no complaints about the stay, staff helpful, polite and professional. The location is in a good position close enough to the CBD without being in the middle of it all and close to other locations.

Overall this is a great place to stay as it is so close to the CBD and river. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. However, the sounds of flushing toilets kept waking me up overnight which was a bit annoying.

Very p;easant,great staff,fab room and within walking distance to Mall,Eagle St restaurants and Fortitude Valley

overall OK ,not the best location for us, , car park a nightmare and then tofind out you have to pay for it $20 ,should advise that in your marketing also not to happy to find you did not have breakfast. over the weekend . we could of stay closer to our event by the time we paid for all the extras.will have to look harder next time. shame because the room was pecfect

Service not up to standard expected of a 4 1/2 star hotel. Carparking was difficult.

We stayed in hotel room which is the smallest and the cheapest, you get what you pay for, but still okay. Pool is good but not heated, SPA was good, sauna kept breaking down, and gym only had 3 bits of equipment. Entrance to hotel is bit hard to find, as its in the lane behind, but would stay again

Good location for my needs, but compared to other hotels at similar rates, this was a disappointment. The quality/cleanliness of the bathroom was below standard. e.g. old tile, plastic fittings etc. To top it off, the bed was sagging!

Staying at a Mantra Hotel is always a wonderful experience and the staff are always so lovely and helpful. Although, out of all the Mantra's we've stayed at, this was the one I'd be least likely to stay at again. The location was not ideal to what we wanted.

Nice view, great check in staff, very friendly. The football team staying in the room next door came back at around 3am and kicked on until we checked out at 8.30am. Extremely thin walls and whilst I appreciate this is not the fault of the reception staff, they could have cared a little more. Wish I had the girls who checked us in. We even knocked on the door of their room but they were obviously ignorant. I'm not a fan of pushing 2 small beds together and calling it a King either.

The hotel was fine for the weekend, my only complaints would be the mini bar fridge in our room was kept under the sink with no ventilation, this meant the fridge just warmed everything in our room - not great for green house emissions!! Second, the carpark is horrendous, it is soooo small with concrete poles in the most inconvenient places, i would recommend if you don't wont your car to be scratched, park on the street!!!

Great Value for money. Nice big room, big bed and clean, just what we wanted. Breakfast arrangements with the bistro next door was a real surprise. The menu and food were excellent. Great coffee. Having woolowrths close by was alaso a bonus.

We reserved a suite for a family of 5. It was very comfortable, beautiful view, lot of space, two separate bedrooms, large living room, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 3 plasma TV. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and sauna (even though it was winter). There is a bakery and a supermarket next door so shopping and cooking was very easy. it's very close from Central Station which was very convenient for us : we didn't rent a car and used the train a lot! We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for a family!

We loved this hotel. Very good deal via hotels.com which made it an absolute bargain. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and modern and have everything you need, we even had a free washing/dryer to use. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

２ベッドルームにエクストラベッドを利用しての5人で宿泊しました。 シャワールームにバスタブもあり、キッチンも使いやすかったです。 クイーンストリートに歩いて10分くらいで、散歩がてらに出かけるにちょうどいいです。 ホテルの前は、ウオルマート（スーパーマーケット）があり、食料品、キッチン用品などほとんど揃います。 残念ながら天気がいまいちでしたので、ホテルの５階にあるプールの水は、冷たく感じました。

My son and I went as tourists to Brisbane for a short week. We chose Mantra because of price and location. The staff was very friendly and in general we were satisfied . But we have a few remarks: The noise from the street was irritating and it started early every day. There was also noise from the little entré which we shared with the room next door. The price of internet use was shameful. The gym was extremely small.
