Hampton Inn Phoenix/Anthem - אנת'ם

We really didn't stay too long. My friend and I got to the hotel at about 11pm and we were scheduled to be at Lake Pleasant at 6am. For the time we were there, the front desk manager was very friendly and the room was nice. Thankfully, this was my "free" night after purchasing 10 other rooms with Hotels.com because I did feel that the Hampton was overpriced compared with the competition in Phoenix. This was just the closest hotel to the lake that had two Queen beds available. All in all, a pleasant night in a relatively nice "middle of the road" hotel.

The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was nice. We had a great stay with early check in time. Thank you.

Out of our three nights away, we enjoyed our stay at this place the most. Clean, comfortable, friendly and a great room with all the needed amenities. We will choose Hampton Inn for sure on upcoming vacations.Thank you!

No complaints at all

Hotel was very clean and quiet for an interstate hotel. Staff was professional, especially Emeel, the manager at check-in. Room was very well set-up. It had a great work desk and a sofa. Beds were comfy and it was all extra clean. Was an unexpectedly pleasant stay!

Hotel met my expectations. No complaints, but nothing remarkable about the property or service. As such, I felt it was extremely overpriced.

The room was big, with a sitting area and couch. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk called a short time after we were settled in just to see how everything was. The breakfast buffet was good. A very nice end to a long road trip. This was a fantastic hotel.

Good, comfortable stay. Breakfast was better than most.

Nice facility, good breakfast, great staff. Across from Anthem Outlets and near fastfood. Pool was already warm with 110 degree weather.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was very clean and the services were excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet had many breakfast options and was very satisfying. The location of the hotel is excellent. The outlet mall is across the street, and has variety of designer stores.

The hotel was incredibly spacious, beyond clean, and a perfect stay with an amazing price/value. The location right outside of Phoenix was a great distance from the busy city, and held many areas for shopping/eating. We will be sharing this hotel with our friends/family.

Cleanest breakfast area we have ever seen. Nice job!!!

Not a bad Hotel. Polite staff, clean hotel and rooms. Pool area was empty of chairs, chaise lounges etc... No basking in the sun unless you were ok with laying on the hot concrete deck.

Room was terrific, breakfasts were unbelievable, fruit readily available, chocolate chip cookies during afternoon were phenominal. Great stay.

We come every February to Anthem for college baseball kick-off. This is like 1 mile away from the high school that hosts and centrally located to others ball fields where the teams play. Outlet malls close by, There's a Denny's in the same lot as well as Del Taco. Walking distance is a good little French-type cafe open early. Wal Mart is just 2 minutes away. Staff was helpful. Breakfast room doesn't have a microwave, to warm milk for oatmeal (which needs it as they make it like paste) or warm a muffin, etc. You need to ask an employee to take it in back and warm for you. Hard boiled eggs are offered. One nice thing is that if you need to run off early, you can get a brown-bagged breakfast to go which includes an energy bar, and apple. Coffee is offered in the lobby in to-go cups. Would recommend. We had one minor problem with a loose dog in the halls snapping at my husband. We didn't know they allowed animals.

Clean, comfortable room. Great friendly staff. Only thing was a very slow elevator and only one of those available.

The only negative I can say about the accommodation in the room was that the coverlet was very lumpy (filling bunched up?), the ironing board was the mini table top kind and the closet didn't accommodate anything longer than a shirt. Other than that, the room was clean and I was grateful to have a refrigerator and a microwave.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Anthem for a wedding. It was a great hotel for the cost. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early to be able to get ready before the wedding. The room was a handicap room and had a huge bathroom, which was good for us. There was a large flat screen in the room and the bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue was that the location wasn't the greatest. It was the cheapest hotel around the wedding location, but it was still about 15 miles to the wedding. I would stay here again if I had to get a hotel in Anthem every again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. We needed to stay an extra night and even though the hotel was booked for the holidays, the staff made it possible for us to stay the extra night. An added perk was they had a wrapping station for wrapping that extra gift for Christmas. I would recommend this hotel.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND QUIET

The temperatures at night dropped to the low 50s when I was there so the AC heating was important. However, it was so loud that I could not sleep when it cycled on. Let's face it, getting a good night's sleep is the main reason for going to a hotel so I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a nice place to spend a couple of nights. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. The price is right and you have several restaurants next door. Quiet neighborhood.

Arrived by plane in Phoenix around 10pm and needed to head north the following day. Decided to at least get out of the city that night so as to be able to not have to fight too much traffic in the morning. Arranged to stay in Anthem which is about 45 minutes north of Phoenix. Great hotel, good breakfast and directly across the street from the Outlet Stores! What a bonus! Would definitely stay there again if need be.

Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and roomy. The free breakfast was very good. Thanks for a comfortable place to stay.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Very accommodating when we were in town for a funeral, allowing us to check in early after a long drive. Love that they had breakfast in a bag ready when we departed the next morning at 5:30 a.m. The front desk even went outside to look for our daughter's lost retainer in the parking lot, after we had arrived back home in California.
