Quality Inn & Suites Plano - פלנו

I was very impressed by this hotel and the amenities in the room were more than expected. I am very pleased to say i enjoyed my stay and will choose quality inn again in the future

Good for the money spent but the hotel is little bit old and my room was not that clean especially the bathroom as I could see some hair. Good average breakfast and I would stay again based on the rates of hotels around the area.

Good, clean hotel at a good location. Room was cleaned and reset everyday. Breakfast is not so good. Wi-fi is non-existent. Overall, a good value for business trips.

Booked on line and checked in very late. When we got there I was told the room ( smoking) was givin to someone else because they weren't sure if we were coming, even though I had already paid fot the room.

I was not at all pleased, loud noises, horrible customer service. CHEAP place!!

I went to get breakfast very early in the morning and the attendant was sleeping on the job. I realize that breakfast is complimentary, but choices left much to be desired.

Rooms are clean with kitchenette. The lobby is a little old, but its clean. The hotel is not far from good restaurants, but is in a quite area.

It was a home away from home and we were very comfortable in our room

It was horrible. The staff harrassed me by phone and in person all night about noise from my room caused by kids. I told them and showed them I was alone but it didn't matter to them. Never stay here!

The AC unit did not work well, so unless you were standing right next to it, the room was rather stuffy, hot and humid. Note: it was not humid and in the mid-70's outside, so this was definitely a quirk of the room, not the area in general. We had the windows wide open but that didn't even solve the problem. On a positive note, the full fridge and microwave are very convenient, the people are nice, the continental breakfast is average and the place seemed clean.

The sofa bed was in terrible condition, but the king bed we slept in was fine. Very clean, good location, overall we were more then satisfied

I liked the accomdations and will probably stay there again.

I stayed for 3 nights and had a great stay. Very safe and convenient neighborhood, super-clean room and the friendliest front-desk staff I've encountered. I highly recommend this Quality Inn and I do a lot of traveling, so that says a lot.

Good, a frig, microwave for a long stay. I will remember this!

The room was not well maintained. There was no hot water for the 3 days I was there and I made a complaint twice a day regarding the issue. My stay started in the week so it was possible for maintenance to fix. I was told several times it was fixed but the water temp. never improved.

Very good stay overall. The cleanliness was very good, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was also very good. The price was very reasonable which is why I picked this hotel in the first place. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Everything is good but in description it has been mentioned as full kitchen..but nothing so..just u have racks...no stove...big disappointment as we opted this hotel especially becoz of kitchen...they should not cheat by mentioning as full kitchen...

The breakfast was terrible. Orange Juice was watered down, there were no choices of Brown bread, only the white bread. Coffee was watered down too. The breakfast timings for weekend were short, only till 9 AM., but it had convinient location

You get what you pay.

Terrible service & quality. When asked for extra towel from the janitor-she refused & said -go to the front office. Water had been leaking thru the Laundry room door- flooding in front of elevator since the day we checked in till we checked out- 4 days- they didn't fix.They also charged $1 per copy for photocopying. They charged me extra for the couch bed $12 a night-very uncomfortable terrible bed where you feel like the bed springs are going through your bones.Do not recommend at all.

Enjoyed my recent stay. Hotel was clean, staff were polite. Would recommend for short stay.

Needs repair, need new beds. Worked for us on vacation but don't recommend.

Carpet was dirty, rooms open to the outside and the sidewalks were not swept and covered with leaves and dirt, property needs painting and general maintenance.

I stay at this hotel 4 to 5 days each month. The only downside to staying at the hotel is the internet connection in the rooms are POOR. You have to go to the breakfast are to get the BEST connection.

Beds very uncomfortable, but I like a soft mattress. It was inexpensive and that's what I was looking for, but would pay the extra next time for a more comfortable nights sleep.

For the price, the hotel was fine. The room and the bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is safe. The internet was pretty slow, in fact, incredibly slow, and the TV's were outdated (big CRT style, not flat screen). They did serve a simple continental breakfast, nothing to write home about. All of the rooms open to the outside, no interior corridors. But, for the price it is definitely better than Motel 6.

The place was not clean random hair in the bathroom. This was the second room we were in because the first one we went into had no a/c. They were both substandard. the second room had no working phone. I left my phone charger there and of course no one could find it as soon as I checked out. It was a waste of money.

My wife and I stayed four nights. Room was clean, everything worked, the people were courteous. The location was safe and close to restaurants and locations that we needed to visit. I recommend this hotel... good value for money.

When I got to the hotel I was charged an extra fee because I wanted to check in early and the front desk personnel could not explain to me why this was the case. The room was small and outdated for the price I paid and there were no amenities. Compared to the surrounding hotels this hotel should not have been in the same vicinity.

all I can say is great will rebook again.

This is a nice and clean hotel for cheap! We stayed another night at the same price because we liked it so much. This place had plenty of parking and was easy to get back to without much familiarity with Plano. I would certainly reccomend this! There is a Whole Foods market near by and a full-sized fridge so that we could keep things on hand for breakfast.

The free internet and television cable in the section of the hotel we were in did not work. The hotel is convenient to the hospital in that area and the businesses and shops on Preston Road.

Stayed here because it was cheap, but the cleaning crew did not replace fresh towels when they cleaned the room. Took the dirty ones but never put new ones in. Also took a while for them to bring new ones when calling the front office. The breakfast was subpar, but can't complain too much since it was cheap compared to others in the area.
