Front desk very helpful

Newly remodeled loby was nice. grounds were clean and well landscaped. Breakfast was good depending on what day you stay sometimes there was not meat. Bathrooms had visable repairs made. room was clean and nice but the pillow was small and uncomforatble

pleasant quiet and very enjoyable

My stay was average. am disappointed to some extent because the advertisement showed a jacuzzi in the room but there was no jacuzzi. Also, there was no meat offered as part of the breakfast, meat should always be offered at breakfast!

Nice hotel! Very close to the Mall at Robinson and the IKEA store and several other stores and restaurants-just a mile or so down the road-you don't even have to get back on interstate to get to the shopping area. Hotel was very pleasant and modern. Room was nice and clean and bathroom was big. We had a fridge and microwave and coffee pot in the room. Also an ironing board/iron and hair dryer were provided. Really have no complaints at all. We did not get a chance to use the indoor pool but it looked nice and clean-there is no hot tub though so if you like those you are out of luck. The full breakfast was good although there was no breakfast meat(sausage or bacon or gravy)provided. They did have scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, waffle maker, Danish, yogurt, toast, bagels etc so it was a decent breakfast. It is in a nice quiet area and we felt very safe staying here and we would definitely stay there again when we go back for a big shopping trip!!

Hotel was clean and a good value for the rates. The continental breakfast was good. The pool was clean and refreshing. Hotel amenities were sufficient for all our needs. Location was close to all major freeways.

Got this room for $109 a night including breakfast Was very crowded and had to park across the street. Staff was very nice and helpful breakfast was very good Would stay here again Very close to IKEA

Our suite was not a suite. The dirt pile out back was not the best view.

Pillows were way to small, shuttle from airport took a long time. People were very friendly.

With a flight that arrived at midnight, we needed a place close to the airport. Comfort Suites has a shuttle and it's about 10 minutes from the airport. The room was great and the bed was soooo comfortable. Highly recommended for people needing a place close to the airport.

I had a 6 a.m. flight and was leaving the hotel at 5 in the morning and they already had breakfast out which made me very happy since it did not technically start until 6 a.m. We checked in around 11 p.m. and were gone by 5 am.. but the room was clean and the staff was helpful and very nice. It's about a 10 minute drive to the airport which was incredibly convenient!

The Comfort Suites was a nice hotel at an excellent price. The room was comfortable, the room was quiet - no noise from adjacent rooms, and the free breakfast was good. My only complaint is the fitness center - one of the smallest I have ever seen. The treadmill wasn't working, and there was only one elliptical and one bike. In addition, the TV remote didn't work. Overall a good value for the price.

This hotel is very clean and quiet, with a free shuttle from the airport. The biggest issue I have was the lack of restaurants. Other than the Marriott there are no restaurants with in walking distance.

Beds were so comfortable! As good as Marriott!

Our family of four came to Pittsburgh to see a Steelers game. Hotel prices downtown and even in nearby suburbs were very pricey. Comfort Suites' prices were very affordable and the drive to downtown was only about 15 minutes. We even explored the areas near our hotel and found some great shopping and restaurants. The hotel was small, friendly, and very clean and comfortable. We stayed four nights, and each day our room was cleaned to perfection. The complimentary breakfasts were very good, and they even had a free happy hour during the week! With the money we saved we were able to purchase lots of Steelers merchandise to bring back home with us. We would definitely stay there again!

Location was great right off the interstate between Airport and Pittsbrugh. Room was very clean and carpet was clean as well. Hotel amenites great and service quick. Breakfast was very good. The only bad thing I can commit in a negtive way is the beds they were HORRIBLE both beds in the room had holes in the middle of them, the sofa bed was in better shape. Wouldn't stay here again.

good hotel, in new condition, nice pool, decent breakfast

Our overall stay was fine. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in desk. We waited about 5 minutes until the girl came in from outside where she was smoking and chatting with other guests. At first I wasn't even sure she was employed by the hotel, based on her casual attire (cut-off shirt, flip flops, and parachute pants) and chatting on the cell phone. The room itself was only okay. The bed was comfortable. However, the room was quite smelly. In fact, my seven year old wanted to know, "Why does it smell like sweat in here?" The room could have used a vacuuming. My kids enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. Overall, this worked for my family for an overnight stay, but I'm not sure we would stay here for a longer stay.

We needed a comfortable base from which we could hunt for an apt. in the greater Pittsburgh area, and this hotel meet out needs. Excellent personnel, good size rooms, overall clean & well-kept, close to several shopping & dining areas. . .the bathroom had been remodeled well & was fairly roomy, the AC worked well during a PA heat wave, the included breakfast was more than adequate. Our one criticism would be the mattresses in our room (2 queen-size beds) as both were old & not particularly comfortable - definitely had seen their better days & needed replacing. But all in all, we had a good stay, found an apt, and we's use this hotel again.

Hotel seemed fine, not more than I expected, although for a "suites" hotel, not as roomy as I might want for a longer-term stay. Breakfast was OK. Appreciated front desk staff member's helpfulness with a very late arrival.

The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. The blankets on the bed were quite old and needed to be donat4ed to the Humane Society. That is my only compaint. Noisey door slammers, but that is not your fault.

The stay at the hotel was good when we finally got there. The room was clean & had enough towels, etc. Service desk was very helpful in getting directions. The hotel location was too far out of our way--we were told when we made reservations that it was only about 10-15 minutes to the zoo when in reality it was 31 minutes but ended up much more with a huge amount of traffic from that hotel location.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway in Pittsburg. We chose this location since we would be attending a Penguins Hockey game but also wanted do some shopping at IKEA and the mall. This location was perfect; within a 15 minute drive (on Sunday anyway) to Pittsburg and 5 minutes to IKEA. The clerk at the desk was very helpful in providing directions to the mall and IKEA. The only complaint with the room was a musty smell but we asked for air freshener which helped some. The room was clean though and we had no other issues with it. The breakfast was basic - nothing special. Overall it was a good choice for what we needed and we would stay there again.

The hotel was easily accessible and close to shopping and restaurants.

Nice hotel, well maintained, nice pool area, microwave and fridge in room. Breakfast was good.

Great price and hotel quality is better than the price.

Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay, The pool was nice, warm, and also well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful with extra pillows and towels galore! Best value near the airprt and Moon TWP!!!!

The only item that needed addressing is the noise that the heater/air conditioner made. It needs a little oil.

Room was not cleaned properly. Noisy - could hear the person next door snoring.

I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was just right. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Although I didn't use them, I did check to see what the excercise room and pool were like and both seemed to be very well maintained. There was shopping close and it is extremely convenient to the airport.

The first room I was put in had an overpowering stench. I was put in another room that had an odor that was barely tolerable. Overall, the hotel was run down, the lobby was dirty, the staff disinterested, the room smelled and was dirty! Do not stay here!
