The price was great.. The room was clean but very out dated. Some plaster coming off in the bathroom made it feel dirty..Check in was quick and the staff was nice.. Very convenient on & off the freeway..

I have stayed here a couple of times in the past and will continue to stay here when I visit Phoenix. I wake up go down and have my cereal, yogurt, and juice and coffee then I'm gone for the day. I come back to an airconditioned room with all the basics that a person needs, tv shower and fridge etc,,. Its a simple hotel for a simple man and the price is right. I think I spent around $200.00 for 5 nights. Not a bad deal.

WELL THE BREAFAST WAS GOOD FOR 1 THING. ROOMS WERE NOT BAD BUT JUST NEED MORE CLEANING AND FIXING UP ON THEM ESPECIALLY THE THE BATHTUGS NEED TO BE CLEANED BETTER OR REDONE OR SOMETHING OR GET CLEANED BETTER AND NEED TO REALLY VACUUM THE CARPERT NOT JUST PUSH THEM AROUND WHEN CLEANING THE ROOMS BY THE CLEANERS SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT WE SEEN WHEN WE WERE AT THE POOL WE NEVER HEARD IT ON. OH AND THE SWIMMING POOL HAD DIRT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL ALSO NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT ALSO. BUT ITS A NICE A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT AND CHEAP WHEN YOU RESERVE IN TIME NOT TO BE A MEAN PERSON NICE DESK SERVICE MEXICAN GIRL THAT WORKS THERE AND FRIENDLY ALSO

Clean, quiet, safe, cheap place to sleep. No scrambled eggs or fluffy towels - who cares. Nice family run business in convenient location...I love the microwave and fridge...will stay here again.

The customer service was great, convenient but needs a-little up keep. The floor was dirty with stains... I was on the 2nd floor and there were dips in the floor.

Clean room, comfortable and a good price.

Very nice for the price. Bathroom could have been better taken care of, tube needed to be replaced or resurfaced. But great room with refrig and microwave.

It was okay and very good for the price

This place is rather run down, but it is cheap so I guess it is okay for the money. Very friendly staff help to gloss over the problems of this tired motel.

Convenient location. Disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order. The rooms could use updating; carpets were beyond stained & there was mold in the bathroom. Won't be staying there again.

Average for the price. Staff courteous.

The hotel overall was an older establishment. Was kept up ok, but nothing fancy. For us, the two things that were most important were the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. We basically used the hotel to sleep and for breakfast. The continental breakfast was no great shakes, but more than adequate for our needs. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Pheonix for a week or more.

We were here with a baseball team for a tournament. We were looking for inexpensive accommodations that were clean. Luxuries not required. We found that here. The motel definitely shows it's age, and reflects what you would expect from a budget motel, but our room was very clean. The surrounding area was a bit 'questionable' but didn't interfere with us or anyone else in our group. Not a destination property, but a decent place to stay when you need a clean place to sleep.

The room was fairly clean and maintained. It did not have a clock or blow dryer though.

The dirty rug had a large dark stain under the desk as you walked in. The sheer curtain had a tear in it, there was a lightbulb missing from the bedisde lamp, there was only one bedside table, which means that you have no where to put your phone, glasses, etc. when you go to bed.On the plus side, the breakfast was good if carb heavy. Location next to the freeway was convenient. The pool needed re plastering. the hot tub was broken (looked permanent).

Carpet was filthy and key reader did not work. Had to get manual entry from staff to enter room for three days.

It was very good and served our purpose very well

If you don't care about lots of perks, this is a great place to stay and they are pet-friendly. The location is right near the highway and a good Waffle House that has an all you can eat menu from 2-9 pm, so save your pennies! The wi-fi wasn't working for me and the phone in the room was broken, but other than that it was a just fine - and very affordable.

Good rates and next to freeeway. Beds were comfort and had a frig and micorwave.

Room was good but just had a bad smell. Carpets need to be cleaned. No towels or irons in the room.

Comfortable and quiet: a real value. My room (king) was large and had fridge, microwave, sofabed. I was very surprised based on low cost. Friendly check in and OK continental breakfast (fruit, waffles, coffee, instant oatmeal, cereal, etc.). I would definitely recommend and plan to use this hotel again.

The rug should be changed out or a good professional cleaning. We had requested a non-smoking room, but to us it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedding was clean and room cleaned on time. We would stay there again, the price is right.

The room was clean but there was a big crack in shower surround and the sidewalks were in bad shape with buckling in them. Overall could stand to be updated.

The staff was friendly.....it was down hill from there. We got to our room and the first thing I noticed was the smell. I can't tell you what it was, but it wasn't pleasant. We closed the door and there was graffiti on the inside of the door warning us to lock the door or "it will be your a**!" I checked out the bathroom next. I could see filth running down the outside of the bathtub. The inside was even worse. It appeared as if they had painted the shower walls and the tub itself and the paint was peeling off. We checked out and went next door to the Fairfield Inn. After the nightmare we just saw, this place was a palace!! We found out later that the Super 8 we were at is a known meth house. Also be aware that this is not the best neighborhood, so don't go too far on foot at night.

old motel with old tv and yet it was clean and ok - nice price

Just picked this hotel mainly for location and price

Internet service needs to be improved, especially where the rooms are located far off from the wi-fi router. During the last trip the room where I stayed did not have any issues with internet but I had lots of troubles connecting to the internet during this trip.

This is an older hotel that is a reasonable value for the price. Convenient location with easy access to freeway.

The room appeared to be under construction. There were tiles missing in the shower and the shower head leaked. The non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Outlets worn out would not hold electrical cords. The beds were comfortable and at least we were able to sleep.

The beds and linen were clean and comfortable enough. Bathroom was clean. Hot water cut in and out but was good enough. The walls and dirty were very dirty and dusty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. That's ok I didn't pick this hotel for the walls, I picked it for the price. There was some noise outside until about 12 0r 1 am every night, which is pretty standard for cheaper places. My only problem with that is that the A/C and heater didn't work, so to get some white noise I had to turn on the fan. After about an hour or two I woke up coughing from all of the dust coming out of the fan. I could actually see the dust when I turned the light on. I guess it hadn't been turned on in a while.

I enjoyed the stay but th hotel was a great disappointment. The plumbing was sketchy, the bathtub was filthy( couldve used a bleaching). The walkway shouldve been swept daily as the landscaping gravel was all over and was a safey hazard. T clientele that were residing there, was not the best. Loud music and obviously drunk people were all over.
