Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-DFW Airport N-Grapevine - גרייבפיין

The hotel provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We liked the breakfasts and were surprised by the dinners which were provided although we were unable to attend. Wifi and the business center equipped with a computer and printer were a plus. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and to top it off, i forgot my watch and called back after we had checked out and their professionalism and honesty help me to find ir... Thanks guys and ladies for all that you do..... Hermon.

Great Stay!

The hotel is wonderful- room was very clean and fairly quiet. I would rate comfort a 4 only because the first morning there was not enough hot water for everyone so it was "lukewarm" at best. Not miserable cold, but not great. Also, there were only three bath towels in a room that sleeps four people and the second night they ran out of pool towels, so that left us with a lot of wet bath towels. HOWEVER, the customer service at the hotel more than makes up for the minor issues. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. Thanks Homewood Grapevine!

We checked in late and checked out early so this was simply a place to sleep in between stops. We rented the Queen suite and the only complaint I have is that I woke up to a long black thick curly hair in the bed with me. I have short red hair and it definitely didn't belong to anyone in our family. Otherwise, the room as fine. The hot breakfast was good but the only fruit offering was an apple so the variety could have been a little better there.

The bed clover had cigarette burn holes in them, the shower water did not get hot in the morning, so it made it very difficult to take a shower, and the maids didn't clean very well as there was miniature bottles of alcohol left on the floor from the previous people.

LOVED it. COMPLIMENTARY DINNER. Never heard of it, but it sure was nice after a long tiring day. Came in to find dinner ready and was a great HOT meal with all the food groups. Delicious. Very nice place to stay. Will definately stay again.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Had suite and worked great with our kids.

Room was great. Only ice available is the icemaker in your room which is turned off until you check in but one of the staff helped us get some from the kitchen for immediate use. Bed was the best but hubby complained because the pillows are too large - he likes his flat. Everything was clean and comfy.

I stayed at this hotel due to a conference being held there. The rooms have some age on them but are very clean. Suite-style rooms make for more personal space. Hotel has free and fast wifi. The free breakfast in the morning is quite good for a hotel breakfast. Hotel also has a free airport shuttle with very prompt and courteous drivers. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in the DFW airport area.

It was great!

The bedroom was incredibly small but it works. However the a/c was so loud every time it came on it woke us up. So this was not a restful stay. The staff was very courteous. Breakfast was cold. And the pool was "out of order". The hotel is clean, the staff is great, the bed itself is very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we required. This is just not the hotel for us and we will not stay there again.

It was a great location..the staff gave us excellent care...our maid was beyond excellent...it was the only hotel with smoking accommadations in the area...please do not stop that service..we visit the area 3 to 4 times a year and we feel like we have found a new home. Thank you Homewood for a wonderful 6 day visit.

The room was average and the breakfast was sub par.

This was a great stay at a reasonable price. We had two bedrooms and two baths in a very clean and comfortable room. Beds were fabulous with several pillow options. Hot breakfast was fairly good and location was excellent near airport, restaurants and Grapevine mall.

While the hotel staff was accommodating, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets were not changed for our entire stay, the room was never vacuumed. empty containers were found under the furniture. The Breakfast buffet wasn't what we expected, ketchup was allowed to run out for two days. a nice surprise was the evening meal. will look for a better choice next time I am in the area

I made the reservation via Hotels.com. It was for 3 adults and a child. I did 2 queen beds. When we reached in the middle of the night, they said that we have 1 queen bed. The receptionist told that I have to call Hotels. com to make any change. Was very adamant about not accomodating. We did not call Hotels.com because we were too tired. We also had a child. They gave us a rollaway bed which was lousy. Overall service is very poor.

hotels.com made a mistake by reserving a suite for us with 2 rooms and 1 q/bed in each room, Hotels.com rep stated the suite has 2 Q/Beds in each room, we sorted that at the hotel we had to get an extra room thank god they had some open....

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at you hotel. It was close to all the activities we had planned to do and see. The breakfast was very good and the staff did not allow and item to run out and if it did the replaced it immediately. The only regret I had was that we were in a room where the next day they were wallpapering the hallway right in front of our room. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Strong smell of chorine from first floor indoor pool is a real first impression turnoff. Then, we arrive at "Queen Suite" and there is only ONE queen size bed!!!! Immediate response promised for second day call for two additional bath towels and more shampoo and conditioner never is fulfilled until second call is made a few HOURS later. Breakfast is mediocre at best and poorly organized. Not enough tables. Waffle machine placed in middle of food line causes massive log-jam. Older property. Will not return.

Only have 2 complaints. First the pillows are too short, they are like throw pillows for a couch. Second the internet room with 2 PCs are really outdated. I could not connect to my online banking since the browser was running IE6. Other than that, it was a great night's stay.

In town for a Christian men's conference. Great location convenient to restaurants and more.

Not to happy about maintenance people coming to our room claiming they were there to set the clocks in the room. It was 8:45 am and we were attempting to get ready when we were so rudely interrupted. Someone should have a talk with that maintenance person. Needing to set the clocks 5 days after the time change? Seriously doubt it, but don't know, we didn't let him in.

I stayed at two other Homewood Suites, College Station and Addison, and LOVED them! However the Grapevine hotel left a lot to be desired. It appeared it needed up dating. Our fitted sheet would not stay on the bed so we fought with it all night. Also didn't like that their was no door to the to the sink/vanity portion of the room. So when I was up earlier that my roommates the light light up the whole room and I couldn't use my hairdryer. Also the closet door were not in working order. The complimentary breakfast was not nearly as wonderful as the other Homewood Suites I've been to.

Hotel was fine from a location and room size standpoint, but the service was a disappointment. We had been told we could get a roller bed in our room when we called several days before only to find out there were none available once we arrived.

We take serveral trips to the Dallas area each year for shopping, Homewood Suites by Hilton is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance of the Grapevine Mills Mall. Just outside the mall parking lot are several good restaurants. The hotel has a friendly staff, the rooms are clean and spacious. We especially enjoy the free breakfast buffet (love their waffles). The pool and the exercise room are nice. We love the hotel and would recommend it.

Hotel was very clean. The rooms were great. Had a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite! It was perfect! The staff and manager were very friendly and knowledgeable!

The mattress was not firm enough to give me a good night's sleep; other than that, highly enjoyable stay.

Excellent location near the airport and Mall, excellent service and the staff was very nice. Shuttle service very fast to arrive to pick me up.

Our stay was memorable. Made us feel right at home with all it had available. The access to the mall was a plus! Thanks

Good location with it being next to the mall, but like most hotels you spend most of your time in bed sleeping. Mattresses need be changed and we found the extra blanket with stains. Not good.

This was a very nice hotel, perfect for families. The rooms are big, clean, and offered a living area with full kitchen, it even has a gas fireplace. I would recommend this hotel for sure, we had a very nice time.

No complaints on our stay! We were even given a room with a fireplace! Perfect for the chilly night.

Everything was great, we were able to get our room near friends, pool stays open late for kids, and the breakfast was wonderful it was a full spread not toast n muffins. The sleeper sofa was not very comfy, but few are. Couldn't ask for more.

Staff was great, room was great. Perfect for a family of 5.

This is a shoppers paradise.

The staff is very helpful, and always pleasant. We have stayed a lot, have family close by and every time our stay is wonderful. The breakfast is lovely and the dinners quite nice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a late flight into DFW and Homewood Suites were perfect. Comfortable king bed, spacious room and close to Grapevine Mills which is a great outlet mall. The staff gave us a generous late checkout as well as minding our bags before we took our free shuttle back to the airport.... Would most definitely stay at Homewood again....
