Best Western Ingram Park Inn - סן אנטוניו

The hotel did not have a room with double beds available upon arrival. I had booked directly with hotel previously and had know problems. Will book with hotel directly next time.

Very busy 2 night getaway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean.

Hotel was great for price, CLEAN, easy to get to... with hotel.com prices it was great! for sea world location... Family friendly and a small nice pool for kids and family... Only negative I have was our A/C didnt get that cold:(...other than than breakfast was better than exspected!

Great service & very friendly staff that were so helpful

my stay was good and accommodating because I requested a first floor access with handicap and it was very comforting to have this. The hotel rate was very reasonable and I liked that the room and bathroom were very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and polite. complementary breakfast was good as well and they have good coffee.

Although the room/ hotel is a bit dated the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, didn't smell or smoke or other odors. The pool was clean and well maintained, the surrounding pool furniture was dated and the stone fountain in the courtyard was in disrepair. It was a nice courtyard area but the water feature was broken down with stones falling or fallen off. These are just cosmetic small issues. We stayed for our son's graduation at Lackland AFB and it was convenient to the base and to the river walk/ Alamo/ Sea World area which is very nice. I would definitely stay there again and the staff was very helpful whether we needed toiletries or extra towels.

We stayed here from 5/8/2013 to 5/12/2013 and it was a two room hotel. We were staying there for my son's Air Force BMT graduation from Lackland AFB. We needed the separate rooms because my son's fiancee was also staying with us and we didn't want to have her in a separate hotel room by herself so this was GREAT. The rooms were always cleaned and the shower was roomy and sprayed hot water decently. My ONLY complain was that because our room had a kitchenette we brought food to eat there and there was no large kitchen sized garbage can to throw all the trash away so we had to keep over flowing the little waste baskets for the bathroom. But over all very nice hotel and breakfast rocked!!! HELLLLOOO.....peanut butter included for my Texas shaped waffle?! Oh YEAH! Very polite and friendly staff as well!

Awesome really enjoyed it.

Enjoyed the breakfast and really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies in the lobby each evening. The staff was very pleasant and helped with directions to Alamo, etc.

Great location,we drove in to the Alamo ,parked very easy for $5 for the day.lovely breakfast ,eggs ,waffles ect A Plus .

The staff were very helpful, friendly. The furnishings are a bit outdated, but the room and the hotel overall is very clean! Close to Lackland AFB, and Walmart! I would stay again. Recommending to my friends and family.

The hotel was great, but a long way out of town and in a poor location for shops and eating places. Staff were not well informed about transport options

This hotel is good for the. Money you pay rooms are clean and continental breakfast s ok the hotel sidewalks needs some restoration and new carpet would help. The pool water is cold .

When enter into the room, its smell the smoking really bad. The sign said no smoking but it smell smoking. I cannot breath, I ran to the store to buy some spray.

This was a very clean hotel and very easy to get to.

Be careful thinking you will get a non-smoking room even if you book one through hotels.com. I arrived and was placed in a smoking room. After the shock of walking into the stinkpit, I spent a minute in awe that there are still smoking rooms at hotels. Seriously? I was told by the front desk that even though I selected a non-smoking room on hotels.com, they still just give out whatever is available. After a fight, I was able to move to a non-smoking room. Look, this hotel has seen better days. But, if you can get a cheap rate and a non-smoking room and all you need is a place to rest your head, it does the trick.

Id love to stay again

I stayed here for two weeks. This hotel is outdated and appears to run on a very low budget. For the most part it was clean and the location is convenient. My key failed 5 times and I had to get new ones. One time it was late and the office was locked. The girl inside refused to anser the door at first then got angry with me for bothering her. The breakfast is basic and the same biscuts, gravy, sausage and hard boiled egges. The pastaries are hard and old. For the price, I would expect a lot more.

This hotel was great! Somehow hotels.com thought 4 people could sleep in a room with 1 king bed. The hotel was so great to bring us a rollaway bed and extra blankets for free. The staff was great, the breakfast was wonderful and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants for supper. This hotel was better then I expected!!

I stayed at this Hotel because I went to a job interview and took my family with me. I went to the interview and my family stayed at the room while they waited for me. The interview took more than normal. My wife called the front desk and explained our purpose there, they were told they can stay there until I was done with the interview. Thank you guys at the Best Western

nice place to stay for the price

Very good value. Excellent breakfast setup, as are all the Best Westerns that I have stayed at, but this was the best for the money. Nice setting, convenient, just very pleased!

super nice staff and always clean rooms.stayed atleast 2 a year over the last 3 years. wont stay anywhere else in san anotonio but the Best Western IPI

The toilet sucked cause it wouldn't flush all the toilet paper. The shower only sprayed one pressure which a little too harsh for children.

STAY WAS NICE. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. HOT WATER COULD HAVE BEEN HOTTER IN BATH TUB.

No frills but cheap price, good service, clean rooms and an OK breakfast

It was nice and roomy and kids be in one room and others in another room really helpful. Just what we need so family could stay together and did have to rent a room for other visiting family member with us.

Stay was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic and close to many attractions.

i stayed in a smoking room for three nights despite my several requests for shifting me toa non smoking room, i was not given another room, since I suffer from severe allergies, i stayed awake all nights.......:(

Went to son's Air Force graduation & hotel is better quality than rate I paid - everything was very clean & comfortable. However, hotel pics show pullout couch in room - NO COUCHES ARE AVAILABLE - rooms are only available with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed (full-size rollaway bed available for king room only). Other than that, we had no issues over the 5 night stay and staff was extremely friendly, accomodating and helpful. Would recommend hotel for any traveler!!
