Great staff and location , I been in this hotel 4 times and for sure I will comeback , safe location and the best place for bars and restaurants , you can name

Overall, this was a nice hotel. We felt very safe. There was always a security guard in the lobby. We mainly picked this hotel because of the rooftop pool. The pool is tiny and the water was freezing. You have to grab a chair early, as there are less than 15 chairs on rooftop. The gym is also on the roof, so you have very nice views.

Overall, the rooms on the green floor were clean and renovated relatively recently. Some of the rooms have nice little balconies. The bath products are from an excellent company called Natura, which was a very nice touch. The hotel is close to many fantastic restaurants, and I recommend it over a hotel near Paulista. There is a nice sundeck and pool on the roof, though for some reason, the hot tub is only operational by request and for a fee. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa if you have time! In general, it was an excellent hotel for business or leisure in São Paulo.

I booked a night only and booked the green suite room expecting it to be spectacular however it was just a common business suite with nothing special. The bathroom was very small with no space to put our things around and the tiles were a bit dirty. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was great. The experience itself was fine but I really wanted a better room. Location wise it is perfect. Lots of bars just around the corner (walking distance!)

The Melia is located conveniently to some of the best places in SP. The hotel is clean and safe. I've read other reviews where there are check-out complaints or AC complaints. I saw no problems at all with the hotel. The outside bar/sitting area is wonderful and right next door is the best bakery in town. We had coffee and pastries every day of our visit!

Good hotel and amenities. Slight let down - aircon really not effective in room.

Modern, clean hotel with a wonderful rooftop pool and excellent workout facilities. Breakfast was very good (buffet of meats, cheeses, fruit, omelettes and waffles made-to-order, etc.). Staff mostly spoke English well and were able to accommodate all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sao Paulo.

The photos depicted on the booking did not look like what I checked into. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone but 'budget travelers'.

Great location. Excellent service. Rooms beginning to show some deterioration And the hotel should pay attention now before it's too late. Great restaurants and bars walking distance.

Excellent value and good location close to restaurants and major business area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed early check-in and late check-out without additional charge. Would definitely choose this hotel for future visit to Sao Paulo

The Concierge was Wonderful. The Bell Hops were Superb. The Front Desk was sub-standard. The carpeting on our entire floor was severely damaged, and the bath room was a shoebox. Over priced for the quality of the room, should of gone to the Grand Hyatt or the Hotel Unique or Hotel Emiliano.....

During my stay I asked for many things for the front desk to do for me and they had no problems in supporting all my requested matters.

This was a very nice surpise, good lobby area, nice breakfast, right price...I would like some more furniture like a good sofa on the large room, but it was nice. The pool at the top is also clean and good size

Very comfortable and offers enough services for a business traveller. (Except the business center is sub-par.) Wireless works all over the hotel and outside by the pool. Very nice breakfast and lunch buffet. Good location, lots of local restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I got the reservasion through qivi(dot)net hotel pick, it is agood deal through agoda,but they were not able to confirm the room for me, but hotel(dot)com could.In all my stay over there was great, though I did not have much time to stay in the room too much, Busy at meeting customers and shopping. It was a good decision for me.

This was a great hotel for travellers. We enjoyed the hotel and we also enjoyed the neighbourhood. Being able to walk to galleries, parks and a number of restaurants with a feeling of safety and cosmopolitan sophistication. Loved the experience and would heartily recommend it.

I would stay again in a heartbeat. Phenomenal service, great ambiance and in a great location.

While I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay, it was the breakfast that stands out the most. It was delicious, probably the best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at. Make sure you visit the rooftop terrace/pool for sunbathing and the view.

The hotel in general was very comfortable. Big spacious bedroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was good. Lovely view from balcony. Bathroom a bit small. However, towels plentiful and soft. Hotel restaurand was very good with a varied menu that was good value. The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. The area was ideal for exploring the city with plenty of restaurants and shops around. It was also very safe.

This hotel is my first option hotel I go to when I stay in SP

I go to Brasil a lot and when I go, I try my best to stay at this hotel. What more needs to be said..........

This hotel has amazingly comfortable beds. The rooms are nice, internet is free, there are beautiful views, and there's a rooftop swimming pool. I moved to a more expensive hotel (Caesar Business) after staying here, and I have to say that the Melia is better and less expensive.

The internet is so weak that it is an inconvenience for any business traveler. It has not improved. My phone was not ringing and I missed an important meeting waiting for the arrival of my client who called repeatedly but the ringer on my phone was not working. The toilet had a rather loud leak that they could not repair and it was still audible with the door closed. Staff is friendly but not overly helpful outside of the valet and outside staff.

Só achei o banheiro pequeno e um pouco velho. Fora isso tudo muito bom!!!

Hotel bom! Ótima localização

Muita boa. Apenas algumas restrições quanto ao tamanho do banheiro, e ao atendimento dos manobristas. Como exemplo, estava chuviscando e o manobrista deixou o carro na chuva, quando tem uma cobertura no hotel....

It's very wormfull and friendly welcomed at reception. Very clean and modern lobby entrance, and also guest room. There in no bathtub, only shower. So it is just good for short stay.

Bom dia Ja e a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel . Voltei porque gostei da primeira vez. A localizacao e perfeita para tudo, ate ao lado temos opcoes de restaurantes , confeitaria, livraria , farmacia. Perto dos shoppings, pracas, parque e igreja para assistir missa, a Sao Jose.Nesta ocasiao o que nao gostei foi da parte da limpeza. Ficamos 4 noites. So em um dia arrumaram o quarto sem eu chamar.E desagradavel sair do apartamento pela manha para passear e voltar no meio da tarde e encontra lo por arrumar. Em duas ocasioes tivemos que ficar sentados nas cadeiras assistindo limparem o apartamento, ja cansados dos passeios. Ate se desculparam conosco ,so que no outro dia foi igual, mesmo deixando a plaquinha solicitando a arrumacao.O cafe da manha era bom , mas os paes so estavam bem novinhos, com croissants e brioches otimos na segunda feira, dia em que saimos.O Jardim Europa e um otimo hotel e pretendo retornar . Gosto muito da rede Melia e me hospedo frequentemente em seus hoteis . Neste ano ja ficamos no Melia Phenix em Madri no mes passado e no ano anterior no Melia Recoleta em Buenos Aires, ambos muito bons. Espero ter colaborado com o aperfeicoamento dos servicos do hotel. Mais uma observacao. O atendimento no cafe e super amistoso, sendo que o maitre e educadissimo e atencioso.Ate breve. Vera Duarte

quartos grandes , espaçosos , confortáveis . Muitos restaurantes nos arredores, vale a pena conferir.

Duas reclamações, as cortinas blackout parecem brincadeira, não cobrem as janelas de tão estreitas. Tem apenas uma tomada no banheiro, e é impossível plugar algo lá, por causa da modura do espelho.

Excelente atendimento. Muito bom conforto. Satisfeito com o custo-benefício para o final de semana.

Hotel com serviços, limpeza e café da manhã ótimos. Próximo a muitas opções de bares e restaurantes. Muito conforto. Retornarei, com toda certeza.
