great to relax after a cruise.

Let's face it...The pricing is great, the location is superb, the bar/restaurant is a great time...you can not expect at five star hotel for the price. You can expect to be across from the beach and have a comfortable bed to sleep on...

Great food clean rooms and good people valet parking was good

It is located right across from the beach and coastal strip for walking. The water taxi can be picked up right next door. It has a party atmosphere with bar and all which we love. The heated pool is a plus. Rooms are ok but we are never too concerned about that since we are out and about all day long and just need a comfortable bed and a clean room for resting up!

Not the most modern hotel but functional and handy. Staff good and reception staff very good and helpful.

Rooms need renovating, but were clean and ok. Hotel is split into two units too. A little odd.. The restaurant bar was good and on the water..

Peter at the front desk was very helpful. Gave us a great room. Beach access was closed due to preparations for a forthcoming concert by Sheraton. Had to drive a couple miles to get to the beaches. Excellent room service and valet was great. Looking forward to come back soon.

This was a short trip for us, only 4 days. The hotel room was small but enough room, face it you only sleep there. Layed by the pool & it was very relaxing, music played from the nearby bar. The harbor front bar & restaurant was where we spent evening time. Busy place, good food beautiful view of boats. 1/2 mile walk there was lots of shopping opportunities

I liked the staff and location. However, I was told there was WiFi and there was not. I had some outside reservation person that had no idea about what the motel had to offer. Other than that, loved it.

When I booked my stay i called the hotel directly and ask to stay on there property, I didnt want to stay in the satalite bldg. they have down the street. Ovcourse they put us in this bldg. where ppl had to park there vehicles on the grass and in the bushes. I never had seen anything like this except at a rock concert. There policy is very deceiving and you have no way of canceling without being charged. I was not happy about this. I like the hotel and the patio bar. Food is great but the front desk ppl. are horrible. Make sure that before booking you try and get in the main hotel.

I would never go there again : the personnel was rude, the room was filthy and it was overpriced. Please don't book there...

The first night I got there they had given me the wrong room. They said they couldn't do anything about it until the next day. The next day I went to see the front desk the guy with a little bit of an attitude told me at this time we can't do anything for you. The next person that was there was very nice I believe his name was Joseph. overall hotel is ghetto but the environment is very nice. It feels like you are in the Keys. So we were enjoying the pool relaxing and so on. Then this is the part I got upset. On the last two days once the people above us checked out. They decided to redo the flooring of the room above us. Imagine that, it sounded like the roof was falling on us. I called complained they came the man and the woman that came told me they were sorry. I was like okay I check out in a day can you hold off the construction for one day. They are like yes for sure!! To make a long story short once we weren't in the room they started again. I went to shower and heard the same noises. I was super upset went to speak to the man he looked at me like I was crazy and told me there was nothing going on upstairs anymore. I just walked away. The next day 9 AM!!! It started again. This time I went up myself, the door was a little open so I looked in, and there he was drilling on the bathroom floor. I asked him please to stop until I checked out. He smiled said okay and stopped. I'm amazed at this ending to my spring break. It's sad because this place has alot of potential.

This hotel needs remodeling and fixing up ....the bathroom was dirty and moldy. I will not stay there ever again.

all of the staff I encountered while there were very nice professional and very helpful the room had no visible dirt to speak of and seemed clean but it wasn't lots of disrepair the drain did not work correctly in the shower 3 mildew growing in the shower I did not eat there or go use the bar or the pool or hot tub but the area seems very nice this place is a hang out for most of the locals in the evenings at the bar if you think you're going to have a Spring Break party experience you're not going to happen it was a really nice place for a business trip because at least it was quiet for doing businessand you could get a good night's sleep on the plus side the beach was right across the street from the hotel which was wonderful and the bars and restaurants were for the main area of were only about a quarter of a mile away so well within walking distance if I was doing a 1 night need a cheap place to stay this will be a decent place but I don't think I'd have a multi-day stay here ever again

This hotel is in a great location with a really fun tiki bar right on the marina...hotel is nothing fancy but clean and has a great staff...Beach is right across the street and all the bars and restaurants are all in walking distance...

