Good location. Nice rooms. Good service and excellent breakfast

near the metro station , breakfast is goog.the refrigerator in room is noise.

I enjoyed my stay. When I registered, I asked the front desk person about times for breakfast. The Saturday breakfast was too late for me as Ineeded to leave the hotel at 645 am. When I told him that, he immediately offered a breakfast box for me and my daughter which was provided. I thought that was outstanding. The one thing that went wrong was that the automatic wake-up call did not work in spite of confirming my request. This could have ruined my entrie visit as I was there for a marathon event. However, luckily my daughter woke me up [late] and we made it. I brought this to their attention. They were aware of "a glitch" but told no one about it. The next day I called the front desk for my wake up call and then confirmed it later. All went well. The room size is large and very comfortable..

Overall was a very good experience except a front desk staff at this particular shift was absolutely unfriendly. What a turn off when a personal in service industry has bad attitude. I had fantastic experience with front desk staffs when stayed at Residence Inn Arlington on business occasion the week before.

I didn't look closely but they have no king beds--bummer. Our room was a bit clod the first night, but they gave us a blanket and checked the heat. The next night we had late, noisy neighbors; when we called the desk they handled it quickly. Hilly area.

Old .not maintnace..bad front desk maners

close to Metro and few resturants. Nice room with fridge,microwave and stove. Clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Great breakfast.

good value for the price

No complaints. Great breakfast, convenient location, and friendly staff.

While the overall experience was okay, the "free breakfast" was more like a free for all, with not enough tables or chairs for the guests and days on end where they ran out of basics like juice, jam, and cereal. I'd rather have paid less for the room and dined at a restaurant.

The hotel was really good for its price. The room was extremely well equipped, with a huge fridge freezer and ice machine!! It was spacious and clean. It was possible to walk easily to the nearest metro stop to do all the sightseeing areas, or a slightly longer walk but possible, was to walk to Georgetown, The breakfasts were quite different to English breakfasts but they do have a waffle machine which made it for me!

It was just right. My son and I felt most comfortable. After a full day of visiting with Congressional leaders (for a Bill we (and many others) advocate becoming Law) or sightseeing all the wondrous monuments, memorials and museums, we were only too happy to go back to the Residence Inn Marriott at Rosslyn to relax and cool down. The complimentary dinner/buffet Monday thru Wednesday was also a great perk. Included breakfast buffets were also very appetizing.

very good - would stay there again

This hotel was just a gem in every way. Literally everyone who worked there, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to food service, was so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each morning; the studio room was very spacious and comfortable, and the price on Hotels.com was just great! We would definitely stay there again!

nice new property. Allows dogs which is nice to see critters in the lobby...feels more like home. 1-2 block walk to 4-5 decent restaurants. People great.

Was extremely impressed with our stay there. It is close to the metro link , they provide a map to you to get you there, and about a $10 cab ride over to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Room was awesome. Great breakfast. Only thing I might recommend is making part of the pet fee refundable. Ours stays in a large kennel most of the time so the $100 pet fee was a little high to us. Other than that, and I am a picky person, I have absolutely nothing but GREAT things to say

Great locaion if you are here for sightseeing. Fill up on the free hot breakfast in the morning. The metro is nearby. We bot $20 tickets and they lasted us for 3 days. The Residence Inn are like 1 bedroom apts and much better than a basic hotel room. The metro is the only way to travel when in DC seeing the sights.

The room came with a full kitchen, which I didn't really need on this trip, but could be very handy if you were staying with a family. The location is mostly a business district area, so it was quiet, but just a short walk from the Metro. Wireless was pretty spotty in my room. The breakfast had decent variety, and the hotel had free dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday, which seemed to be an on-going deal. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel and staff were very nice. The metro station is close but there is a small hill to climb to get there. Not bad though if you can manage it.

Decent hotel, the location is really convenient to the Metro, the breakfast is above-average for a free breakfast, on Monday - Wednesday nights they put out a free dinner. I did have strange noises coming from the ventilation system that kept me awake for several hours during the night, but it seemed like the front desk knew about the problem because when I asked to be moved, they did so quickly without asking any further questions.

Only complaint was the mattress. It was a nice cozy room with friendly staff and a good buffet, but it wasn't the greatest night of sleep thanks to the mattress, which was small, too firm, and springy. Other than that, hotel was great,

We love Residence Inns for all the conveniences they offer-spacious rooms, comfortable beds, microwaves and refrigerators, free wifi and great locations. This hotel is a $5 cab ride (.or 25 min walk) to Georgetown and is located near a metro. They charge $14 for parking daily, which is high but less than other locations in and around DC. However, the hotel is a bit shabby and getting more so through the years. The furniture is worn in the room and there were several outlets that didn't function. The cabinets are chipped and the tiles, while clean, are old and should be freshened up. It.just needs some.modernizing and a clean up. The wireless is so slow I wanted to.scream. I.think.I would try one more stay but if they don't clean things up, I will choose a different location. We come to.the area several times a year and this.is.our 3rd stay here

This location is convenient to the Metro and the sight seeing and the price is right. The only complaint would be that they don't have rooms with king size beds.

On a sightseeing trip with my family. This hotel is good and conveniently located. People at the reception were doing a good job. Room layout was good. There was no safety issues during our stay. Breakfast is average. Parking fee is high.

Good!!

My husband and I stayed here while sightseeing in Washington DC. The hotel is so close to the metro stop, and a grocery store. The price of staying in a hotel in DC was crazy, and this was a better alternative for us. It's a quick walk to Arlington Cemetary, and the Marine Corps Memorial. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was great. There was a lot of different options. The only drawback was that it was always really busy in the morning, and people were waiting to get your seat as soon as you were done eating. The hotel should add more seating. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.
