The hotel was quiet. It's right across the street from Morumbi mall which has a variety of both sit-down and fast food restaurants one level below ground. I did not use the fitness room. The internet worked trouble-free, although you can only connect two devices. There can be a line for the elevator at busy times of the day. The breakfast is very good.

Great staff and the commodities were very good. The only thing I did not like 100% was that they did not have the internet included which I assume this kind of hotels should have because most of the people came for business and need to be connected. Love the breakfast and the people at the restaurant was nice and the service was very very good.

Blue Tree is living in the past. To iron three shirts; you are offered an Express Next Day service. Borrowing an ironing board would be twenty minutes, or an ironing board and iron in the room would be immediate. Just one example of old fashioned "hotel" service versus what customers want today.

This was a very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. I was on the 19th floor because a previous review said the upper floors were the nicest. Had a sitting area and sleeping area with a nice view. The hotel was directly across the street from TWO upscale malls, loaded with restaurants, movie theaters, anything you could want. Long way to the international airport, BUT there is a shuttle available that the front desk informed me of.. THANK YOU! Also the breakfast, which was included with the room, was decent.... not just continental.

Pleasant, uneventful, room and common areas need some TLC

Comfortable hotel, but the price is high and the room is more than small what I have expected. Overall average.

The hotel is located just meters from two major shopping malls. Many option to eat around. Breakfast is included and very good. Internet connection fee is not to bad, but connection speed is poor.

I was in room 803 which has been of very poor standart. carpets dirty and stained and needs cleaning. In bathroom toiletthandle for the papers where loose and papers would not stay in position, also soap dish not fixed. I have told the front desk on checking out, and was told the room s above are in better condition, and I would have liked to get a better rate, considering the condition the room was in.

I was sent to the area for work and I only speak English, so this review is probably most useful for English speakers. The front desk staff was great, very good English. The evening room service and morning restaurant staff spoke great English too. I recommend the morning buffet, not that it was particularly special but it was fine... local fruit, pancakes, eggs, breads/rolls, juice, coffee. The morning room service staff did not speak great English so I ended up with just coffee for breakfast one morning, no big deal, my fault for not speaking any portuguese. Also, I didn't find any cab drivers who spoke English so be sure to print out the address of the hotel before arriving. For reference, I was charged 135 Real to and from the airport (GRU) in May 2011. There is a really nice mall across the street with a great food court. You can eat some great local food, or there is also Subway, McDonald's and other places if you'd rather. The mall is nice to look around in, but it's expensive if you plan to buy anything. There are a few cafes (including Starbucks) at the mall too. The beds were firm, but comfortable enough. The walls in the rooms are a bit thin, but if you turn the furnace fan up all the way then you can easily drown out any distracting sounds. The shower was warm and comfortable, but not extremely hot if that's your thing.

O hotel tem uma ótima infraestrutura, com piscina aquecida e Jacuzzi, os arredores do bairro são excelentes.

Bom. Cumpriu o prometido. Cama confortável. O café da manhã estava de bom nível para o preço cobrado. O quarto é pequeno, poderia ser um pouco mais amplo.

La relazione prezzo/comfort l'ho trovata bassa, un prezzo eccssivo per delle camere piccole, e non proprio comode.

Passei apenas 2 noites neste hotel. Achei os funcionários extremamente educados e o hotel muito limpo e elegante. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade. Para completar, basta atravessar a rua para estar no Shopping Morumbi!

Não dormi direito, pois no meio da madrugada o Ar Condicionado começou a gotejar muito. Coloquei toalha e em 30 minutos ela ficou encharcada e voltou a fazer barulho. Daí liguei para a manutenção e veio um funcionário para resolver, pois era a bandeja de agua que estava transbordando. Depois não consegui mais dormir. Pelo menos me deram mais 4 horas de estadia para eu poder descansar ao retornar do meu compromisso. Só que um hotel desta categoria não poderia ter problemas como este

Sempre que vou para São Paulo, fico nesse hotel. Acho excelente, com ótima localização, perto de shoppings, ônibus, trens, consulado...enfim, para quem procura conforto, tranquilidade, acessibilidade e ótimo atendimento, escolha o Blue Tree Premium Morumbi. O Restaurante do hotel, Noah, diga-se de passagem, também merece ser mencionado, uma vez que possui uma comida saborosa, um café da manhã delicioso e um atendimento muito bom. O hotel possui uma piscina e academia de primeira mão, além de acesso a internet não só nas áreas comuns como também nos quartos (por um preço meio salgadinho....única ressalva a ser observada), o quarto é extremamente confortável e muito aconchegante. No demais, só elogios. Recomendado com louvor.

Melhor Custo Beneficio. Hotel possui 2 piscinas. uma aquecida outra quente. Internet, SPA, Academia e excelente localizacao. De frente para o Mega SHopping Morumbi, 5 minutos do Estádio do Morumbi.

O staff do hotel é muito solícito, me surpreendeu. Adorei!

O hotel no geral é bom, mas não vale o que cobra. O café da manhã é muito fraco. Ponto positivo para a localização. Assim sendo, o custo-benefício é muito ruim.

Ótima localização em São Paulo. Bom hotel, confortável e o serviço de quarto é bom. O único porém é que no quarto a internet é paga.
