Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester - מנצ'סטר

We had a great time. We were surprised at the expense (considering we went through Hotels.com). We wanted to stay where the reunion was being held . We could have stayed at comparable places for almost half the cost. Next time we will factor the premium cost into our decision.

When we arrived the front desk girl was very kind, relocating us to a different floor from our original reservation as she had just checked in a noisy family next to the old room. The room was dated, and a little shabby, but comfortable. When we asked for more blankets they were able to accommodate. Part of the reason we payed the higher price was for usage of the hot tub. When we came down in the evening to use it, the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. We asked at the desk but she was quite brisk saying it was a maintenance issue. Then she comes to the pool and lectures us on why it got cold as if it was our fault. We had just spent the entire day at a funeral and didn't appreciate the attitude. Day time staff were very nice however. Other than that incident the hotel was fine, not worth the price, but fine.

Used towels in bathroom NOT ours! Needs a face lift or at least some new carpet. Getting very worn! Else good stay, nicer hotels around it!

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The staff was very courteous and friendly and wanted to make your stay comfortable. When we left I left behind an article and when we got home I called, the receptionist was cordial and called me back when it was located and sent it out yet that day and I recieved it the next day. I would definately stay their again.

The Holiday Inn Express was easy to get to, the room was clean and the staff there were very nice. But for future reservations I will contact the hotel directly and not use Hotels.com.

De locatie van dit hotel is op een steenworp afstand van de snelweg. Toch geen noemenswaardige overlast hiervan. Het zijn schone kamers met goede bedden. De koelkast en magnetron hadden naar onze mening best wel in een kastje kunnen staan ipv opgestapeld langs de muur. Het personeel is alleraardigst en zeer behulpzaam. De service scoort volgens ons toch laag, omdat het aangeboden ontbijt karig qua aanbod is, tenzij je natuurlijk op koffie en pannenkoeken kan leven. Op de fotoos van het hotel staat een keukentje, bij ons stond deze dus opgestapeld langs de muur in de vorm van een koelkast(je) en een magnetron
