Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco - סן פרנסיסקו

Good location close to Union Square, shopping, restaurants. Nice hotel with typical Four Seasons high-quality service from the staff. I docked it one star because the hotel itself didn't feel quite as luxurious as some of the other Four Seasons I've stayed in, and didn't have that many amenities (nice gym, but it's a separate gym but the spa which is part of it is not that luxurious, for example). The restaurant was very expensive but not a stand-out -- just go out. The bar was closed as well for remodeling while we were there.

Four Seasons never disappoint us. Friendly front desk, connoisseur was very helpful, our room was perfect and of course the location was within walking distance to all the shopping and fine dining that San Francisco has to offer. Without a doubt we will be returning..

Not the calibre I have come to expect from Four Seasons. Too much of a convention-type hotel feeling.

Prompt service when requesting for extra towels. Light fixture in bathroom was dim.

We enjoyed it very much. The hotel was in a very good location for us relative to the places we wanted to visit (Union Square shopping and restaurants, Ferry Building, access to Sausalito ferry). Nice room, quiet hotel.

After staying at the St. Regis on Fri., we booked The Four Seasons on Sat. This was strictly a "leisure trip", as my 12 year old son and I book 4-5 star hotels when my wife goes out of town on business. A very uppity attitude for a very mediocre hotel. Room was comfortable, but so is my sofa. No real show stopper amenities. If you have ever stayed at the St. Regis, you are well aware of what I mean. (when you can open and close the drapes from your bed, you got it goin' on!) As we had just came from The St. Regis and experienced their "open 24hr." Indoor lap pool with towels the size and feel of fluffy bed sheets, we simply wanted to use The Four Seasons pool......oh nay nay! I could, but my 12 year old son, nope. He could however use the Marriot's pool... Out the front door, left on Market and around the corner. Walk through the lobby and follow the signs....huh!!!! My son keeps a log book of each hotel we stay at. This was redonkulus!!! They have forever lost a future and past customer.This one ranks right down there with the most mediocre of them for the price. He usually spends more than I do as he gets to order room service and live it up. This whole experience kind of put a damper on that. We ended up eating in Japantown just to take our $$$ elsewhere. To top it off, the front desk asked which paper I would like at my door in the morning. The WSJ please, I replyed. Next morning, nada... Oh well.

We usually stay at Four Seasons Hotels around the world and sadly the one in Market St, San Francisco fell short of the mark. The hotel has an awkward entry between the ground floor and the lobby floor that takes you to the rooms. So you end up taking two lifts each time you go in or out of the hotel. The friendliest of all the staff were the doormen, they were very pleasant. Probably because they always had one foot out the door. The room was over priced for what it was and five star service was sadly missing. An example was being handed our evening water bottles without a turndown service, even after we advised housekeeping that we would be leaving the room in 10 mins. I know it was a single incident, but hey we were only there for three nights. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment by the decor of the hotel lacked in our opinion. The open areas were sterile and lacked atmosphere to make you want to stay indoors. I don't think we would stay there again by choice, sad because we thought we had found our hotel chain of choice around the world. I guess not all Four Seasons properties are created equal.

Love this hotel.... come back every year. It truely lives up to the 5 star rating! Worth every trip on Black Friday shopping for the ' just out of the way' convenience.

Overall fab location, superb condition and good service. A few little glitches tho.....too little towels in the room, no sofa bed made up by 8.30pm for a 4 year old, 15 min wait at breakfast for service. Having just been at 4 seasons beverly hills, this wasnt as good. Overall still great but not paying as much attention. Girl on front desk terrific though, and guys on the front door.

This hotel has a good location, beautiful view and nice little coffee shop.

Nice hotel. Great location and right next to a great sports club the LA Sortsclub. Helpful courteous staff. Only complaints: noisy HVAC and lukewarm water in sink (for shaving). I strongly disagree on charge of $15/day for WIFI.

I expected fine service at this location. The first glitch was when we arrived and were informed that they did not have two double beds as we had specified. They bumped us to the top floor and gave us a King size bed and a surprisingly comfortable sleeper. In-house dining was very pricy and my halibut was raw in the center. A hamburger in the lounge was served on a vintage brioche. Biggest affront was when we signed up for a tour that cost $49 per person -- and the concierge changed that to $49 "per hour" for a 3.5 tour. "That" was offensive. They vaguely made some nice gestures but overall there are other more pleasant places to stay.

