Best Western Plus Vancouver Mall Dr. Hotel & Suites - ונקובר

This hotel has a lot going for it. Convenient location, nice decor, tasty breakfast, flat screen large TV. Room had a hid-a-bed couch that was completely broken down and collasped when you tried to set on it. Not what you would expect in a hotel of this quality.

I was very pleased with the welcome of the staff. The room was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. My only complaint would be since we stayed there 2 nights I expected them to refill the toiletries but they didn't. I had to send my son to get more.

Have stayed more than once and will again when heading north. Great valve and cleanliness.

Staff very accommodating, good breakfast.

My wife and I were both very pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. The room was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate including eggs, sausage, waffles, assorted cereals, juices and fruits. We will definitely stay there again!

the room was big but it was a little out dated.

I was hesitant to stay here because my last few Best Western stays have been unpleasant. This one changed my mind. Staff was friendly, room was immaculate, and breakfast was edible for a change. While the breakfast is your standard eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc., everything was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. I would stay here again for sure.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and hotel staff were all courteous. Will stay here again upon my return.

A bit of a funny smell as I entered. I think it might have been some sort of deoderizer and it wasn't bothersome once I got settled. The room itself was spacious and well maintained!

We stayed there the night before Thanksgiving. Every thing was great. The front desk manager was very nice. We decided to eat around 10pm, and didn't want to go out . The guy at the front desk...told us about having pizza delivered....so we called Domino's pizza. They delivered a "handmade pan" pizza with 3 toppings for less than $14.00. Hot to our room. We will stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean -- front desk and housekeeping service was excellent and efficient -- good/expanded continental breakfast (including waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.) We would stay here again and would recommend to friends/family. Recommend reserving a 4th floor room as our room looked directly over the rooftop of the next building to the outlying trees (with certain rooms on lower floors appearing to look directly at the wall of the next building). For us, the only 'negative' was that the room had an older box TV set (with small screen) and approximately 15 viewing channels.

Clean and comfortable

Best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. So good that we came back twice during our trip. Very very clean, friendly staff, close enough to the Portland airport but out of the city enough to be quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby. We will definately stay here again if we are in this area. Very impressed!

This Best Western PLUS was a great location close to mall & hwy and shopping with wonderful people & services. I did enjoy staying there and good value for your money. I would recommend this place & location to everyone. Easy access to attractions extra clean and friendly staff.

My boyfriend and I were very happy with our stay in Aug 2012 while traveling to see Portland and the Columbia River Gorge/Mt Hood area. Very clean and well kept hotel. Quiet and safe. Best breakfast of our trip (stayed in 4 other hotels this trip). Great Seattles Best coffee. Used the pool and hot tub (low power on the jets though) Only problem was our hotel cards were deactivated a day early but quickly fixed.

The friendly service is what sets this hotel apart! The location is perfect as we were close enough to enjoy Vancouver, Mount St.Helen's and Portland on our trip! Special thanks to the GM for his hiking suggestions around Mount St.Helen's! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this Best Western. There is another BW in the area that was not as nice so definitely stay here! The rooms were spacious, beds very comfy, and breakfast was great. The only complaint we had is that our maid didn't make the beds one day regardless of us leaving her a tip.

I was in Vancouver on business. I found my stay to be better than expected. The breakfast was superior. I especially liked the strawberries to go with the waffel.
