Crestwood Suites of Denver-Aurora - אורורה

Whatever they use to clean (and it looks very clean) made us clog up which made breathing difficult. Can't smell or identify it but if those chemical cleaners don't bother you, then it is a fantastic hotel. k

The room needed some maintenace/renovation with broken curtain, noisy aircon, worn bathroom tiles, etc but the bed was comfy, the fridge was a bonus and access to the carpark very good. Thin walls and sometimes noisy late-comers were a distraction but overall this establishment represented excellent value for the money!

Great stay!!!

The hotel provided a great value. I have stayed there before and the staff is excellent. Very friendly and accomodating. I could have stayed at another hotel at a better location for my needs, but I will definitely choose this one again for its friendly staff and value. There are restaurants close by and has easy access to the highway, which makes for easy access to sights and shopping.

Could here everything going on in rooms next to us. Room stunk really really bad too.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the place is rather worn and needs a good going over. Can't beat the price though, if you just need a place to sleep.

The staff earnestly pure. There retriever some members f staff that were extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend staying there. UT reminded me,of the hotel in the Shining from the 1970s. The price was reasonable however, but overall a dump.

Cant ask for much more for the price. Overall a good affordable hotel. Rooms are full of ammenities.

The Stay was good.

The staff at the front desk, who wasn't management, were very nice and accommodating. management here is awful! Could care less about my experience, decent rooms, but my experience was that the managers here only care about themselves.

an enjoyable stay.

I most say that my stay has been pleasant so far. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Now the only little problem I encountered was the room above me apparently has small children staying and the parents apparently let them do what they want and they have been stomping, and running all hours o the night. I finally complained yesterday morning and last night wasn't too bad.....

I enjoyed it I have stayed there twice so far and in the same room. But I have noticed from the last visit that nothing had changed or been fixed in the room. Like light bulbs in two lamps were still missing, other then that the visit was just fine.

the hottle was was ok for quaity and with no flash but the bed and bath were clean but I am so shur about the rest. the room was vary plain and there could have been one houseceepling trip well i was there to replenish the coffy and the soap. the room was a little load do to the proximatiy to the stairs and elivator. I will proble use the hotel agean be couse of it low coast.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before, it is the one I usually choose (mainly for price). The only problem I have with this hotel is that there have been several occasions where I've had to ask for a different room due to stains on the bed... but in every instance, the staff has been very kind and the room that we have been moved to was very clean.

When we first walked in the room had not been cleaned--but the staff could not have been nicer and immediately moved us into another room. It is an older hotel and shows some wear, but it was clean and comfortable. It is a long term stay facility with dishes, microwave, refrigerator, etc. As it is long term we were told at check in which days we would be given clean towels but were also told to let them know if we needed anything.

Hotel is not new or five star but it was clean, staff was helpful, and it was close to restaurants and travel. It is a long term stay facility so they only change towels twice a week, but they told us to let them know if we needed anything. The room had a full size fridge, a microwave, dishes, etc.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming

No major issues. First room was dirty, strongly smelled of urine and had a running industrial deodorizer in it. Front desk apologized and moved me immediately. Second room was ok. Doors on kitchenette cabinets wouldn't stay closed but it was a minor annoyance. Paper thin walls or room connecting vents, couldn't tell which. Could hear conversations clearly from adjoining rooms. Having said all that, for what I paid, I can't really complain. I've stayed at much more expensive places and been less happy.

For price, hotel was fine. Large and clean room with kitchenette. Only negative is how old and dirty carpets at entrances looked. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Fine for the price. Mostly senior assisted living and other hotels in vicinity, close to many restuarants.

Thank goodness we were only here for two days. Our room never got cleaned or restocked with towels. When we called to get more towels we were rudely told "we don't have much, I'll see what I can find" The staff cared more about their phones and smoke breaks then the people staying there. I wouldn't recommend this place for a long stay.

Since it's a long-term place, it is perfect for the vacationer looking to save money (kitchen in room = no eating out/eating junk). The room was perfect for what I needed, clean, comfortable, etc. I'm just sorry my stay there was only one night.

Shortly after check-in the fire alarm went off, continuing for about 15 minutes. Supposedly a child pulled the alarm. 3 hours later it went off again, unable to get a reason from staff this time. Some people live here full time and are up and around and loud, stomping, slamming doors very early (4:00am). Was short on washcloths and went to get more and they were out and gave me dish cloths to use. The room was large and comfy, though. Location was very convienent to many places I needed to go. Would stay again, just bring my own dish towels, etc.

Pretty good overall. The first room they put me in did not have a toliet or a stove.

The Hotel was nice. It didn't have enough dishes for two people, but it was easy enough to get corrected. It is located around many places to eat and close to shopping. The staff was very nice. The bed was a little hard.

i think this is a hotle where poeple live in certain sections , so that was unsettleing , you could smell people cooking etc .. One night was ok but i wouldnt wanna stay any longer than that . spend the couple extrra bucks and stay in a much much nicer place

difficult to locate motel. too many workers staying here. dark parking area in rear of motel. scary....

I got what I paid for, which was not much!

Only one surprise. There is no daily maid service and that fact wasn't made clear when I booked. Overall a decent palce in a good location. The price was very fair.

decent motel to stay at: "fully equipped" kitchenette w/ full-sized refrig-FREEZER, range-top, some dishes & utensils. Location: close to access to major freeway. Agree w/ other reviewers that there are 'guests' who may consider themselves more like "residents" who treat this like home, so: they'll hang-out outside the doors & smoke & socialize, without considering that this may be a HOTEL/MOTEL (that is, vacation/getaway) for others. Staff, too, is stereotypically apathetic (just another min.wage - or close to it - job for them) for a motel of this star-rating, so: you want what?? k, here!, now you're done, bub-bye!: You get what you pay for, so if you have a good $$ deal, great, this is good deal w/ shortcomings & you get what you pay for; if you feel you don't have a "good deal": keep looking on Hotels.com, there are others out there!

My stay at Crestwood Suites-Denver/Aurora was nice, except early that Sunday (4:30 am Sept 23) we were evacuated from the hotel, due to a small fire in a persons room. After the danger was over, they let us back inside. Aside from that inconvenience, it was a great stay...

Good price, good location, not clean!! If you don't mind an old, outdated, unclean room it is not horrible to put up with for one night for the price but I would never come back. Room was huge and had plenty of space with a big kitchenette, but I would have wrapped the place in Saran wrap before letting a child touch a thing. The sink hadn't even been wiped out in the kitchen, the counters were sticky (it smelled like paint, we think they had just painted the counter that day), the shampoo bottles were obviously re-filled for each guest (they were not sealed and were in horrible used condition). The lobby is beautiful and well kept and the customer service was excellent. But the carpets in the stairways and halls of the hotel was so old and beat and it smelled like dog poo. It wasn't bad enough to leave but i was not impressed and will never go back.