This hotel is not up to the expectations of the Four Seasons name. It is bland, poorly designed and cheaply finished.

Just spent 3 nights at the Four Seasons. Everything was first class. We upgraded to a 2-room suite because we had our 2 young kids. They brought up cookies and little plush crab stuffed animals for our kids, which was a very nice touch. Location is terrific, steps to Union Square, Moscone, MOMA, a million shops and a short walk to financial district. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was super comfy. Everything you'd expect from a Four Seasons. 2 mild criticisms: 1. The decor of the hotel in general is pretty generic, especially the common areas. 2. They charge an extra fee for wi-fi, which is pretty much unacceptable in my opinion for any decent hotel, but especially a place like the Four Seasons. I absolutely hate to feel like I'm getting nickel and dimed and I just don't understand why hotels continue to try to charge for internet connectivity. It's the kind of thing that will actually influence my hotel choice the next time I'm in SF.

I was looking forward to staying at a Four Seasons for my four night stay in San Francisco. While it certainly was nice, the service was not fully up to par. On the first day, we returned to our room at 5 pm to find that it had not been cleaned. This is not acceptable for a Four Seasons. And, while the restaurant recommendations by the concierge were very, very good, recommendations for neighborhoods to explore were not great. We also had trouble getting through to the concierge desk because they were too busy. Also, I had a feeling of being nickel and dimed....there was a $1.00 a page charge to use the printer in the business center, and a $13.00 a day charge to use the wireless internet in the room. There was no mouthwash in the room, which there usually is now. Further, to get to the street from the rooms, you had to take two different elevators. The lobby, while quiet and soothing, had no visible windows, so it felt a little dark. I will add that the staff were, without exception, very nice and very professional. The 100,000+ square foot health club was an added bonus. Nonetheless, I'd expect a bit more from a Four Seasons.

Excellent hotel, good location and high quality service from all staff

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en un Four Seasons y la primera que lo hacemos en pareja. El servicio es excepcional y verdaderamente hace la diferencia. El trato de la Concierge (Lisa Marie) fue siempre muy cordial, paciente y con excelentes recomendaciones. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Bon hôtel bien placé. Le service au restaurant est bon mais la table est débarrassée à peine l'assiette vide, on dirait qu'ils veulent nous mettre dehors. Dans l'ensemble c'est une bonne adresse il manque juste, à mon avis une machine à café et une bouilloire!

サンフランシスコのフォーシーズンズホテルは立地、スタッフ、お部屋、全てに関して最高です。便利なマーケットSt沿いにあり、宿泊客は２Fから専用のエレベータで客室に。エレベーター待つことなどありません。お部屋もとても清潔、綺麗、シック。浴室もとても素晴らしく、深い真っ白なバスタブは旅の疲れを一掃してくれます。ただ１つ難点を言えば、wifiが有料であること。確か１日１５ドルぐらいだったと思います。

Bon hôtel en général. Piscine et Fitness club à éviter. Climatisation bruyante.

El hotel en el corazón de Union Square, excente servicio y atención del personal.

立地条件、スタッフの対応、静かで綺麗な客室、バスタブもシャワーも快適。なにひとつ不満が見つからないホテルでした。エレベーターも待つことは一度もありませんでした。喫煙者は二階のバルコニーで優雅に飲み物片手に夜景を見ながら喫煙できます。

7月に2泊しました。料金は高いですが、それだけの価値はあると思います。ホテルのスタッフは一見ビジネスライクですが、こちらの質問やリクエストには、丁寧に応対してくれます。ホテル内の安全面でも満足しました。夜にはバーを利用しましたが、グラスワインの種類が多く、つまみ的な食事もおいしく、雰囲気もあり、素敵な時間を過ごせました。朝食も割高感はありましたが、アラカルトも充実しており、新鮮で素材のよいものをゆっくりおいしくいただけました。近所のウエストフィールドＳＦセンターの地下の自然派スーパーマーケットはお勧めです。

근데 다른 fourseasons 은 기본으로 주는 물이 Fiji라 생각 없이 마셨더닌 $1.05하는 물을 $6로 charge 하시내요샴푸랑 바디 로션은 없어서 2번이나 전화하게 하면서 그런건 엄청 빨리 체크 하시내요글구 내가 쓰지도 않은 전화요금은 올려주시구~~ㅠㅠ
