The room was extremely dirty, the mattress was really hard, the pillows are so uncomfortable and hard i did not have a good sleep in fact i had back pain from the hard mattress and hard pillow this was a very bad experience,

Good, reliable hotel. Clean, good wifi.

Room is clean, location is convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay here and thought that the service of the hotel staff was outstanding! However, the beds were hard as rock, which is odd b/c they were supposed to be this new style mattress to provide comfort and great sleep - which was FAR from the case! Too bad. Nothing beats a great nights sleep! Enjoy!

Third stay at this hotel. Dining choices are limited. On site food is adequate and not at a gouge price. I/we will continue to use this hotel. All staff have been great. Room has always been as expected.

We were a little disappointed that there were no newspapers on a Sunday. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel was lovely and the staff very pleasant. It took a phone call to the front desk to get instructions on how to turn on the shower --- very strange tap. And the toilet was running all night and we couldn't get it to stop so we just shut the bathroom door. I reported it to the desk in the morning and I suspect that it will be taken care of by now.

We had reservations for 5 rooms, checked in on a Friday night the staff had an attitude problem, requested rooms close to one another and they were all on separate floors, had to make a fuss in order for them to be changed and still were not next to one another. Security guard stood by our door all night which made me feel like a criminal or something...I have stayed at many different Hilton chains and have never had a bad experience like this.

First time at this location. Felt it was a very good and comfortable hotel, well located for my purposes and convenient to major thoroughfares. Would benefit from Highway 403 south driving instructions.

It was a very nice hotel - facilities are the normal great Garden Inn quality. I must say that unfortunately the walls were paper thin. We could hear the TV in the next room all night and every time someone was in the bathroom (uncomfortable). Also, and not necessarily the hotels fault, but people in the hallways walking up and down and loudly talking at 2, 3, and 4 am. We had breakfast the next morning and if you pay when you arrive it was $8 cheaper than in the morning. It was very nicely presented and very tasty. The chef did a great job. The staff were very plentiful and very helpful. May/May not necessarily stay here again as we are early to bed/early risers.

Arrive late in the evening and left early in the morning. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Price was a little on the higher end but justified.

Very much to my surprise it was a very nice place. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Free parking and Internet are great for this area. Huge rooms, nice staff. Beds were fairly hard, which was the only slightly negative thing. The building is a bit of a drive from things, but had a plaza nearby with restaurants, Timmies etc if you wanted alternatives. Very clean everywhere!

our floor was a bit noisy from other clients. the fridge was very noisy, so we unplugged it

I enjoyed my stay but was disappointed that they do not provide menus in your hotel rooms for room service. You are required to go downstairs to the lobby to see the menu. Also I found the pool very very small, and it is not deep at all.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice.

Excellent beds, excellent service at breakfast.

The hotel and room were perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much. If you are willing to venture away from the hotel only by a few minutes there is lots to do and eat. The only two things that were a negative are the fact that the water pressure in the shower was very poor and the hot tub water temperature was extremely high making it only bareable for a few minutes a t a time. Other then that it was a very pleasant experience.

The room was excellent and clean. Very well maintained with polite staff. There is a food/entertainment complex practically within walking distance.

Just one small stain on the carpet, but creaped out by stains. The bed was awesome, the room was so comfy. I would stay here again. Plus it was the long weekend and we had a great rate.

Comfortable beds. Overall, perfectly nice hotel but nothing really to recommend for the higher price compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel was very comfortable, well appointed and staff friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately there were maintenance problems with the hot water boiler which caused no hot water available in the late evening and when rising in the morning. The hotel compensated those affected and were extremely apologetic. The management reaction to this problem was well done and equally well received.

I visited Toronto for a couple of days along with my family, and I was surprised that, for the price I paid, I god such a nice service. The room was comfortable, with a view to the parking. Wifi was free, however I kept loosing the connection. Staff are very friendly, and proposed to us an excellent breakfast package. The Hotel is a bit far away of the city, so a car is a must. Parking space is good, and free. I would recommend this hotle.

Best hotel experience by far. My boyfriend and I stayed one night but we enjoyed every minute of the stay.The American Grill breakfast rocks and is way better than the usual breakfast at hotels. Paid 10 dollars for the breakfast when we checked in and we do not regret paying since the food was way beyond our expectation. The staff is awesome! Thanks Hilton!!

Enjoyed very much our stay in the hotel. The Manager and front desk personnel were friendly and accomodated our need of room close to the elevator. The Jacuzzi, however, was broken in the day we were going to use it. Maintenance personnel couldn't fix it that day.

Great stay here! Lovely hotel! Sorry I only booked 1 night! Definitely recommend if you are looking in this area!

We used this hotel to go to club Rehab for my boyfriend's birthday. It was perfect since it was literally right across the hwy. Loved the convenience and we all had no complaints. Rooms were very clean, beds were pretty comfy. Will go back for sure.

The hotel and room where very clean. Unfortunately the bed was hard as a rock. The most uncomfortable bed I've had at a hotel. I could hardly sleep and had a sore back for the next day.

remote for televsion didn,t work thermostat for heating wasn,t working properly stains on carpet in several locations a real disappointment for a hilton hotel

The front desk staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The room was spaciousclean and comfortable. We were very happy we chose this hotel and would recommend it to anyone,

We were only there about 10 hours so can't say a lot about the facility.
