Comfort Suites - Weston

My wife and I were on a simple overnight business trip meeting some partners. Very clean, super friendly, ample parking. We were allowed early check in and late check out without any hassle or fees.

Front desk very helpful especially since my husband had spine surgery.

THE HOTEL IS NEW VERY CLEAN , THE ROOM HAS GOOD DECORATION AND IS VERY CONFORTABLE ,PEOPLE IN THE RECEPCION ARE VERY FRIENDLY

The stay was okay. The room appeared clean but my room had a very strong mold odor and was damp. I did not bring this to the staff attention since I was checking out the next day.

More than satisfied the accommodations were even better tan I have come to expect from Comfort Suites

Nicely appointed room. Poor wifi in our room that they were unable to correct, so staff moved us to another room promptly.

Wonderful place. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed my stay at hotel. It was convenient to the event we were attending. Staff was friendly and attentive. I thought I lost my credit card and traced my steps back to the hotel and they had my card at the front desk. The only concern was there was never enough washclothes and towels for my use and had to keep asking housekeeping due to taking showers in morning and night. They would only have hand towels which I thought was odd. Overall, truly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

So this was my second time staying here. I was a little disappointed because they were doing construction in the entrance of the lobby which really was not a good look. Nice hotel but the tv channel selection was HORRIBLE...if they wanted people to stay in their rooms they failed because the tv channels were limited! Was disappointing because they served the same type of breakfast everyday.....just sausage and eggs -_- however all in all pretty quiet and nice hotel

Very clean. Beds were very comfy. Great service.

My stay was ok..a little noisy in the hallway. One did I did NOT like and probably has turned me away from Comfort Suites is the fact that I was RUSHED out of my room at checkout time. I did have the please do not disturb sign on my door. One of the employees knocked on my door AT 12:00pm and said check out time is at 12:00pm and Its 12:00pm right NOW with an attitude. I have stayed at many hotels from Days Inn to Ritz Carlton and no one has EVER knocked on my door to kick me out of a room. I have been in a room as late as 12:30pm. In this case it was exactly 12:00. That was out of order and very rude. So will I stay at another Comfort Suites again, probably not!

We stayed at Comfort Inn for 2 days because of surgery at Cleveland Clinic. Room very large with separate kitchen and couch. Microwave, refrigerator. It was perfect for the short stay. There are no restaurants in the hotel but plenty within .2 miles and there is also shopping center. The only thing I did not like was there was no enclosed shower or bath. The shower was in the bathroom and the sink for washing hands was part of the room. So if you need to take a shower there will be water all over the floor if you have to use the toilet. This might be fine if you are handicapped but the hotel should only give this type of room to disabled persons. Maybe there are rooms with bathtubs and you need to ask. The breakfast bar was sufficient for this type of hotel. For the price and closeness to the Cleveland Clinic and Sawgrass MIlls you can't beat this hotel.

Hotel is very nice and near stores for shopping.

Nice place to stay. Large suits, very clean, all new furniture - no rouge stuff. only $10 pet fee.

It was fine except I asked the front desk for a wake up call for 5:30 AM and they said 5:03. I said no 5:30 and the call came in at 4:50. Please train staff better. Thanks.

It is very convenient for me because it is close to our offices and it is specially convenient for handicapped people.

Great hotel good food nice staff except the old man wouldn't let us check In early after a 12 hour drive so yeah. Also it's in Weston which is like 30 minutes away from any major city. Besides that good hotel will stay again

I was very disappointed. I was in a non smoking room, but there was a strong odor of smoke coming in through either the a/c or the bathroom vent. Housekeeping seemingly forgot to make up the room our first night. I never said a word to the desk about it. Never again...

I was very disappointed,i requested two adjoining rooms and was given two rooms on different floors.The two rooms that was given to me was for disable persons.Nothing that i requested was given to me

comfortable, efficient, will return again. Hope they extend complementary breakfast till 11AM for the late sleepers.

The hotel is ok. I thing they can do better with the breakfast , and please went you close you breakfast leave the water open, i have to look for the lady only 4 minutes after they close the kitchen and she was not happy to open the drink system for few seconds for me to get a cup of water for my 10 years old other than that ,everything else was fine..

very nice,clean hotel... but,I am not a fan of a hotel that does not have a separate and encled bathroom. the shower/bathtub and toilet were in a separate area. the bathroom sink was in the room right across from the beds. if you want to shave,brush your teeth,etc,you had to turn the light on and disturb anyone still in bed.

Its work perfect for what I need it for. But if you are looking for a vacation hotel I will not recommend it. I was in a business matter and fits just right!! My own office, a living room space so I can read more comfortable, without having to go to my bed. Excellent light. The air conditioning was very poor and some times I got distracted. But at overall I do recommend this hotel for a few days for the price I pay through Hotel.com.

For the money...a great deal. Good service, ample facility, excellant location and a wounderful value.

big enough fridge and room for several days' stay

This heated swimming pool was rather on the cool side. If the hotel is going to advertise it has a heated swimming pool, it should feel warmer than the air. I only saw one person brave the cool water.

I stayed at this hotel because I had to visit the nearby Cleveland Clinic. The staff was very courteous and the room was nice and clean. The shuttle service was also great. They are always right on time to get you to and from the clinic as well as to the Sawgrass Mall. Breakfast was also good. The stay was worth the price. I would recommend this place to anyone going in the vicinity of Weston/Fort Lauderdale, especially if you are going to the clinic. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff at front desk was very cordial and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Good place to stay with children.

The heater/air conditioner had a musty smell. Luckily it was a cool evening and I could get by with out it being on. It was really gross. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good as well.

Great location and hotel condition. The room set up was weird and bathroom was very small. But not leaving there so it was all good. Very clean, great staff

Very well located, clean, and excellent service. The only contra is that at night time there is no much staff available. Our daughter got sick and we needed someone to come and change the sheets from her bed and there was no staff available to do it.
