Stayed here on a guy's weekend away. Hotel was very accommodating and the rooms, amenities and location were all great.

Benefit's from an obviously expensive refurb and a superb position. Friendly and welcoming and almost flawless. A TV channel for UK visitors to get some non CNN news would be the only bonus, but not really of significance!

Great location at Arc D'Triomphe but design and decor of hotel is very strange (ie. mirrors on ceiling above bed and strange murals on wall). Bedroom was decently sized for European standards but bathroom was EXTREMELY tiny with absolutely no counter space or hooks to hang things. Clean but musty smell. Staff was not all that knowledgable and booking system seemed dated. Best part of this hotel was the location but I wouldn't stay here again.

Room and location was great!! Rated low because of the surprise we had after ordering breakfast at their very small buffet. Ended up being $67 for two. Found this out at checkout.

Great place. Nicholas at reception was wonderful and arranged for a special surprise for my husband's birthday. Great room with a balcony and view of the Arc de Triomphe. Maud also helped with reception and Pierre was kind and helpful. I hope to go back.

Booked this hotel and could not have been more pleased. Recently updated with a very modern decor which is every bit as nice as the pictures imply. Great staff that was very friendly and helpful. Very modern conveniences (flat screen tv, grohe rain shower, well thought out light switches, etc). Would stay here again any time I'm in Paris. Also a great location, about 1 block from the Champs and the Arc.

We checked into the hotel and were extremely pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the top suite in the hotel! They did this simply because the room was open and it was our first visit to France (it happened to be our 1 year anniversary too, but they didn't know that). The room was absolutely AMAZING. We had a view overlooking the arc de triumph! Obviously we got a lucky experience, but the hotel generally is really nice, the staff was fantastic and it is very conveniently located right next to the Arc de Triumph (which is a major metro stop).

What a lovely hotel!!! Very chic and extremely well located. Would definitely return and recommend to our friends. The beds were the most comfortable we have encountered . Kudos!

I took the superior room. It was nice but the view was awful. It was an internal room in the first floor with a window facing an internal patio. I had to keep the curtains closed all the time, I felt like being in a crave. I asked the personnel at the front desk to change my room, but they did nothing to help.

Hotel was ok... But smaller than what i expected...resturant service was bad... Seems that they put princesses there to work as waiters , they are so unhappy to work and are so unwilling to smile... Was a waste of money... There are nicer places on earth to go and spend money ...

Wonderful hotel in a terrific location near the Arc de Triomphe. easy access to bus and metro

Recently renovated to top of the line appointments. One block off L'Etoile, easy access to Metro and Champs D'Elysees. Great cafes right outside hotel. Free internet was fine for email and light browsing, but no Skype or video at least from my room. Overall stunning for price paid in Paris.

Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Love this place and would go back in a minute. We even had a balcony looking out to the Arc De Triomphe. All of the hotel staff from the bellman to the front desk clerk to the kitchen staff were incredibly friendly. I love this hotel.

This hotel has just completed a complete renovation. It was not quite finished with part of the entrance hall due to be completed a few days after we had stayed but the work that had been completed was to a high standard. The Hotel is very conveniently placed near the Arc de Triomph in central Paris. The quality of the finish and fittings of the refurbished hotel was to a very high standard. It remains to be seen how good this all is in a few months when the hotel is completed and it has been running in its new state for a few months.

Refreshing it is to stay at a place were the personalized care is consistent during the entire staff. This crew realy truly has one goal in mind. To make their guess feel at home. I did not want to leave the hotel to go site seeing . Beautifull exquisite breakfast. Worth every penny. We will definately stay there again.

I like the way decoration is made. Smart and good test. It is a pleasure...

Genial beliggenhet, utrolig stilige rom, og utmerket service. Hadde booket superior rom, men fikk tildelt junior suite fordi jeg var siste innsjekkede den kvelden. Meget hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Minus for dyr frokost (ekstra) og en del støy fra gateplan hvis du sov på den siden jeg gjorde.

위치도 좋고 객실도 좋고 직원분들도 모두 친절했어요 . 다음에 오면 또 묵고 싶습니다.

Superbe Hôtel. Position idéale au centre ville. Transports disponibles. Proximité des commerces, restaurants, Loisirs ... Etc... Manque de salle de sports et piscine. Conseillé pour court et long séjours si moyens financiers disponibles.

Habitación amplia, con máquina de Nespresso, TV plana Full HD y cadena de música. El baño estaba separado por un pequeño pasillo de la zona del dormitorio, por lo que en realidad la habitación era un pequeño apartamento. El baño algo pequeño, aunque con todas las comodidades.

Very nice boutique hotel I ended up staying following a huge disappointment with hotel D'Astor that is nothing short of a dump.

Séjour de 3 nuits en couple pour raison pro + WE Chambre très exiguë, sans réelle penderie: Placard ridicule de 5 cintres pas de places pour mettre manteaux et vestes. Pas de place pour mettre nos 2 valises cabine dans le petit placard, qui ne rentre pas non plus sous le lit et restent au milieu de la chambre de 10m2 pendant 3 jours Salle d'eau minuscule, avec système de sanibroyeur très bruyant a chaque utilisation du lavabo ou des toilettes! Celui est tombé en panne le 3ème jour, heureusement celui du départ: inondation, douche et toilettes qui débordent de partout au petit matin, le bonheur! Très mauvaise insonorisation (menuiserie bois mal isolees) bruits de la rue très présents mais surtout bruits +++ du couloir, des chambres voisines et du dessus... Indigne des tarifs facturés!

Et hyggelig hotell, stille og rolig, godt lydisolerte rom! Syntes det var veldig liten resepsjon, men effektiv nok. Frokostrommet var hyggelig, men litt kjedelig frokost, lite utvalg.

A quelques pas de l'étoile... Mais l'hôtel est cher pour les prestations fournies. La décoration est un peu surprenante.

A metros del Arco de Triunfo, a un paso del Metro. Muy cerca de otros puntos de interés turístico. Muy buen servicio de habitación. Muy confortable.

It was really nice to stay. Very clean and well equipped. Just the room is a little bit narrow and there was no bath tab. Wort to what we pay.
