I was very pleased with the customer service. The breakfast was very nice and filled until 10. A lot of variety. Also I appreciated the pool and hot spot being open 24 hours

We came into town without much preparation for a family memorial. Staff was wonderful and the accommodations great. We will definitely return. Thank you.

can I say more? this place was perfect, my whole family had a great time during our short stay. the room was very clean, the pool was great and the breakfast was the best we've had in awhile. the hotel was somewhat close to the mall but easy to get there and it was also very close to our scheduled appointment. will stay there again!

Very nice and convenient place to stay. Heating/cooling systems was not working quite right. Rating would be an all around 5 if not for that.

Great place to stay..Breakfast was great

The hotel itself was awesome, just don't book a room facing the I-90, sirens and trains all night! The worst part was some drunk people pulled the fire alarm at 2:30 in the morning awaking everyone and then it went off again at 6 in the morning, and then to top it all off the cleaning staff started their chain saw sounding vacuum right outside our room at 8 in the morning on Sunday!

We stayed over while on our way home. We got there about 9 at night and there were a bunch of basketball teams there for the state playoffs. I was so impressed with how well behaved those ladies were and how well the hotel staff took care of everyone. Super friendly and the hotel was very clean and nice. They had gone up to our room to turn a light on and turn the heat on before we got there which was awesome. The breakfast buffet was great too. Omelets custom made in front of you. Ham, eggs, potatoes, 2 types of waffle batter, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit. More than you could ever ask for. We will be staying here again. And the beds were very comfortable as well. I loved the option of choosing a firm vs soft pillow from the bed. Best night sleep I've had in a long time.

We loved the hotel, the complimentary breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had, the bed was very comfortable, we will never stay anywhere else for such a great price in Spokane.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay on our weekend getaway. The continental breakfast was amazing.

stayed at this hotel last year was good then but has been completly renovated since. Was perfect location for shopping, restaurant within walking distance, great breakfast, quite and clean.

Great hotel! Went out of their way to accommodate us. Great breakfast and soup available at supper. Had a wonderful stay.

Hotel is newly renovated and professionally managed.Rooms are extra clean , king size beds and well appointed.Swing pool,hot tub etc is very nice, complementary breakfast was supurb, coffee fruit available 24 hrs.Good parking good security. Noise level is low from I90. Staff is friendly and helpful.Will stay here again.

Thus was by far one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. The biggest impact was friendliness of every person that worked there. Not one person did not smile and all how we were doing and it was a warm smile. I got the sense that they were there because they wanted to be. Each person seemed to be genuinely pleased that we were there.

This is one of the very best hotels we've stayed in! Location, staff, room, breakfast, rate - all excellent. Staff was especially warm and friendly. The swimming pool was the biggest we've seen in a hotel.

This hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible! The staff were so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted to stay in the Spokane area! It was very clean and the continental breakfast was delicious and had lots of yummy choices!

The rooms on the highway side are quite noisy and require running the fan or air conditioning to baffle the noise from the busy freeway.

Thought I was getting a budget hotel;, and it ended up being one of the nicer rooms we've stayed in.

The noise level from the freeway and the trains,kept me awake.I swear a train whistle blew my ears out three times during the night. Too bad,as the hotel was clean,and the staff were professional,and friendly.The complementary breakfast was very good also. If you stay,take ear plugs,to block the busy trains and freeways.

The hotel was re-vamp so it was very clean and comfortable. Location was great with easy access to the freeway. Will stay again.

The front desk was helpful in pointing out restaurants in the area. The room was very large with a sofa and chair set up for viewing the TV. Refrigerator was nice to have. The King bed was very comfortable and the room was like new. We enjoyed a nice hot breakfast in a clean area up near the front desk.. We remember to stay here again when traveling through the Spokane area.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We seemed to be only a short distance from all the sightseeing spots we wanted to hit. The breakfast was well done along with coffee and tea available to us throughout the day. The rooms were newly redecorated and very comfortable, even for my extra tall husband. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

WE had a great experience and the staff was exceptional. comfortable beds, quiet, great breakfasts, and good location.

We were never notified this is now a Comfort Inn. Took us a little while to figure this out.

Nice hotel, room was very comfortable, free coffee and fruit 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast was so so.

The room had not been dusted, there was no trash cans, no place to hang towels, the hook on the back of the door slanted so nothing would stay on the hook, no decorations or pictures on the walls, the base board was missing on the wall by the sink. We were told the room had fresh paint and carpet, but it looked as if they had not put the room back together afterward. There was no hot water the 2nd morning, so I had to shower with cold water. Unacceptable!!!! The only good thing was the bed and pillows were wonderfuI and the breakfast was great. However as I like warm showers in the morning, I would not stay there again unless they got their act together.

It had a funny smell in room, went to plug in cell phone plug in had some red on it look like red sauce wash it off.