The carpets and floors were so dirty that the bottoms of the kids socks were filthy after 2 hours in the room. The room was extremely dated, BADLY in need of maintenance, updating, and cleaning. The houskeeping staff did an OK job considering what they had to work with. The parking spots, if you could find one, were mostly half in the dirt. I have stayed in $30/night interstate side hotels that were cleaner and nicer inside. I'm easy going and not picky, but for what the room cost per night I was EXTREMELY disappointed and would definately not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is very outdated. Very old and not kept well. Mold, cracked ceilings, broken electrical outlet, and deteriorated tiles in the bathroom, to mention a few problems. The location is good, and the restaurant and bar area were nice. If you don't expect much out of your hotel room, this is the one to pick. It's a shame that a hotel in this location is not in a much better condition. I am imagining that the building code standards in South Florida are very laxed. If this place was in Chicago, it would be shut down due to numerous violations.

The staff was very accommodating. Upgraded our room without us even asking for it. Has a Jimmy Buffet feel to it. Convenient to Ft. Lauderdale Strip, Beach and Water Taxi. Food at Restaurant is excellent and priced well.

The location was great with the beach right across the street, unfortunately it was cool, rainy and cloudy while we were there. The motel is definitely dated and the parking situation was poor...a long walk to our room. The restaurant/bar had good food but rather slipshod service. The price was excellent for Fort Lauderdale. We walked across the street to the Sheraton Yankee Clipper for dinner.

I was not expecting very much as far as the room was concerned, but it was very nice. Could use some updating, but it was clean and beds were firm. I had been to the bar/restaurant a while ago, and it's still a lot of fun....one of a kind. You can watch the boats come and go in the marina while having good food and drinks.

I knew going into this hotel that it wasn't going to be grand or new. But for the area, great location to the beach, and a short walk or cab to restaurants and bars, the price cannot be beat! Other hotels in the area are at least $100 more a night. Plus I splurged and spent 15 dollars more to get the non-smoking room with a kitchen. It was nice and spacious and not in the lobby building, but building section 5.

My wife and I called the hotel and scheduled an early check in with the manager. When we arrived there were no rooms ready and we had to wait for an hour before we were able to check in. We were late to a friends wedding because of this.

Good place. The rooms were nice and clean.

Great Location. Decent food. Room was completely dilapidated and little insulation from noise. No elevator to second floor. Look elsewhere unless you come in late and leave early to catch a cruise.

Great location, good restaurant / Bar with view of the Water,

it is the worst hotels.com 3.1 rated hotel I have ever stayed in. Needs at least a million dollar renovation. Tiny rooms, cracks wall mortar, general disrepair.

We weren't looking to spend much as only had a brief overnight stay before heading to Cancun. Location was good but hotel certainly needs an update. We were in rooms across the street and they were pretty "tired". Food in bar area was fine and we enjoyed that.

fun. not elegant however the location is the best

This property is in dire need of maintenance and cleaning, but the staff was so helpful and pleasant that alot could be overlooked. The price and location too, helped to make it the perfect place for a cheap escape from the cold.

We stayed here for one night before driving down to the keys. Great tiki bar with entertainment and good food. Rooms were clean but very outdated. Bed was comfortable. Reminded me of spring break in the early 80s. If your not real picky you will enjoy your stay here

This place has completely lost it's luster and belongs in a ghost town, not on Fort Lauderdale beach, a complete dump! Such a geat loaction it really is a shame.

I enjoyed my stay didn't spend much time at the hotel, but for the time I was in the area I enjoyed it hope to be back in a couple months.

Fun place to stay always a party . Good food and drink

Easy walk to the beach. Not far from several local restaurants. Good price. Not a fancy place but didn't have any problems.

Restaurant is the bomb. Breakfast was the best!

We found the hotel perfectly suited to our needs and enjoyed the dockside restaurant and pool accessibility

it had prostitudes running around the hotel not good at all when there is chieldren in,the property.
