Very nice room, price was good, excellent location. NO free parking, spaces are very limited

Good convenient location mid way between railway station and promenade. Some tram/ traffic noise but not too bad. We had a standard double but beds not the most comfortable though and no comfy chair to sit on either. Self-service breakfast with good selection of items. Friendly staff

Great position on main boulevard, near tram, train station and airport bus. Short walk to old town. Our room had scaffolding up so couldn't open window/curtains - presumably why we had a cheap rate - would not have been ideal if it had been warmer weather. Showerhead was a bit leaky. Otherwise all was excellent. Would definitely stay again at same price.

The staff was very helpful and pleasing. Great hotel location. Breakfast was a little over priced but the receptionist fixed the price for me with no problems.

Great location and they were able to move my room when there was an issue with the first one. Only problem was the heat, which I could not figure out.

We didn't get to Best Western New York as it was being renovated , but we stayed at Best Western Alba which was just down the street. It was in walking distance from everywhere and staff were very friendly. We had a great 4 day stay.

The Front desk staff was Great - especially Nuella who has been with you 7 years. Promote her - she did so much to make us comfortable!

Location is great. Easy to access by walk both from the railway station and Promnade des Anglais. It is located around the center of Ave Jean Medecine and there are many restaurants and stores around. The next door is MonoPrix (supermarket) and it is very convenient. It was still quiet and cozy in the hotel room. Receptionists were kind and breakfast was nice.

This hotel didn't excel any of my expectations, failed a little even because trucks washing the streets at 5AM woke us both days since our room faced the street. Room itself was small (expected in europe), clean enough, and AC temperature is not settable, only fan was controllable. Right next to the tram stop, which is nice. Neighborhood is normal, not unsafe or anything.

The hotel was in a great location. 1 minute from the tram, 7 minutes from the train station. Lots of shopping locally with supermarket opposite. Beach 15 minute walk or jump on tram 5 minutes. We was walking back to hotel at 1-2 am and no trouble at all. Hotel rooms are nice and clean but my only complaint was the a/c wasn't great. Peak summer it struggled to cool the room. Reception was very helpful at all times.

The hotel was conveniently located once you got there but VERY difficult to get to by car.

Handly location just off the main tramlined shopping street. Easy walking to seafront, old town and SNCF rail station...a longer walk makes visiting archaeology museum definitely do-able (ask in reception for the best route). I even walked to the airport which took about 1 hour 30 mins excluding stops along for swims. If you do this, think about looking round Phoenix Park, almost apposite the aiport on the promenade des anglais.

I got a good dealon the room so it was good. Would not want to pay regular price for what is offered. Clean room and friendly staff. Internet was slow.

Nice hotel with a very convenient (but still not very noicy) location. Small but clean rooms. Quite a lot of old charm left. Breakfast is overpriced and not included in the price, go to a nearby café instead.

It was difficult to find our hotel in the maze of Nice. Once there, the check-in was quick and the hotel was typical European. Their elevator was scary and the room was small, as expected. The hotel needed re-decorating but was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom convenient. We would recommend it and stay there again.

Outside area very very noisy. (tramway/ people going out etc) Be aware of that before you book. Temperature in the room about 25° when we arrived. We had to open the windows and... discover the noise outside.. Too much waiting time at the check out on Sunday morning.

Nice is not the nicest city. The area around the main train station is just plain scary at night. The hotel was a few blocks from there and located on the "main drag" that runs to the beach and is near the major shopping mall, so it's great during the day. The tram that runs down the middle of the street will take you just about anywhere you want to go. Wouldn't stay there again but really probably won't visit Nice again either...

The hotel is located on the Avenue Jean Medecin in the center of the shopping district, and in a walking distance from the main city attractions such as the beach and old quarter. The room is a bit small. Staff is friendly.

Typical Best Western, well priced, close to the tram, walking distance to the old town, good access to parking, trains, choice of cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff. Very multi-lingual. Only comment, which is obvious with hindsight is that it is right in the city centre, and right next to the tram line, so if you're not used to city background noise, this place is not for you.

Only stayed here 1 night as it was just a quick stopover. Was a good budget hotel, value for money was great. Easy to walk to everything. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

Really nice comfortable hotel with efficient friendly staff. The hotel was in an excellent location for the shops and only a short walk to the seafront. The rooms were in a very good condition with the hotel being recently refurbished.

The major benefit of the hotel is the convenient location. It is an easy walk to the Old Town and the beach; public transport is very prevalent. The neighborhood has more of a local flavor, nice escape from the tourist crowds. The train station is close though, so beware some sketchy characters. Rooms are basic and small, emphasis on small. We would stay there again, but suspect that better accomodations can be found in Nice.

The hotel was full of character, our room was spacious, nicely furnished with a small balcony overlooking the street. It was a bit noisy but we kept a window open. The position was idea for a short stay in the city. The best thing was the friendly staff.

Ночевал одну ночь, так что об обслуживании ничего сказать не могу. Окна были на соседний переулок, в котором велись строительные работы, с утра немного пошумели. Были на машине - во дворе есть стоянка для гостей отеля. Когда приехали - свободных мест на ней уже не было, пришлось поставить на улице, однако в 9 утра машину переставил во двор и ушел гулять, по приходу денег за стоянку не взяли.

The Hotel is perfectly located at one of the main shopping streets, 10 min walk fron the central station and tram right around the corner. A big supermarket (Monoprix) is located right across the street. Service was ok, room was small but clean. I would def. stay there again! Enjoy good value for the price :-)

Dejligt hotel med super beliggenhed i centrum af Nice. Lidt kedelig men ok morgenbuffet. Lille men velfungerende og rent værelse, men beliggenheden i centrum betyder også at støj fra gaden kan høres på værelset. Fin service fra hotellets personale og alt i alt en god oplevelse.
