotel for our family. We got adjoining rooms for the family of 5. Very clean, very nice! Worth much more than paid

This hotel was quite a surprise and only in the most positive way possible. Although somewhat unassuming looking from the outside, we were greeted by a very polite and helpful staff. The (full) breakfast was nicely done and tasty, and the pool/sauna/hot tub was great (open until midnigth for late nite hot tub fun). The room was sparkly clean and modern and comparable to many of those I have visited in big city and a lot higher stars (and prices). The most positive part of our stay here is the service we received, from polite and helpful folks to the more unseen things such as filling up breakfast items five minutes before closing to ensure selection, to letting folks finish eating before closing down, to offering extra tissues when they say one of our guest had a cold. Hard to beat that kind of service these days. This particular hotel has just gained customers for life as we are definitely coming back!

Perfect. Room, pool, price, breakfast, location.

We went for the Christmas holiday. We were very pleased with the service and the cleanlinessof the whole hotel. We will always choose Best Western.

Large rooms - indoor pool - hot complimentary breakfast - convenient location - safe neighbourhood

Very convenient location to all the hot spots in Branson. Easy check-in, check-out service. Pool area was great. Rooms were very nice. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was included.

The room, shower and bed were comfortable. The only complaint we would have was the tissue box was not filled and the carpet needed vacuumed. We liked that the pool was open all the time. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool. It was clean and plenty of towels were available.

Our stay was fine. We did have one complaint. The beds were too small and too soft. Everyone woke up with their backs hurting. Other than that, everything was fine. The continental breakfast was great.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Good breakfast. Great location!

I was impressed that the hotel was full and I didn't hear any outside noise. Great insulation of noise in our room!!

Beds were too soft roll to the middle. Nice room attendant gave us fresh towels and made beds. Working on the hotel from tornado in Feb. A little inconvenience not much. Breakfast was good. Swimming pools were good and hot tub outside we liked. Traffic was fine in the morning but it got worse later. Everything was very expensive, food, activities. We hadn't been back since 1992, surprise all the new stuff but way too high for a family of 4. I doubt we'll go back because of that.

Will stay here next time I go to Branson. Great pool, hot tub and full breakfast. The Montana Bar and Grill right next door. I recommend this place to all.

The front desk clerk was really rude to me. Other than that the hotel was fine... nothing special. Something is off about the air conditioning/heater situation. It would have been nice for the two rooms I booked together to be fairly close to eachother but they were on different floors. I will look for another place to stay if I ever go back to Branson.

Close to the action, walking distance to many attractions,food and fun... Breakfast was awesome!

Good hotel. Bed was so soft I slept in the middle because I was afraid I would roll out of bed, I slept well however. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The hotel was located in the middle of everything. Breakfast was okay but great since it was included. Will stay again.

We got to our hotel about 8pm one evening and heard water running in the bathroom. There was about an inch of water on the floor and had ran into the carpet. We called the front desk and were told to wade through the water and turn off the water to the stool. Someone arrived to clean it up. We were moved to another room immediately. They even moved our baggage for us. Although it was inconvenient we were taken care of in good time. We will book the hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay vey much. Close to many attractions and easy access to all routes to other popular attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean. The free breakfasts were also very good. Would stay he again if returning to Branson.

VERY CLOSE TO ALL ACTIVITIES WE HAD PLANNED. VERY RESONABLE

Stayed at the Best Western Centre Pointe Inn Branson MO Sept 2011 for a two week vacation. Arrived late in the evening, checked in given a map to find our room. Would have been nice for someone to show us where to go. Great location to all Theatres, some walking distance away, we did not hire a car, used local taxi. Breakfast was very good and plentiful great variety, something to suit everyone. Everyone there were very pleasant and helpful. Booked all our tickets for shows through the booking office there. Best Western Centre Pointe Inn is a fantastic place to stay very clean and comfortable, room cleaned everyday, beds changed every second day First time to Branson we will defenitely be visiting there again. Great Shows not just country music or Gospel, but, Magic Shows Musicals Comedy also Acrobats and lots more. I was very impressed by every theatre we were in, a tribute was paid to all veterns of all the forces, and also every time a gospel song was sang hats were removed. Our top three best shows were Noah the musical, Kirby Vanburch magic show, also Acrobats of China. All shows were good and very good but the three above were excellent. Best Western Centre Pointe Inn is the ideal place to stay or there are two other Best Westerns in Branson MO

Checked in very late at night, no problem. Pool stays open til Midnight! Great condition, excellent location right on the strip. Comfortable and clean, nice cold a/c. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants comfort & convenience.

My family and I stayed at the Best Western Center Pointe Inn for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has two pools, which is great for families with kids. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was very nice. Service at the front desk was very prompt and the free breakfast was definitely better than what most hotels offer. The hotel is conveniently located close to most of the attractions that we were in Branson to see, but it is set back far enough from the highway to be fairly calm and quiet. Everything was clean and neat, and our room was larger than many hotel rooms we have stayed in. The rooms open directly onto the parking lot, so you can (hopefully) snag a parking spot near your door, and you don't have to walk through the lobby everytime you leave or come back. We ate lunch at the restaurant onsite and it was quite good. Overall, we had a nice, uneventful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The room smelled of mildew so bad everytime we opened the door. The only new thing in the room were the bathroom countertops. The bed was so old it sank to the floor when you sat on the edge. We will make sure we never stay again!

Was so impressed with the cleanliness of room, pools, breakfast area, etc. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Pools were nice and clean with fresh pool towels for every visit. Enjoyed the WiFi and comfortable beds. Daily housekeeping service was superior. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

Convenient location on the strip in Branson, MO. Close to shows, food, and shopping. Nice place with nice people. 2 pools, Indoor and outdoor, they chill the water in the pool to keep it right for playing in. Not too hot, not too cold but just right. Nice eats at the complimentary breakfast.

We found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. We unexpectedly arrived a day early and the staff was able to accommadate us even though our reservation wasn't until the next day. Loved Branson and the shows are reasonable and very entertaining.

Personnel was very nice but this was an average hotel. Room furniture was very nice and shower head was above par. We appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Mattresses were worn and sheets were nubby and terrible. Heard the story about "Don't sit on the side of the bed, that's where the fat salesman sit!" I think his whole family sat on these mattresses. Sheets were so uncomfortable and worn but the room was very clean. We never saw the "sumptious" breakfast. It was not out at 7:30 and gone by 9:30. Majority of rooms are outdoor entrances, not indoor as pictured. One of the nicer hotels by Branson standards.
