Great place to stay; clean, excellent location, very comfortable. Breakfast was just slightly less than desired, but overall fine. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The night staff was great and very helpful with check in and check out. Great stay for the great price.

Would definitely stay again!!!

2 beds room is bit tight in space. But, hotel and room are very clean, well maintained. Nice lobby area, fitness center (new equipment), working TVs there. Good breakfast. Convenient location to lots of eateries. It's lake front property. Nice view if you are on 2nd floor facing the lake. Even otherwise, there is a nice big porch facing the lake where you can relax.

Not satisfied with our stay. We booked a king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room was nice and big, the bed was nice and clean but the tub was gross. Very dirty! We got in very late so we decided not to use the tub (which was the only reason I booked at this hotel) and just go to bed. When we mentioned how terrible it was at the front desk the lady said she was sorry that we were'nt satisfied. Nothing more. Didn't offer to discount the room or even tell us to have a nice day. Not happy with out stay, Will NOT go back!

Everything was ready at check in and check out. The breakfast in the mornings was very good and great variety. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Several restraunts near. Great Don Pablo if you like mexican. We would stay again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained. The only thing they may want to consider is putting a lock on the outside pool door. It seemed odd that you needed a key to access the pool from inside the hotel but anyone can enter the pool from the parking lot. But otherthan that, we will definately stay again.

I made a reservation here because I was travelling with my two cats. I knew there would be a charge and/or a deposit but when I got there, they charged me $50 non refundable when in the book inside the room said $15. I didn't complain because I had been in moving and had numerous injuries. I will contact them after my move has been completed

Hotel staff made up for the lack of detail of cleanliness in the room. We were in town for a Tae Kwon Do tournament, 5 of us in one room, there was ample space, bathroom wasnt as clean as I wouldve liked. The staff was friendly and very accomadiating, The breakfast was good.

We had a room for 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was large and clean. The kids loved the belgian waffle maker at breakfast

The hotel had a bad odor as soon as you walked in and the 2nd floor hall also stunk like smoke. When we were in the room we could still smell the smoke. We later discovered the rest of the smell in the hotel was caused from water damage.that was in the process of being repaired. There was obvious damage on the main and lower level where they had closed some rooms and pulled back wallpaper to let it dry. Had I known I was going to have to breathe that I would have stayed somewhere else. Breakfast was ok but with a limited selection.

The stay at the hotel was WONDERFUL! Everything was just as I had hoped and expected.. Until I got home and checked my bank account. I had agreed to pay $20 to the hotel for added ameneties, and instead of charging me the $20, they billed me the price of the room (which had already been paid to hotels.com) when I called them to find out about this charge, while trying to reverse that they charged it AGAIN!!! Than, I called to let them know, and again.. I was charged the cost of the room a THIRD time. I have paid almost four times what I agreed to originally pay for the room. . My stay was two days ago and I am STILL trying to get this all worked out. Like I said,

Great experience. Would stay here again if back in the area. Would recommend staying here. Great price and location. It was being renovated at the time but did not cause any inconvenience.

If you are in the Manassas area, you cannot beat the deal here at the comfort inn suites. The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to I 66.
