Westgate Park City Resort & Spa - פארק סיטי

Was as advertised we were pleased.

The Staff are great at accomodating you needs and their were a lot of things to do at the hotel. It is also very close to the outlets and lots of beautiful places. Loves the steam room in the showers and steam rooms at all the pools. The pool were very shallow and sheets a bit thin but overall a fantastic trip and I would go back!

Enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, staff were friendly. Bed was good as far as hotel beds. I have stayed in more comfortable ones, but not bad. I gave it a hotel for location, but thats only because we were there in the summer months and it is a little out of the way. Great for skiing.

Staff and location was great. The walls are thin. We could hear what was going on beneath us and to the right of us. Luckily it quieted down as we were going to bed. Kind of hard to navigate thru the whole building. The outside is beautiful and the inside is just mediocre. I was expecting more for the price, but we weren't extremely dissapointed.

I thought it was a great hotel. It is really big. A little confusing to get around because there was some construction at the time.

The room was gorgeous and very clean~ Had everything you could ask for~ looking forward to staying there another time!

Very pleasant, staff very helpful and we get a free upgrade to a suite from a standard room. Fantastic hotel and will return some day.

This hotel was great to stay at. The steam shower was a great addition to the room amenities. The layout of the hotel was a bit challenging due to the size of the establishment. Each building was split off into different animals like moose and elk. So some of the staff were confused themselves to where are room was located.

It was odd to be offered a time share when I checked in, but at least the staff quickly and politely relented. Indeed, the staff were all very nice and helpful. It's not their fault they work in a monstrosity of a "hotel" that's planned like a soviet era missle bunker. For the money, I'd have done better staying somewhere else.

It is the most confusing hotel we'd ever stayed in & this was echoed by fellow guests. No skis/boards/shoes permitted in the room so to 4th floor for shoe locker then to 6th floor to skis/board locker. To get from one section of the hotel to the other, to 4th floor for linkage. It's one big maze! Never again!

Resort has a lot to offer for the entire family. The kids(teenagers) loved the huge indoor outdoor pool, ping pong, game area, and independence to jump on the slopes whenever they pleased. Never got the chance to visit the spa, but took advantage of whirlpool, wet & dry saunas. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful.

My stay was very relaxing which is what I look for as a getaway. Additionally I like the clean air and surroundings winter or summer. I loved my two week summer vacation here as well.

The Westgate is extremely nice and full of amenities. Perfect place to take a family with tons of activities and amenities at hand in the resort. The rooms are phenomenal. Highly recommended.

A lot of families, you would think it was a Disney park hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and located right up on the mountain. I don't ski, but it seems very ski oriented. It was perfect for seeing all of the fall colors though! I would like to say that it takes a good amount of time to check in, and you might be pulled aside and offered a time share. The jetted bathtub does NOT fit 2 people!

Everything about hotel was great. Beautifully done. I Hope the restaurant is open next time because the new bistro was not very good. To loud , food sub par. The resort is the finest place to stay, I'll stay here again!

It was terrible, the room they put us in was dusty, it had candy wrappers on the floor and deodorant sticks laying next to the TV. This obviously means they do not thoroughly clean their rooms. They tacked on a resort fee of 17.96 on top of the reservation so don't be fooled by the free parking marketing stunt. Overall I will not stay there again. I would rather go to any other hotel or resort in Park City.

We didn't get to complete our entire stay due to a family emergency, but we did enjoy our dinner at the Grill , food was great, dessert was very good- enjoyed the chocolate sufle with icecream and the scenery was very beautiful. I enjoyed the spa services , which was very relaxing. We will return to this hotel. Our room was clean , staff was nice , we got great rates on Hotels.com and we didn't have our children with us but it was a kid friendly hotel.

Overall the stay was great. The kitchenette does not have a oven but does have 2 burners. They have an early check out time at 10 am whereas most hotels are 11. We felt pressured to get up early to get checked out on time

I expected a nice room but it was suprisingly nice. Bed was not especially comfortable, seemed old with dips in parts of the mattress. Great food on site and nearby. Even the parking garage was decorated showing which lodges belonged to which parking levels. Would definately stay again.

We loved this property and location. The 2 room villa was very spacious and beautiful. Nice size kitchen Walmart and Smith's are very close for groceries. HIGHLY recommend!!

Nice room but not the best service...we were told we had a king bed and Jacuzzi hot tube, we ended up not having either one. Also the light in our bedroom kept coming on every so often by itself and we would have to get out of bed to turn it off! ( This happened about 4 times throughout the night)

Fantastic room for the price, the family loved it. They failed to clean the room the second day, but great place to stay.

Check in check our process is slow. Seems like they have alot of things to do with paperwork etc and things are not located where all the front desk can work quickly. A little disorganized I guess is the word.

Upon check-in you are directed to the time share desk, not a bonus but it goes quickly and they give you a box of fresh baked cookies!! The room was nice, a little smaller than I expected but comfortable. We arrived later than expected so we didn't get to experience the whole resort but we did get to go and take a relaxing dip in the adults only pool, which was amazing. It was nice to be able to relax without kids running around. The fitness center was amazing and open 24 hours! Overall I would say this is a great mid-level resort. Don't expect a 5 star resort but for the value it is really great.

They really need to have resort maps in the room. It was kind of confusing trying to find things. Also we did not find out about their 2nd outdoor pool until the day we were leaving. (A map may have alerted us to that.)

I have stayed here before, but the first time I went through a private owner. It was nice and the owner was great. This time I booked online and the experience was completely different. The front desk wasn't friendly, after check-in you are greeted by someone who wants you to buy more nights and do a tour of the facility. The room was old, had small shower, no tub, the shower head was the kind that you take off the wall and use by hand. It was not mounted very high and would not stay straight. The furniture blocked the hallways and door to the bedroom. The door to the bathroom blocked the counter and sink when open. Awkward layout overall, it felt crowded and small. Appliances were old. We did not get back until late that night and there was absolutely no parking, so we had to park our car in front of the lobby and then it took us a 1/2 hour to find the way to our room. The hotel is not convienent to get to the different lodges. As we were trying to find our room, I noticed lots of garbage in the hallways and the carpet is very worn. I have stayed in 4 star hotels before and this room and experience was DEFINITELY not luxury. Very disappointed, especially for what we paid for one night. They also have 10am check out and no late check out options. Would not stay here, unless I went through private owner.

Great place to stay! Parking terrace was full when we came back late from shopping so we had to use valet parking.

Location was good. One restaurant, not open for breakfast or lunch. Parking garage was full so they were going to valet us for free, out vehicle was parked out front all night. If you use the sofa sleeper, you cannot open the door to get out of the room. Very noisy. Air conditioner was in the sleeping area and did not cool the room where the sofa was. NO counter space in bathroom or kitchen. One of the worst places I have every stayed.

We all get lucky sometimes. It's just not always good lucky. Driving in from Denver we pulled over and went online to find a room in SLC. Saw the double room with room for four and grabbed it. When we arrived we were delighted to be put into a presidential suite with two Jacuzzi's a hottub on the deck, a full kitchen and a beautiful view. Thanks folks. A rare gem in a long road.

I was very pleased with the Westgate in Park City; however, the King Bed was rock-hard and the pull-out hide-a-bed was nothing but a bunch of springs.

amazing room, wonderful staff, free upgrades, and gorgeous property made this stay wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

This a beautiful location that falls short on service, rooms and food. The room described in the reservation was half the size, no fire place or balcony. The food was horrible. Cold tough chicken and hot deviled eggs. Staff not helpful in resolving problems. We don't miss often on locations we have booked on hotels.com but this one did not meet standards.
