The lights went out. Could not use the pool, the room smelled musty.

Our stay was fine. Our room, 328 was dusty, and the bathroom fan did not work, but otherwise nice. We used the pool which was clean and fun. We lost power from around 9pm until 2:49am, that was a little scary for our daughter and us. I wish the staff had come around the hotel a few times to keep us posted. Overall good.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was barely serviceable, the rate was ok. It really was pretty dingy. Dirty spots on the walls, floors, bathroom. Very little staff around. In the middle of nowhere. Was there for an event so everyone staying in same place. If there were a better option I'd go elsewhere in a heartbeat.

Had a great stay at this hotel..,best bang for your buck...I will definitely stay here again :)

While I stayed here for two nights, I only saw someone working here for a total 2 times. The shower head looked like it has not been cleaned in quite some time

I was just passing through for work and it worked just fine. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the spa, but should have tried pool first as it was to cold after being in the spa. The room had a very clean & spacious bathroom and the beds & pillows were quite comfortable! Only con was being in a NON-smoking room and encountering the intermittent smell of cigarette smoke. Continental breakfast was basic but fullfilling and the location was just off the beaten path and easy to get to.

The room was okay but there were cobwebs all over the ceiling/wall joint. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the entire third floor smelled of stale smoke.

I was upset from the gloomy look when i walked into the door. The smell was not a pleasant one. The elevator doors and floor(crome) was not clean. Looked liked it was cleaned with something that left a smear look. The hot tub was too sudsy, So much that the kids pretended to have mustaches. The rooms were clean but very outdated. Very limited HBO (not children friendly). My party consist of 10 people-none of us were happy

Room was very clean, Beds were great, Just disappointed no microwave or fridge in room, Breakfast wasn't good one double toaster with one side broke lol but overall it served the purpose for the money it was worth it, was about 22 miles from Hershey Park.

Most staff was friendly. Pool was cold. Spa was very foamy and not very hot, Free breakfast was very basic. We did find a bug in our room. And the Bedding does not get changed daily if you stay 3 days or more. We found our sheets turned inside out instead of changed. there were blood stains on the sheets. there were stains on the bedspread. when we discussed it with management, they were very quick to say it was bleeding from the color of the comforter. I took pics, not a fabic bleed. It was cheap to stay and i guess you get what you pay for.

The room was not cleaned properly if at all. The bathtub had dirty grim all in it and there were candy wrappers on the floor. The contential breakfast was cleaned up almost and hour early

The staff was wonderful, breakfast was great, the grounds very neat. The reception clerk told us about a wonderful place to get ice cream that was fantastic! All in all a great visit. I would stay there again if in the area

I booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking room. the hotel was booked so we had to deal with it. the pool was ice cold, breakfast was ok. the queen beds were so uncomfortable it wasnt funny.

Very Comfortable

Only one problem with handicapp room. One TV. Not good if two people in the room. Other than that, a really good location and staff is wonderful.

Decent hotel, good value close to everything we needed for truck nationals, beds could have been a little more comfy and needed a fridge but otherwise would recommend

Quick check in. Front desk clerk was friendly and efficient. Hotel room was quiet. No problems during my stay. How to get into the hotel parking lot is a little tricky

Very convenient to Carisle Fairground. Reasonably priced and close to many restaurants. I would stay there again.

fittness Room: Two out of three machine were broke. Pool area: the hot tub was not hot. Fans above pool were extremely dirty and it looked like some on the firt on fans fell into the pool.

The hotel staff weren't very friendly. The pool and surrounding area were dirty and cold. The bedding and towels provided were worn. Ok for a night if you don't want any frills.

It was what was expected. Ice machine was not working on the 3rd floor, there was one in the lobby. No problems experienced.

The room was not spotless, but I lived with it. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. The Fitness 'Center' was DIRTY and the 3 machines were not in good, working condition. The juice at the breakfast bar was very watered down. We had to ask for more milk, coffee, and decaf. My business partner said her bathroom was dirty. Don't want to go here again!!

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was very accommodating and switched my room from smoking to non-smoking.

sence it was built i have used it at least once a year,, wished it had a changeing room at the poolside.

It was okay, the furniture was very old and rickety. No amenities, the WiFi took forever to connect. The air conditioning/heating unit was hard to adjust. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The wall paper was bubbling. It was a very very busy business trip so the room was just used for sleeping and changing for appointments. I thought it would be just a bit better, not the Ritz obviously but something not so shabby.

Good hotel, close to what we needed.

Our stay was nice/acceptable. For the price, I would say outstanding b/c we were on a budget. They gave us a first floor room (disabled, travelling with kids) and my children enjoyed it wholeheartedly. The staff were very nice and helpful. For example, when the kids were in the lobby, the desk worker changed the channel from the news to a kid-friendly show. Definitely an older hotel so cleanliness is limited with age. But it was not "bad." We didn't sleep well but that was more b/c of travelling with kids. Year round indoor pool was a huge bonus for our family, as was the continental breakfast. Thanks for making our travels affordable and uncomplicated!

Had to wait for someone to come to front desk for check in and check out no bell or anything to even ring. Saifd indoor heated pool..Pool was so cold u could not even get in my daughter had to swim in the hot tub!!! room was pretty much what I expected for price nothing fancy. no microwave or refrig which online said they had.

Listen, I am not princess, or even a picky person. But a hotel that still has blankets and bedspreads (i.e., linens that come in contact with your skin) that aren't washed and changed between guests is simply unacceptible in my book. I could go on, but seriously, enough said.
