Great hotel - fun pools but was disappointed as the outdoor hot tub wasn't working.

Place to rest and very satisfied Clean room, very sophisticated furniture and other items Good food too

2 large beds, good indoor pool area which kids plus myself enjoyed..location near supermarket, gas station and relatively close to town.large hotel that's deceptive, beach area within grounds, events...all in all a good night stay, ant complain.

We had a great time with kids age 9-12, great pools and activities for them. Delicious food at on site restaurants!! Pools and activities are best for kids under thirteen.

The outside of the resort is not especially impressive, but inside is very nice. We went overnight one night during a special April vacation week for families with kids. Everything was very kid-friendly. If you want a romantic stay, this is not the place for you. The indoor pool was fabulous, was too chilly for the salt0water outdoor pool, though it was open. All staff was very friendly and attentive. The outside of the building needs remodeling. Was very convenient to have the restaurants right there as well.

We had a great time - perfect place to stay with an 8 year old. The hotel could use some updating but it was clean and the staff were all super nice. THANK YOU!

I took 8 hrs to drive but it was worth every penny. The place was spectacular every thing scream comfort. The only bad thing were the hidden charges to the credit card for daily stay, but you get refunded. I believe it should be known before time and that is the only shameful thing about this place. I plan to go back for sure. I had travelled with 2 kids and my mom and we had avoid time and it was for march break in Canada. In the states it was in February so the kids did not have the extra things they do during that time but they still have movies for kids and a game room so we could divide their fun time, them being only 5& 6 they were overjoyed having the run of the place and having every ones attention. They staff were great , friendly and accommodating too all I asked of them and not asked of they. Everyone had a ready smile and i met nice people too talk with around the hotel and while shopping. I believe if you want a nice place to go to and affordable one don't hesitate to make this one a go. You can thank me later for you'll see for yourself. The only thing I will do now is plan a summer trip for the next visit so I can explore more of the area without it Being off season. That was understandable but still I had a ball. So in summary . Go for it!!!

Good price. Wave pool and two water slides are enough to satisfy most little kids over 42 inches tall. Good food at the Hearth & Kettle which is attached. Perfect one or two night getaway in the middle of winter on Cape Cod

Overall the hotel was neutral. Decent rooms, kind of worn. There was lots for the kids to do and they had a blast. Great for a short get away, but don't expect luxury.

We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

We travelled with 3 kids, ages 8, 5 & 2. The hotel offered many activities geared towards children of that age group. The wave pool was a lot of fun, although the water could have been much warmer. The game room was a huge draw for our group and having a free bounce house was a definite bonus! We ate at the Hearth and Kettle Restaurant our first night but service was slow and the food was really disappointing so we ate outside the hotel for the other meals.

What a mess of a "resort" - endless hallways of buildings adjoined after the fact, some amenities "included" were only so if you paid for them. The Hearth + Kettle restaurant was disgusting. Total bummer of a vacation. Even the kids didn't like it.

We were satisfied with the stay, we came fore relaxing, and we did that, thanks.

I have been coming here for ten years and I feel like they have kept the hotel up very well. I was with a group and the reservation staff made sure we were all in the same corridor. I like that I can relax by the pool and see all the children. I will certainly return. The Xmas lights and visit with Santa were a nice touch.

Overall it was a very nice place to stay. The lobby and the grounds were decorated wonderfully for Halloween! They have a beautiful heated outdoor salt-water pool and hot tub, spa services, a small gym and activities for kids. Overall a very nice getaway. Food at their restaurants (Hearth n' Kettle and Grand Cru) was slightly over-priced, but that's to be expected.

Outside of hotel appears very nice, but interior & rooms could do with updating, though still very clean & comfortable. Very large building, took a few minutes to walk from room to restaurant through the hotel, quicker to walk round outside if warm & dry. Good food at resonable prices. Staff very nice & helpful. All appeared to be very cheerful in their work. Good facilities for children, expect it to be very busy in high season. Just a short drive to centre and ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket.

