Quality for the price paid. Short taxi or bus trip into city. hair dressers , shop etc beside hotel. friendly staff . clean warm hotel. full use of gym available

Arrived at hotel entrance to be met by large group of youngsters celebrating and very intoxicated. Requested non smoking room to be allocated smoking room, returned to reception to be allocated another room on ground floor near the party's I noise a problem. Was woken arou d 3am by noise of bottles clanging as party area being cleaned. Arranged for breakfast to arrive with only one table available as traveling on own next to main entrance where local radio station transmitting from so dining area very cold.

Staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. Our family room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Limerick city - less than 5 minutes from a shopping centre with restaurants and multi-screen cinema on site. It was great for our short stay and we'd stay here again.

Room very hot all night

Waiting for ages to be left into hotel after advising that we would be late.

Staff very nice-overworked. Shower cold-no really cold. Light switch in conference room broken which made it very difficult to show a video and then begin a discussion and we didn't have a sound system for our projector ,which was not ceiling mounted(very difficult), so I ended up talking in the dark while we sent for some poor kid who worked there for help. Sorry, but it's true.

Easy to use, no nonense, reasonably priced room with good breakfast. Thank you.

This is a large hotel which is on the outskirts of the city but various shops are close by. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff are very polite, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again when next in the locality.

i recently stayed in a room which compared more to an intersection of hallways then a room. the room was cold and reached a comfortable level with the heat on full for several hours. once turned down room became cold again. it was saturday night so not the earliest bed time which made the intrusion of someone knocking and then walking into our room at 7.30am and AGAIN at 9.30am very unwelcome!!!! breakfast was standard despite having to ask for a table, ask for the table to be set and then for anything that was forgotten on the table, including milk. will never stay here again.

Excellent value. Much cheaper than hotels in centre. Large room. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast. Bar had music Saturday evening. Some way out from centre but easy to get a cab which was not expensive.

Good sight seen from the hotel's room and the open window add value.

I spent 9 nights at the hotel and overall it was fine. A little soulless perhaps, but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the workforce polite. I will return as it's close to were I was working.

Stayed here on a quiet Friday night. This extremely large hotel felt very.......large, and empty. It seems like a great place for daytime conferences etc (and maybe big rugby match weekends in limerick), however by night it felt very empty and lacking in athmosphere. There was a definite feel that everyone was gone home bar a skeleton crew. The guy at reception (? Mr. Canty ) was excellent and most helpful through, and even ended up filling in, in the bar on his break when he ventured in get his phone charger. However the food in the enormous but near empty bar was a disappointment. (1) it took ages to arrive, (2) was cold on arrival and had to be sent back (3) there was no apology from staff . Breakfast in the morning was very pleasant with its self service style buffet. However the universal down side of this type of service is that the hot food sitting in the containers is never that hot .. I thought on the web map that this hotel was closer to the centre of Limerick than it was, but it is a good bit out and not very easy to find,but that may be just me. Hotel had good quality free Wi Fi in the room, plenty of free parking at hotel and good shop close by. Not bad overall but if I was going back to Limerick I would look for somewhere with a bit more athmosphere

It was brilliant except the shower was a bit hard to use.

We were looking for a hotel within easy reach of Shannon airport as we were weary travellers off an evening flight. We rang the hotel in advance to tell them we would not be arriving until about 9pm and we asked about the availability of food at such time. They said the kitchen was open until 9.30. We were accomodated in the bar area with food and the service was very good and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very quiet and could do with a bit of spruce up in terms of decor, (a sign of the current times) however it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ample with lots of choices. We had no requirement for any amenities as we left at 11.30 the next day.

Cheap enought to stay in, hotel staff were nice but the bar to get something to eat in at the hotel attracted a very rough crowd. Hotel is very basic have stayed in alot nicer 3*. Wouldnt return.

I think check in Staff may fill in more information on Hotel eg. Breakfast Time and Price .Facility in Hotel eg Swimming Pool.Bar Staff and Night Staff Top of the Class.

Very good value for money but a bit noisy with traffic early in the morning but i wouldnt let this put you off as the rooms are very comfortable.

Very satisfied over all with the Hotel. Great Gym but the sauna didnt work and the steam room was being used as a cleaners storage room.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

Just what I wanted. Very clean and quiet; wireless internet access (voucher from helpful Receptionist); nice firm bed; very reasonable rates.

There is seemingly NO such road as Adare Road where this is supposed to be! you will not find it in a satnav for directions. Can be found just off The Grange or Courtfields via St Nessans Road opposite Caseys. breakfast very average but bar food was excellent.

It was close to my work place and suted me.

hotel éloigné du centre ville, chambre et petit déjeuner correct, diner au pub de l'hotel très bien.

pas bonne, 1er jour pas de chauffage, 2ème jour pas de télé, impossibilité de payer par carte, aucune des 3 cartes dont une "visa premier" ne pouvait être utilisé, nous étions obligé de payer en espèce toutes les prestations complémentaires. A déconseiller. accueil très froid.

très bon hôtel, à quelques pas d'un grand centre commercial, faisable à pied, quelques commerces à 40 m qui ferment tard le soir, enfin un peu loin du centre ville mais arret du bus à même pas 100 m.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Ausfallstraße ca. 5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer auf der Rückseite haben demnach eine geringe Geräuschbelästigung durch den 24 stündigen Autoverkehr. Die Zimmer machen einen auf den ersten Blick sauberen Eindruck, wer aber genauer in die schaut wird schnell fündig. Eine Grundreinigung zumindest unseres Familienzimmer wäre mehr als nötig gewesen. Das Zimmer war mit ca. 65m² sehr groß, verfügte über 3 Einzelbetten und ein Doppelbett. Das Frühstücksbuffet typisch britisch aber reichhaltig im Angebot was nicht überall so ist. Alles in allem für den Preis in Ordnung aber trotzdem verbesserungsdürftig.

Da s Hotel ist zweckmäßig, aber ab-gewohnt. Die Zimmer sind groß. Unmöglich ist die Lage, da es im Angebot als "inmitten von Limerick" beworben wird, in Wahrheit aber ca. 8 km außerhalb an einer Ausfallstraße liegt.

hôtel relativement cher il a pour lui la chance d'être très près du centre ville de dublin (5 mn à pied )