The hotel was a perfect place to stay for my family. We have two boys ages 6&2 and we all enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The place was clean and centrally located from most of the Cape. We will be staying there every time we visit the cape with the kids.

I arrived for business and the front desk was great. The lobby was nice. The hotel looks like it was very old (cinderblock walls in hallway) as if the walls were originally exposed to the elements; and they closed it in at some point. The room was a little dated; the comfortor dated; and the slider to the outside balcony (which was shared with the room next door - weird) was only secured by a bar...no lock on the door; which I didnt like. If given the opportunity again; I might look for something a little more updated.

Good hotel for families with kids. Indoor/outdoor pools will keep kids entertained. Bonfire & movie for kids at night. Room was clean and spacious. Convenient location.

Amazing pools, friendly service. Only complaint was slightly must room.

We had a great 3 days at the Cape Codder. The room was beautiful, and the communal areas were very smart. My only criticism is the restaurants. The Grand Cru was unexciting, and the Hearth & Kettle served greasy food with a scowl. The isolated location meant that unless you're feeling adventurous, you're stuck with these two poor eating choices. After the first awful meal at the Hearth and Kettle, we drove out for every meal, including breakfast! Otherwise all good, and the receptionists were particularly helpful and always charming.

The hotel was a full service organization with lovely rooms, dining and activities. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Great for kids up to 12 or so. Lots of activities in the afternoon. Good location to jump around the Cape as well. Very responsive staff. Restaraunts on site were good. Plenty of great one's within a 5 minute drive (center of town).

Real efforts are being made by this company which also owns the charming Dan'l Webster in Sandwich, MA. Executive king rooms are large, luxurious + beautifully appointed, Baths are large, although rather bare bones; some sprucing up wouldn't hurt. Since everything surrounds the pools(indoor and outdoor) eating terraces, and game rooms, you will get great exercise even getting to and from the exercise room which is well-equipped. There is also an excellent SPA that does all types of cosmetic work, massages and relaxation treatments, and a beauty salon for excellent manis and pedis, as well as male and female cuts and dos. And the staff is extremely competent and accommodating. We were also surprised at the excellence of the two main restaurants. Although we had the obligatory Black Cat and Spanky experiences (there are loads of good restaurants in Hyannis), we had lunch and breakfast at the Hearthstone and a fabulous steak dinner with entertainment at the Grand Cru. Honestly, if you just want to chill, you don't need to leave the premises to have a good time. One note: we were there for a holiday weekend and the place was packed with little kids...since we are not sun worshipers we did not need to hang by the pool, so we did not feel overrun by the patter of little feet or the clamor or little voices. If there were crying babies, they must have been somewhere else. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff was very helpful, The room exceptionately clean. Even tho' the Cape Codder was not close to ferry everything worked out well. We'll stay again on our next trip to Nantucket.

My daughter and I were here for her dance competition in June and had such a great time that we decided to stay again when we came back for a concert at the Melody Tent. We love the pool, waterfall, wave pool and water slides! We even brought marshmallows and s'mores fixings for the bonfire!!

This is our 2nd time at the Cape Codder it is always a pleasure the staff is so nice and always willing to help with any problem. If you have kids this is the place to go get location and great time.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel. Such a great family atmosphere. Everyone was so accommodating, especially the front desk and the concierge. This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel and we've enjoyed every time! Will definitely be back.

Our room was ready on arrival (we were about 30 minutes early), the room was very clean but the hair dryer did not work well (we made the front desk aware of it the next day), the staff was friendly, our door card didn't open the side door but it was taken care of quickly. We used the in-door wave pool and outdoor pool and had a great time. Overall, I highly recommend it.

There needs to be a better way to get luggage up to the 2nd floor(no elevators) and the hallways should be air conditioned. The grounds near the playgym need better landscaping.
